that again means that if something selling the best is not mean that this is the best product, not always but in this case yeah, RE5 is not good

@@FIREDAN075 You may not like it as a RE game, but RE5 it's a good game and a good action game, if it wasn't a good game, it wouldn't had top the charts to this day, even when there's others RE games that fills the check boxes.
Let's see where RE4R gets on that list, and where the inevitable RE5R gets too.

RE5 had two things going for it back in the day. 1) it was coming on the heels of RE4, which many consider to be the best game in the franchise. 2) It released on consoles that actually had a user base and high sell through rate (as much as I love the GameCube, making RE4 exclusive to it at the time really hampered its sales).
Because of this it managed to ride all the good will and hype to amazing sales numbers. And while I agree its def not a good RE game and lead us to even MORE BS with RE6. It was still a solidly made game with mechanics that worked, two player co-op (couch OR online) that functioned well for playing with a friend, and a fun and addicting bonus content with its Merc Mode. It also looked amazing visually, which helped draw eyes on it.
