My husband and I have just started watching your vids from the beginning. Still waiting to see a potjie done on the fire 🤷🏻♀️
Beautiful gravel pit 👍 and the vanners have gone inside and left room for the road trains too pull up too nice 👍
Looks beautiful
Good to see you getting to WA,
Danials beach has heaps of free camp areas with good access to fishing all along the coast. the Duke of Orleans Camp is a great spot with fishing charters and good rock fishing or a day out with the tinnies. There is heaps of free camping up in the Goldfields if your'e heading up Kalgoorlie way we use HEMA maps and follow the tracks to dams , catch Yabbies and peaceful nights under the stars. There is the Golden Heritage Outback Trail which takes you round some old goldfields sites that are really cool with information plaques too out of Kalgoorlie that you'll find at the Tourist shop in Kal I'd say.WA is a massive state with soooo much to see. Enjoy your stay .
Love your vids 👌👍👍🍻🍻

Welcome to WA!
The biggest hot tip, take your time...
There are great spots every where. Need to review the wild flower season so you can line up location with the correct timing to do the wild flower circuit, and go north end during winter and south in the summer. Sounds obvious but i would start with that concept and then everything will be more comfortable.
Hey thanks so much for your comment. Yeah we flew across the bottom through to Perth but slowing down now and hoping to spend the year in WA as so much to do. Great tip around the flowers and seasons hopefully we can plan it right! Do much to see!
Welcome to our beautiful state! You'll love it! Make sure you head off the beaten track as there's so many hidden gems here. Btw, thanks for the great chat Derek at Harvey Norman in Albany. We love your travel story. Stay safe!🍻🥂

We did Nullarbor in October and returned end of November, our worst fuel run was across Nullarbor at 26lt to 100, in my big 200 series, just grin and bear it.

Hi Mate, just a heads up, the fish you showed you were catching is not actually a salmon it is a herring or in South Aus they are called Tommy Rough. You can see the telltale black tips on the tail. Great to see you in WA. Looking forwards to following you through the state. Safe travels
Thanks so much, that's super helpful. Struggle with identifying the diff fish I Australia! Good to know 👍

Hi your little incident with 12 pin plug has happened to me before so now I get a ocky strap and wrap around all cables coming from caravan so if one dose come loose it won't drop down and get damaged good insurance.
Thanks John that is a top tip! Yeah it could have been a bad situation of we didn't have a spare.
Saving on blinker fluid! Nice! 😂

G’day guys, another great video! How does the star link antenna handle the rattling while driving?
G'day guys, Enjoy your vids, BUT maaate, what was the verdict on the Starlink setup for driving? Would really like to have a verdict on the performance whilst driving, if it works? How reliable was it and maybe one thing Im concerned about is the wind factor, A wind tunnel test would be ideal LoL but yeah is it putting to much stress on the dish or not. Thanks in advance and enjoy your trip.
Hey Phil, thanks so much for the message and feedback. The Starlink works perfectly when travelling. We know 3 other friends who do the same with no issues. It will drop out if there are high trees lining the road but otherwise perfect and no issues.
Noice Travels... One Day...
Thanks Mark, have a great week!
welcome
Thank you
Thanks Andrew, so excited to be here and see what WA has to offer!
I have a mate who refuses to travel around Australia clockwise. Has to be anti-clockwise because he reckons you always get the prevailing winds which is good for fuel economy when towing and you always drive in the inner lane which means you're travelling less km and less wear and tear on your car. I always reckon the second one is a bit dodgy but the first point seems valid.
Must say I have no idea but sounds like the first point is a solid theory considering the winds we have faced!
If you look up prevailing wind directions in Australia, it's actually the smart way to do the lap. His second reason...... yeah dunno.
Fantastic episode- loved it. What was the app you were using to locate the camp sites.
Hey Charlotte, great to hear from you. The app is Campedia. Hope you are well!
@@suelandolt6840 Thanks so much. I’ll have to check it out. I hope you’re enjoy your WA travels.
What app do you use for camp sites?
Hi Jodie, the one in the episode is Wikicamps.
I have replayed 1 or 2 parts did you say 40 lts per 100?
Yip. Terrible head wind for our trip from Bunda cliffs to Norseman
@@justvanningit I get annoyed when my hilux hits 14
Did the Starlink work or did i just miss it.
Yeah the Starlink worked 100%. It loses signal if there are high trees lining the road but otherwise works really well!
Did it work while moving after you mounted to the front of the van
@@suelandolt6840 Sorry just read your post again, that's great
Big brook arboretum near Pemberton is a cracker camp that is dog friendly.
🇭🇲😀👍🍻🍻

Thanks mate, have a great eek!
hi guys what size is your tinnie you have

Hopefully we can do something about these fuel prices and tge cost of living. We need to boot out socialist governments !
We kicked Albo's personal glory seeking asinine "voice" to the crapper, let's do the same to him and his elitist government at the next election.
