Watching this video makes me uplifting and motivating. Regina, you are one of those people who live beautifully (이쁘게 사는 사람😊) in Korean term. The Korean food looks delicious!! My daughter told me your feedback is really helpful. The pay for your review service is too small for your hard work and I know it goes to the charity. Thank you very much for your help.
감사합니다~~❤🙏
I loooved your laugh at the end 😆💕🥂
I MISS YOUUUU all the time ❤
I love ur vlogs ❤❤❤
Thankyou 😊
Hi, great vid! I’ve heard that many community pharmacists are quitting due to poor working conditions… would you say the working conditions are better in hospital pharmacy?
Ummmmmmmmm no comment😅😅😅
I honestly think it depends on the people you work with. Poor working conditions can be anywhere, but if you have a good team every day is a good day! I no longer think hospital pharmacy has all the answers.
@@KOREginAPharmacist Okay, thank you!
When you were working in a mental health hospital where you doing on calls? Also what hospitals can one apply to that has less on calls because that's what I dislike about Hosp jobs?
Thanks
Yes! I had on calls but they were nowhere near as bad as the ones in an acute hospital! If you do bank/locum work, they normally don't put you on the on-call list :D
I know this is such a strange question, but do hospital pharmacists wear scrubs? I’m a student pharmacists and I really want to wear them because I hate choosing outfits!
It’s not a strange question at all! We did have to wear scrubs during COVID which was compulsory. Now it’s not, but you can still wear them if you prefer and if there are enough to go around 👍🏼
Hi, late comment but how quickly do you progress through the bands as a hospital pharmacist and how long would it take? Much appreciated!
It depends! It can take however long you want it to take. Some people climb up the ladder after a year or so by switching hospitals or just applying, some hospitals ask for you to complete the diploma before you move up a band....!
@@KOREginAPharmacist Thank you for the quick response, can't wait to see more about pharmacy, going to subscribe!
Loved your video😍 and it's so inspiring to see your dedication towards your work, more power to you👍bdw can I know how much is your salary?
Thank you!!! 🙏 and yes it’s Band 7 NHS Salary with London weighting!
Hi, I'm starting my hospital pre-reg next August and was looking more into hospital pharmacy as a career option. Just a question in regards to the postgrad Clinical Diploma that pharmacists study to move to band 7, how long is that diploma? Thank you :)
It's three years if you do the UCL one, but a few other universities do one for like 1 year or 2 years! So depends on which diploma you will be recommended to do :)
@@KOREginAPharmacist I seee, appreciate the reply!
@@KOREginAPharmacist Hi Regina, sorry for another question buut I was wondering if you also got an Independent Prescribing qualification alongside your diploma? I'm curious if you can do that as it would be a huge plus for hospital pharmacy
@@HM-wo1ch You can! I think there are courses now where IP is done alongside the diploma, but I didn't do that. I'll be getting my IP as a GP and hospital hybrid pharmacist :)
@@KOREginAPharmacist Thank youu, your videos are so helpful :)
And good luck getting your qualification!
Do hospital pharmacist have to work night shift or if they can choose between day or night shift ?
This depends on the hospital!
