  • Enhanced release of serotonin and mood elevator, universally beneficial.
    Acts as ananalgesic, safest frequency, especially for hangover and jet lag.
    Dominant alpha frequency, clarity, normalcy, anti-convulsant, circadian rhythm resync, activate kidneys, raise body temp, more serotonin.
    Good when trying to correlate information by the subconscious - Sort of a waiting frequency while the subconscious does the work at lower frequencies.

    I remember listening to one of these alpha isochronic tones for at least 5 hours or something. I felt quite calm and at peace so I went to sleep and much to my surprise, I had a MASSIVE out of body experience with a crazy hallucinative, transition phase but the phase was way too crazy and I woke up, interrupting it
    I managed to replicate it, listening to it for a very long time does it. So this is PROOF that isochronic tones work. It wasn't a coincidence
    You'll know you're at some strong alpha wave level when you find yourself visualizing or using your mind's image almost automatically.
    You might even say "wow" I'm drifting off, daydreaming so much" but no, it's your natural brain state at that moment. Keep it up for a bit longer and then sleep right afterwards
    If you feel anything unusual, hallucinative, high pitched noise in your head, just relax, don't move and keep going deeper, don't worry

      Iv done this since 2016 with meditation and about six months for a hour a day I reach the astral projection static state consciously at will but it was so powerful that I decided to let it be a continue the path of meditation towards enlightenment but then around 2016 when in deep study for schooling exams my Kundalini would fire allowing and heightened awareness into a higher plane of thought 🤔 then I tried molly as an experiment and it was the same euphoric felling of ecstasy and I learned to surrender but I stopped looking for that experience to obtain complete meditative absorption which come once you detach from euphoric and stressful states of being I hear it's a neutral state of being one with all I've experienced it 3 times from a meditation guru but always stop at the point of letting go of everything kinda like aang

    I like this. strong beats. Thank you. Alpha frequencies stimulate creative states of being I believe.

      Thank you, Roland, really appreciated your comment! I do find alpha frequencies to be very good for relaxation and thus a helpful way to attain the creative states that you mentioned. My apologies for the late response!

      headphones are strongly recommended for brainwave entrainment in general-- specifically recommended but not necessary for isochronic or monaural, and absolutely necessary to use binaural beats. one can google the different types of frequencies to get information regarding their respective effects and the differences amongst them.

      Audio transducers/speakers/headphones all have unique characteristics just like people as individuals have voices. The specs on your phone's speaker is likely to be a lot different than headphones. Even still headphones can also be different in terms of quality and or characteristics amongst themselves which is why the same tones played back can sound different between pair A set of headphones and pair B.

    This is not soothing or calming or what ever you guys claim it to be, it's annoying and this is not a 10hrz tone, you can't hear 10hrz you can feel it but not hear it

      Ronaldo Moreira I know, I'm an audio technician, I work for Sundown Audio.
      What type of wave is this? Is it a sine wave, transverse, saw-tooth? If it was a sine wave it would be more smooth, this one has very sharp drops, causing pain to the listener. I'd suggest trying a sine wave for one of these. But most people don't have the proper audio equipment for something such as a sine wave at 10hz, or even 20hz.

    • @mehdu4619
      @mehdu4619 Před 7 lety +3

      you are a moron. not an audio tech. 10 hz NOT 10 hrx. Plus, the idea of binaural, monaural, and isochronic beats is the difference of 2 frequencies at same time. (ie - 110-100 = 10 hz).

    • @blisteryearth7321
      @blisteryearth7321 Před 6 lety +2

      This is something called a isochronic Beat which is when you play 2 different levels together to get a beat of that HZ tone wich has the same effect. Playing 310, and 300 Hz tones squentially like this would generate a 10 Hz tone, and have the same effect. So this does have the same effect of 10 Hz... (if it is set up properly)

      @cuddledog142 Před 6 lety +15

      @Blisteryearth Hi, not trying to be rude but I just want to correct you. Isochronic tones are not the same as binaural beats. Binaural beats is what you described. Isochronic tones are when one note is being played, but the tone is switched off and on at a certain rate (in this case 10hz). It's been proven that using isochronic tones is more effective than binaural beats for brainwave entrainment. If you want to read more about them, here is an actual scientific paper: www.machineswww.mindmodulations.com/resources/STUDY-ComprehensiveEntrainment.pdf
      @unjust1644 It is a sine wave. The "harsh drops" you're hearing is due to it having a very short attack and basically no sustain or release. If you were an audio tech you would probably know that because it's a common problem for beginners making sub basses haha

      100hz left ear,110hz right ear. The difference of both entrains the mind. Brain entrainment 101.

    • @rohitk8797
      @rohitk8797 Před 4 lety +3

      Basic idea is, brain get confused and starts mimicking same frequency of brain-waves(Alpha,beta,theta,gamma,) similar to the sound. To achieve this, there are different types of beats such as Binaural,Monaural,isochronic tones and prolly many more.

    • @traciej.6301
      @traciej.6301 Před 3 lety

      there is much debate around that. let me clarify : I'm aware of the assertion u made, however binaural beats get around that since they are not "heard", per se, but created by the brain. As for the other two types i mentioned (there are more but these are the basics, 101 indeed), there are speakers and headphones available which are made specifically for B.E., heavily overpriced but worth it. again, google it.

      isochronic tones use any carrier tone that the human can hear and then creates pulses of on and off to deliver frequencies to the brain that humans cannot hear. The Hz frequency is determined by how many times the tone pulses per second. This is proven on EEG machines to create this Hz frequency in the brain. It is only the pulsing that creates the frequency in the brain when using Isochronic tones. This not new technology. It has been around a long time.
