If everything was built with this much care, nothing would ever wear out

I wish government agencies could work as efficiently and effectively as these workers! What a nation we would be.

Former Boeing Everett.... have stood inside monstrous GE High Bypass Turbojet Engines at front of cowling. Used on 777 and 787 aircraft. They are amazing.

People don’t realize how big those engines are-!. I’m a retired OTR truck driver and did Portland to Seattle all the time. In doing so I saw a lot of specialized semi’s hauling those engines to Boeing in Renton Washington on I-5. They barely made under the overpasses . They had specialized convoy vehicles with height-strike antennas. I’d look over at them while driving and say to myself; well their goes 50 million dollars 🤪😂👍

US manufacturers are still using 1990s technology. Airbus is already testing an external fan engine that produces 30% more power, weighs 30% less and uses 40% less fuel.

Great video….sadly they have apparently wasted all of this engineering brilliance on a plane that is DOA. The 777x. Heartbreaking …
