Hello Dr. I got my ankle twisted around 2 months ago and its paining since then. Xray is normal. Ortho doctor says restricted ROM, Ligaments tear. Advised kinesiology taping and Physiotherapy for 5 sessions with full rest. But right after the 1st session of ultrasound and taping and some exercises, the pain has increased a lot than before and its swollen. Can I remove the tape? Pls recommend me the right treatment for my case. And also pls let me know whether kinesio taping is really necessary? I was using the crepe bandage earlier and it helped a lot with pain.

Sir I fall downstairs and now my left foot ankle is hurting badly 😭... I'm unable to move my foot ...I have tied a cloth on my lower leg ..nothing improving...I'm crying.. plzzz help me..
Get an X-ray done and consult the Orthopedic and Physiotherapist.
