Diet vlog | what I eat in a day (high protein) 🥑 tracking calories & macros

  • Join me for a full day of meals while I track my calories and try to eat high protein! Pumpkin protein pancakes, chicken breast salad, chocolate banana chia seed pudding, and kimchi stew with udon noodles 🍜
    Please note that I am not trying to be in a significant calorie deficit, but I have been asked by my doctor to slow down my weight gain. I am mostly trying to not go over my recommended calorie intake and eat enough protein.

    so happy youre posting weekly again ❤ btw if the chia seeds are old or the milk is too cold they wont expand as much, otherwise you can try stirring more often that should help!

      I am going to try my best to keep uploading regularly! And now that you mention it, it seems like the chia seeds could be a bit old... and the milk was also straight out of the fridge 😅 I will try stirring more often and see what happens. Thank you!

    omg i made the protein pancakes with coffee protein and instant coffee the other day it was so good!!!! like a pumpkin spice latte

      That actually sounds really delicious! It's a combination I haven't tried yet, but I think I would really like it 😯 maybe I will make it sometime!

      Oh, I hope you like them if you try them! They can be a bit watery sometimes if the steamed pumpkin isn't drained properly, but I always find them delicious. I hope you're having a great week ❤️

    Were the CHIA SEEDS ground up???? If they were NOT that could be why they didn't expand and get as thick
