Weeeell, new sonic, new coat, presumably darker persona based on filming pictures. All leads to either: Tennant is 14 for the 3 apparent specials (which is a rumour with foundation since they supposedly filmed the final shot of Tennant and Tate leaving in the TARDIS, being waved) OR it’s a parallel universe, or dark realm or whatever coz as you said, there’s no gaps in S4 or the specials. 99% certain it won’t be the 10th Doctor as we know him
