  • Composer, percussionist and bandleader Adam Rudolph discusses creativity, listening, his travels as a young man, and some of the great musicians who taught him important lessons about music and life, including Yusef Lateef, Don Cherry, and Big Black. He also talks about his groups The Hu Vibrational, Go: Organic Orchestra, and Adam Rudolph's Moving Pictures, about his collaborations with musicians from Sam Rivers to Bennie Maupin, and about his compositional techniques.
