Thanks for showing the remap and actual power and torque output on stock and after. I have European version of Civic Tourer with R18A2 engine. Engine has pretty good torque at 2000-2200rpm and to save fuel in urban you should not go above 2500rpm. Mine takes around 7,3 liters urban only and on the open 6.5. I won't touch anything as low mileage and runs like new. European version is like 142hp...but that 80hp on wheel is damn low...never expected this as mine runs like a blast to be honest. 54k miles and oil has been changed always between 5-6k miles.
Hello from 🇧🇻 Norway
My Fav tuning shop/ channel on youtube
😁 👌
Gonna get my 9th gen Civic Euro station wagon reflashed after watching lots of your videos explaining stuff about the R series 🏁
To be honest I would not touch anything on mine Civic Tourer 1.8ivtec 2014 and only 88.000km. It runs like a blast. Oil change always at 8-10.000km. No valves checked since new. I will be doing this at 100.000. Car is like a rocket especially from 2 to 3rd gear it runs like crazy. Greetings from Switzerland
8-10,000KM? When you base it on the manual it says " every 5,000KM".. unless you have a financial problem. Mineral or fully synthetic oils only 5,000KM.
I change oil every 3,000KM to maintain its power.
Awesome and educational video, sir. I have the same car and I'm looking to upgrade my exhaust system to this pwer package, but I don't want as much noise, I just want it deep and bassy. How much would that go for?
Have the same model. But in manual transmission. My mods are 2 inches pipings, headers but stock intake with stock original honda filter. Stock baseline was 119 whp after remap dyno 139whp. Highway driving I get 18.5km/liter city 8.2km/liter.
Can you remap Australian models ? Been stuck with mine un tunes for years lol
👏🏻
Sir Sid can you educate us regarding Turbos what we need to know before upgrading our turbos. Thank you.
You forgot what car
How much for this power package sir? Same car.
Any available tune for the 3rd gen hrv except for a piggyback ECU? Turbo L15C1 engine.
Direct ecu remap/reflash p29000
Where can I find a short ram intake kit exactly like the one you installed for the FD ? or was this intake piping custom made ?
SpeedLab
@@speedlabchannel4452what’s your website
But if you go 2” then remap the car, is there will be much more gain than if you remain with the stock size pipe diameter? For civic FD 1.8
If its bigger diameter than orginal
Its No good
If you got a Turbo engine
Thats a diffrent story
based on my experience there is. Im running FD with 2" pipe/dynotuned running 138whp
Newbie question po sir, resonator delete doesn’t affect the car’s performance and fuel consumption? And the car is really fine without it right?
No
How does it still pass emmisions inspections without catalytic converter?
Because our standards are low
So does resonator delete actually affect fuel economy?
No. For the life of me I don’t where you all get that idea
Is K&N better than AEM filters in terms of power gains?
No
@@speedlabchannel4452 so what is better?
Hello! Newbie question sana mapansin, hindi na po need lagyan ng flexi pipe sa honda 1.8? And kung hindi na need pwede pa explain hehe
Because it has a flexible donut gasket
What was the vtec crossover set at after remap?
There is no vtec crossover for the 1.8
@@speedlabchannel4452 yes there is dude even the valve cover of the car said it was VTEC😂
The normal crossover is at 3500 RPMs
You can takeoff the valve cover and see that there are two different cam profiles
I was just curious if you moved it up or down or not
@@user-wn7nk2rs6i that just shows your a moron
There is no high cam low cam like in the B or D Series
STUPID
How were the gains with that hot air intake
It’s because you are wrong about the intake being hot
How much for this package setup?
70k
probable reason why the engine was making below average power?
not to be judgement, but it’s very likely poor maintenance
how much po for 1.6 lancer - 4g18 engine?

@@speedlabchannel4452 thank you! more power!
Ung isang shop Notorious Motorsports dinadaan s mga naka bikining babae 🤣
Sex sells 🤷♂️
Hm HP po magaij pag naremap na ang ecu?
25,000
Hello boss, how much po total cost?

Those numbers seem inflated.
20 hp from a hot air intake and stock size exhaust…. 😅
Do you know Anything about this car/engine ?:😂😂😂
