I purchased these generic boxlink truck bed tie down cleats for my 2021 Ford F-150 from Amazon (link above) for roughly $25. They came in a set of 4 with 8 keys. They are exactly like the genuine Ford accessories and I have been using them for roughly a year with no issues. They attach securely and hold very tightly when used with tie down straps. No broken plastic or stuck or broken keys. I would highly recommend them!
