Thank you! The written instructions don't tell us to lower the chair. Your video showed us to lower it back into place before putting the back on. Such a great chair!
I wish they would include all the steps from the beginning, they do not show the connect-the-casters step, and they do not show moving the back clips upward. I'd prefer it if they followed all the steps from the user manual guide that comes with the chair, and maybe describe what might go wrong, such as the arms needing to be pushed at the front to overcome the chair stuffing that makes it hard to align the front slide of the arms.

the best test is to sit down and see how commanding the chair is
Please, please, please turn down the irritating music. Better yet, turn it OFF! It was overpowering and very distracting!

This video doesn't instill much confidence in this chair when she was able to lift the arms and back with just a few fingers.
