I am a vegetarian Parsi and a proud one. You should have tried B Merwan ka Eggless Mawa Cake jiske liye subah se line lagti hai and it gets over very fast. Aap shayad afternoon me gae the tab tk khatam ho jata hai. And Veg Pattice bhi jo aapko mili wo long thi. Subah jo milti hai wo round shape me hoti and uska puff wala part ekdum sahi hota hai. So try that next time you are in Mumbai. Parsis ki ek aur egggless sweet dish aap try Kar skte ho Dal ni Pori which is our version of Puranpoli but it is much thicker and sweeter. Parsi Veg Stew bhi sahi rehta hai but restaurants me hardly milega aapko.
Most of parsi people are very sweet and very good. also their food is amazing.

Great video! It is very gratifying to watch you eat at popular and less known places. When I was in Delhi, I liked to try Cholle Bhature at different places which was fun..... thanks for shedding light on Parsi eateries.
We have Dhansak/Palav Dal (the Dal is primarily made from Toor Dal), Dhandaar Patio, Vegetable Stew (must try), lots of different types of crust patties (potato, cauliflower, mix veg), jam puff, mawa cake (which you should have tried at B. Merwan - Grant Road), we also have delicious Parsi style curry rice, etc. These are some of the prominent Parsi vegetarian foods. I am a Parsi vegetarian too.
And we also have Sev (sweet sevaiyan) and ravo (like sheera, but cooked differently) which we like to eat with curd for auspicious events.
