Are you asking is it parboiled rice?
You can add it after the epis, tomato paste and okra... fry it a bit and then add ur water
Did you say that you like to add smoked herring to the rice (but you didn’t have any available)? Or were you saying smoked curry?
Smoked herring. So hard to find in my area
What can I substitute epis with if I am unable to find it?
Vstang 60 are you unable to find green onions and garlic?? You can blend those 2 ingredients and add black pepper to it. Have fun cooking

its so much easier to just measure the water and rice. Rather than removing excess water and then having to add it back in later on. I always see the same thing. Removing and then adding. When you measure 1;2 its just perfect.
The trick to cooking okra so you won't make it slimy is to add the salt after you cook it not while you're cooking it it makes it slimy
Too. Much oil though nice over all
