Yes. They're really great. I'm 70 years old, and I started getting serious about music when the British z Scouts landed on 🇺🇸 American soil. The lead Scouts were sent over here first to get American people used to hearing a slightly different kind of SOFT ROCK MUSIC. And by Slowly, adding a few new BRITISH MUSIC GROUPS a few at a time. Then ,more and more British modified Rock Music groups were quietly in almost unnoticed . When the majority of the sleeping American people took notice. The British already had a very formidable music force on American soil and then we had been secretly Invaded by BRITISH PROGRESSIVE ROCK MUSIC.
This was the planning genius strategy of the British who knew that the American soil was lost 5o them on July 4, 1776. So while the majority of americans are comfortable sleeping in American style. We people didn't know what the British had accomplished until it was too late in 1967.
I guess that America didn't learn anything from the When the Japanese made their early Sunday morning daylight daring secret attack on the sleeping American Pacific Navel base at Pearl Habor, Hawaii December 7,1941. I guess that you know that I'm going to try to explain why MUSIC GROUPS like the "STRAY CATS ", WAS ONE OF THE LAST ROCK-A-BILLY MUSIC WAS MUSIC GROUPS THAT SURVIVED AFTER ELVIS WAS FADING AWAY AND FINALLY LEFT THE STAGE FOREVER.
THE BRITISH PROGRESSIVE ROCK MUSIC AND IT WAS SO SURPRISING A MYSTERIOUS THAT IT WAS CALLED THE NEW MUSIC. A NEW KIND OF MUSIC THAT NO ONE ON THIS SIDE OF THE ATLANTIC OCEAN. HAD EVER HEARD ANYTHING LIKE IT BEFORE. The first time that you heard most of this New Music, you had to stop and listen to it . Eventually, you got trapped by the music,
and we COULDN'T stop the BRITISH MUSIC INVASION. THE BRITISH MIGHT HAVE LOST THE BATTLE FOR AMERICAN SOIL, BUT THEY CAME LOCKED AND LOADED WITH THEIR AWESOME MUSICFUNK AND THE MAJORITY OF THE BRITISH SCHOOL CHILDREN'S YEARS ESPECIALLY IN THE HIGHER CLASS CURRICULUM'S THAT REQUIRE THEM TO
BE PROFICIENT IN THEIR CHOICE OF SYMPHONIC INSTRUMENTS AND LEARN TO PLAY IT IN A CLASSICAL MUSIC STYLE. BUT THE BEST-OF-THE-BEST had no intentions of only playing Classical Music Forever. So, the most ambitious and TALENTED ONES started forming music groups, and they would experiment with other genres of music styles into classical music.
For example : Progressive Rock Music, which is an occasional mixture of hard rock and symphonic music , HIP-HOP MUSIC has a lot of symphonic music in the background, Country Music, and THE TOTALLY profanity filled Crunk Music has a good dose of Symphonic Music in their hard core compositions.
That's good, because today's music, no matter what genres of your favorite music, is. It's more likely than not to have some violins and other Symphonic instruments playing within the music.
