Good guide. Easy to follow with no bull$#*t.
Everything you need to know, nothing that you don't.

Thanks man. Really happy it helped.
What is the brand from steerig wheel?
If you mean the handlebars, they are drag bars from an independent seller on EBay.
is it the same process for the 250 model? (i know the numbers are not)
250cc Clearances are different.
Intake: 0.05mm-0.1mm
Exhaust: 0.08mm-0.13
All other processes seem the same.

@@konraduk6228 thanks for the guidance mate
Will this work for all models
Hi doomdog 308,
As far as I'm aware, the process will be the same with carb models and after a quick google search it seems the clearance specifications are the same as well.
0.08 - 0.12mm Intake
0.1 - 0.14mm Exhaust
Hope it helps!
@@konraduk6228 so will this work for the efi 2009 version
@@Doomdog308
As far as I'm aware, yes!
Hi.
It's a bit off topic, What's your top speed on gps, have u ever tested
Hey there,
I haven't tested it on GPS unfortunately no. Since I took the old exhaust off and replaced it with the Lextek CP1 system I've gotten it up to 60 on the speedo, but it's much more comfortable cruising at around 50 - 55mph.
I'll post up a top speed video.
