It's because the spacers increases the scrub radius and A7 is a front wheel biased car. The effect of spacers in BMW is less pronounced because they are rear wheel drive. You may like to read about scrub radius and it effects on handling. Hope it helps!
My mechanic warned me not to put spacers on my car but I didn’t listen. Had absolutely no problems for about 5 years. Now my steering wheel shakes vigorously at higher speeds. Even after alignment, rims, tires, u joint etc. were all checked by the above mentioned mechanic to be fine. The spacers totally ruined the car’s handling. Was only able to reduce the amount of steering wheel shaking by replacing parts. Shaking won’t permanently go away 😢
I bought a used Tesla Model 3 which had been fitted with spacers, stance looked great but I'd had a negative experience with spaces on a Mini R53 so removed them. Immediately the car drives much better, less tyre noise, less clonking on full lock, much better turn in especially at slow speed and better ride all around. Driving always comes before looks, you don't buy them for looking at.

I got mine from wheel spacer store. Definitely makes a big difference in improving the stance.
Putting spacers on the car will most likely lower the mpg and make the suspension (spring rate) a bit softer

Very odd ...
I wouldnt have thought u needed alignment as its just spacers .
But definitely makes the stance better !
Might check the alignment out. Tyre pressure all seemed ok.....
Which spacers did your purchase?
Direnza 15mm all round.
