I lived 8 years in Hockenheim while stationed at USAREUR HQ in Germany (one of many assignments in Deutschland)...
There was a golf course and club in Heidelberg that we enjoyed lots and reasonable prices...
That operation was nothing like this operation...Holy Cow! 5-star all the way in the place there...
Nice you can actually book rooms there...Something to consider depending on the price!
The rooms remind me of some of the military guest houses I used to stay at depending on where I happened to be...

Hi James and Ness (Hapon and Marian), great idea for a video. The brown & beige decor could do with a makeover but the country club looks immaculately maintained, just wonder who is paying, no guests. Is this part of a bigger concern?
I was invited to show the resort on a Monday when the club is closed for maintenance which is why you did not see the normal crowd.

I'm a beginner. A friend is teaching me. That was me at the driving range with my friend Eddie who was behind the camera giving me tips.

Yes, it's a private club. Members, their family and their guests can use the facilities.
James, we have a number of friends who live in Mount Malarayat. We have loved it out there for years.

Excellent tour James of Mt Malarayat Golf and CC! I was hoping you'd give a tour of the houses or the development phases. We're retiring there next year or in '24 and building our retirement house in MM. That's why we've been watching your videos of the building progress of Villa Feliz and recently your solar and battery backup installations. Keep up the good work!
As the MM community is private, we will not be showing homes to respect the privacy of the owners. There are many beautiful houses there and if you are planning on building there just drive around the neighborhood and you'll get a good idea for your house build. Congrats on your upcoming retirement!

As I'm not a regular golfer, I'm not familiar with other courses outside of Lipa but I'm sure there are many.

Yes, they have and are still in renovation upgrade to several of their facilities.

Wish I could help but I'm not a golfer yet so not familiar with the courses here. I was invited by the Gen. Mgr. of this golf course to share with our viewers.
The golf course is all I’m interested in seeing 4:21 - 10:09 looks rough compared to USA 🇺🇸 makes scoring harder playing it down😢no mention how much the greens fees ?!!
As this is not a public course you would have to have a membership or be accompanied by a member as a guest. The annual membership fees just when up at the end of 2023 to around P200k+/yr.
How much is it for a yearly golf membership?
Sir, I left the link to contact the information desk for more details. The packet I received from them had a "Playing Rights Membership" yearly dues plus a one t time processing fee and yearly assignors fee & other minimal fees.
