  • There are always some recommendations for the developing level players, it is hard for a starter to choose a satisfied one. In this episode, Coach Ying will show you how to know the characters and some basic principles in rubber-blade combination. By the end, there is a standard recommended combination, Blade (FEXTRA) + Forehand rubber(Target National) + Backhand rubber(Taiji Plus/ A+ LightWEI). This combination will be used for the next following SANWEI COLLEGE, demonstrate the moves by Coach YING. Get your stuff ready, and let's roll out!

    Is T88 iii an original rubber by Sanwei ?

  • @clarencepsaila4743

    Hi Coach, I liked this video and liked the Sanwei rubbers I have tried. I have tried Sanwei T-88i on Yasaka extra offensive and found it to be a very good rubber, especially during the first 2/3 weeks when the factory tuning still works, after this it becomes stiffer and harder, and I could not manage to boost it back to an acceptable level. How does Traget National compare to T-88i ? As you recommended it for FH then it must have more advantages for FH right? Also, is it OK to play with a hard rubber on BH, which is only a little sticky like Palio HK 1997 Gold or 729 Bloom Power? Thank you

    • @SANWEIOfficial
      @SANWEIOfficial  Před 4 lety

      Hi There,
      There are several T-88 rubbers, like T88-I/II/III Ultraspin, Taiji, Taiji Plus. I have no idea which one is the T-88i referring to.
      About your 2nd questions. It is extremely normal that a rubber decayed after several weeks of usage. It is not able to boost it back. The sponge was deformed once, and won't get back.
      To your 3rd question, Target National, FH or BH, a long-time discussion. There is no absolutely right answer. For a professional player who used to play with Sticky rubber, STN is better used as BH. For an average level player, STN is good enough as forehand.
      To your 4th question, of course, it is okay to use a hard rubber on BH. Most players don't because their BH is mostly used as control or defense not attack. So, this kind of question, you really should ask your coach for more personal advice.
      Thanks

      @SANWEIOfficial  Před 4 lety

      CC is quite a blade adapt lots kind of playing ways.
      You can try to put T88-I + Taiji Plus (or Ultraspin). This is a combination suits most players.
      Start with correct all your moves, that will be most important step

    Hi I am interesting of the F3 pro blade but I need some info about the wood layers to imagine how could this blade behaves. I see there is a Hinoki second layer or am I wrong? Is it a rather flexy one? What rubbers would you reccomend? I am still trying some sticky forehand rubbers but I found difficult to have a really good match with them and I ve started to boost them. Thanks in advance

    • @SANWEIOfficial
      @SANWEIOfficial  Před 4 lety +2

      Hi
      The 2nd layer is not Hinoki, it is Spruce. It is more of a support one, not a flexy one. The surface layer is Ayous which is a more flexy layer.
      As an inner ALC blade, F3 Pro is better combined with a fast attack type rubber as forehand. Honestly, it links to your playing type more. Your coach is able to give you more personal recommendations regarding your playing characters and current level.
      Thanks

    • @SANWEIOfficial
      @SANWEIOfficial  Před 4 lety

      In most cases, players choose to have a more controllable rubber as a back hand rubber, and Taiji Plus fits this character. Less chance to make mistakes.

      @SANWEIOfficial  Před 4 lety

      Hi There
      Normally the Ultraspin / Taiji / Taiji Plus are good choices.
      However, there is no fixed answer. e.g if you are a defensive player, you might want to try softer rubber or pips rubber.
      Better get the personal advises from your coach.

    Hi coach, could you provide me more information on multilayer c blade, does it suits recreational player who plays very well and what rubber suits better on this whether target 90 would be a good combination on both sides or target national, since I was said target national will have low arc compared to target 90.

    • @SANWEIOfficial
      @SANWEIOfficial  Před 4 lety +1

      Hi. The Multilayer C is a powerful blade with less energy loss. If you can play well, then it suits you of course. So my standard suggestion is to combine with a faster rubber (Target National) on the forehand, and a more spinny but less fast rubber (Target 90) as the backhand. In this way, you can still be able to handle the balls inside the table and powerfully attack from the far end.

    • @thivyashagarparamanantham2810
      @thivyashagarparamanantham2810 Před 4 lety

      Thank you for your input coach. One more question on the blades. How do you compare multilayer c with pro f3 with the rubber you suggested as target national as FH and target 90 as BH.
      Also do you have any reviews, videos or comparison of target 90 with yazaka raxza 7 or other rubbers which will provide more information for us to make a decision.
      Thanks

      @SANWEIOfficial  Před 4 lety +1

      @@thivyashagarparamanantham2810 Multilayer C and F3 Pro require different skills to use. They both work fine with STN as FH and Target 90 as BH, but the feelings are different. The easier way to say is Multilayer C is bendier. F3 Pro is kind of more powerful when you hit with strong power. To the review part, sorry I don't have that. You can search to see if anyone has done it before.
