- **See pinned comment below for a cautionary tale about how dangerous this tool can be. Use at your own risk, and if you lack coordination in any way, or are going to allow yourself to be distracted while using this tool, DON’T USE IT. I would not recommend this for anyone but advanced tool users. Get practiced with advanced angle grinder AND chainsaw use before attempting to use this attachment.**
I found a great tool to start carrying out to the pasture with me. This can make quick work of thorn bushes, blackberries, tree seedlings, and branches fallen on the electric fence.

Hey friend, I speak from unfortunate experience -- those chainsaw disks are known to be injury machines since the kickback can be in any direction. After my event, I use a 1-handed recip saw for the small stuff and a battery normal bar-chainsaw for the big stuff. Those M18 batteries you got I hear are good for cold weather too. czcams.com/video/x1hf2UILN80/video.html&ab_channel=StumpyNubs
Thanks for the feedback. I wholeheartedly agree with how dangerous this disc attachment can be. You really have to respect it and pay full attention to what you are doing, and have complete understanding of how prone to kickback it is.
@@TomWylie Yeah, I used & replaced (as it wore) a similar tool a couple times a week for 3 years until something happened. Anyways, best of luck and stay safe!
@@robertf1720 thanks! Yep always a chance of accident. I’ll be careful.
Great tip, thanks!
Glad it was helpful! I’d encourage you to check out the pinned comment that someone else left that I just added to the top of this comment thread. Check out the video he links to for a cautionary tale about how dangerous this chainsaw disc can be on an angle grinder. Definitely good to keep in mind, and I forgot to mention those factors in my video. 👍
Old fashioned Kaiser blade can’t be beat for cleaning debris from fence rows quickly.
Thanks, I’ve seen those around but not in action. I’ll have to check them out.
Yea I think I'd just go with a brush hook, kaiser blade, whatever you call it or something like that.
Ouch…. That is literally the last tool I would use for that job. Put a brush blade on your weedeater, sawzall, chainsaw, machete, please anything else…
