First time I saw Joe Jackson was at Pinkpop 1980, here in The Netherlands. Great gig!!

I'm miffed we got Frankenstein's Down to London and the snoozefest that was Blaze of Glory instead of this fabulous execution of a perfect pop tune, Nineteen Forever.

Joe and the band sound awesome, though I must admit I miss the large bands he used to tour with.
I understand the economics of it though. The music biz ain’t what it used to be and it’s gotta be expensive to tour with 6-8 people all over the globe like he used to.
