    Z Grills 11002b 250f
    Season your Sirloin tip!
    Liberally apply the dry rub to the meat and let it sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
    Set your pellet grill to 250f
    Smoke the roast at 250 till the internal Temp reached your desired doneness.
    125°-130°F for rare
    130°-140°F for med rare.
    Remove and loosely tent with foil for a 20 min rest.
    slice and enjoy!
    Easy Au Jus Recipe
    1 TBSP butter
    2 garlic cloves chopped
    1/2-1 cup of water
    1/2 onion
    1 tsp better than bouillon beef base
    Add trey under the tip roast to catch all the dripping. When finished heat to thicken adding 2 TBSP red wine

    These recipes make about 2 lbs. and fit perfectly in a 33oz shaker.
    Put all ingredients in a bowl.. All are measured in cups.
    Ingredients for the SPG:
    1 1/4 Kosher Salt
    2 Coarse Ground Black Pepper
    1 1/4 Granulated Garlic
    Mix all ingredients into a bowl and add to the shaker. A funnel works great for this.

    I just made this for Mother’s Day, and it was amazing! I didn’t think I would like it medium rare, but with the au juis, it was tender and flavorful.

    Love this recipe!
    I do it very similar, buy the whole cap at Costco for cheap, rub it in, smoke it up, then finish it off.
    I smoke till 130 internal, then let it rest overnight (I usually buy the biggest pieces available, almost 10kg/22lbs), the next day I cut 1” steaks, add a layer of butter over them, shred some cheese onto it as well, then finish it off in an Airfryer for 5 to 7 minutes!
    End results is usually medium well, nice n juicy and the cheese just makes it look great for the gram since we not going for the sear on these!
    I smoked about 2 of these a week, and consume em all! But that’s because we currently on carnivore diet due to autoimmune problems and this cut of meat is one of the cheapest at my Costco so this is what’s for breakfast every day! Love it!!

    Hey Tommy, that’s so funny I did the exact same roast last night they had the sirloin tip on sale I did the SPG then I marinated it (Caribbean jerk) for 24 hours then just before I put it in the grill I covered it in competition cow powder I almost grabbed the hard-core carnivore next time I’ll use that to see which one I like better but this came out awesome super tender if prime rib is 100% this was 92% for sure and a hell of a lot cheaper yours was cooked perfect exactly how I would want it no question have a great one as always🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸👍

    I did a brisket with that carnivore black. Gotta be careful. It was a bit salty after combining it with the spg. But I love the color you get on the bark with it.

    Over-cooked vs undercooked, too much fat trimmed vs not enough fat trimmed. There are certain proteins/processes that you'll never satisfy everyone Tommy. Let's go, time for sandwiches!

      I do not and have never had a problem. That said. Make sure your pit does not get rained on. Keep it covered!! Double that said. If your not going to use it for over a month, take em out!!
