Direct tax system is pain in the butt... Only 1.8% people pay that rest of India only pays taxes on commodities. So salaried one pay double taxes.. why don't govt. impose only indirect tax system to keep all at the same platform..

Yahan Punjab mein to bhagwant maan chicken daaru deta hai, but month mein ek baar aur bijli free hai, jisse mera 2 month ka 4500₹ bill bach jata hai, jo ki mere bacha hua paisa chicken daaru aur ladki ke kaam aata ahi every Sunday

No due to they are not residents of india (182 day stay in India in financial year)

Must file....bcz now all notices are coming due to non filing of ITR. They will unnecessary give you trouble after few year. You must file return even if your Income in NIL in India. Abi Income tax dept........NRI ke piche hath dhokar pada hai.

Tax k maamle me internet sbse acha expert h, mostly 1st time salary tax payers expert k jaal me trap ho jate h bcz submit k baad original ITR me edit nhi hota or usse phle expert dikhata nhi h kya fill kiya h refund aaya toh expert commission lega or agr notice aaya toh tum responsible. form16 se alg deduct leni h toh kud research kro or reaponsible tax payer hota h kbi bi ap expert ko blame nhi kr skte
It seems to me that it is blackmail of income tax and government to link Aadhar card with pan because Supreme Court already has given decision that Aadhar card is an optional card second Aadhar card is not medicine of Evey disease. It seems to me so that income-tax is avoiding Supreme Court decision. Therefore voter I. D. Set in computer programming besides Aadhar card so that there is no problem to pay income-tax for income tax payers.
Pan has an unique number so this is enough.

I am salaried person .on the occasion of my daughter's marriage I broke my FD and the amount was deposited in my saving a/c. Then awithdrawal of cash was of rs. 22lakh inFY. 22-23. Which in my 26AS is showing rs.2lakh receipt u/s194NF.and tds of rs.4000 deducted.while I am regular filer of itr. When itr was filed foAY.23-24 idid not add the rs .2lakh in my gross income which is not my income . notice u/s 139(9) issued .what should I do?
