Sir over current at the same time over voltage?
If ever over current is the problem meaning your load is above the total full load of your generator now if volatge is the problem
Meaning that you need to check the voltage during load and without load if satable of not

I'm asking if i can disconnect one of the sensing input 7 or 8 until the motor tourn on high speed 1500 then connect it back to have full output directly?
Would that harm any of the avr or generator?
If you do that it not reaches to the speed 1500 it will shutdown undervoltage or under freq because there is safety configuration during that process
@benzblogsVlogs the engine must run in pre-heat and idel speed for 36 seconds in same time it gives 25 hz with 190 volts and I'm afraid that it will damage some equipments so I want a way to disable the avr until the 36 pass and the engine speeds up to 1500

Hi I bought an SDMO T16 diesel generator for power restoration when the local utility company has blackouts. The generator works well and runs well but five minutes after loading the voltage starts to have these huge swings in values. The problem only occurs when loaded, so I’m thinking it’s not a AVR problem. Do you have any suggestions?
Ok meaning the confige or the nominal volatge in the module not reaching out from volatge from your alternator for exampls you module nominal is 220 it shout be the volatge reaching 220 not below if below it happen like this loading voltage

Hello, I have an SS341 that I can't get control of throught DSE. I have trim all the way up and can't get it to drive down or up. I am stuck at 102 percent

the avr itself. It was stuck at 102 percent. I went straight from back of DSE AVR A and B to AVR A1 and A2. I got control but when I restart the engine, AVR goes up on it's own@@benzblogsVlogs
@@elporky6420 before you do the adjust ment for the avr put first in the midle posation the voltage thin adjust the setting in the module so you can get the exact value for +- percentage

Double check your configuration look to your loading voltage ithere same amount with your nominal or higher juat put 95% from your nominal boltage
My generator always over frequency shutdown what could be the problem
Souble check volatge and hz if stable thin check your config put delay for over and under 5sec

Just do this check first if your rpm or your speed is stable if stable thin you can adjaut the volatge from you avr and stability but if rpm not atable you have to fix that first before you adjust the stability of the avr

Bro avr is connected only in the alternator while ecm is connected in engine
The function of avr is to regulate the volatge while ecm is to control engine fueling and metering like sensors

If no out put just double check your fuses and check the resistance of your exciter field if there is around 10_20 ohms still good now you can start exciting

Follow the vedio that i send to you take the exciter wire and strat the genset try to inject 12 vdc but before you do remove all the connection from your avr and each one put some insolation for safety thin follow the vedio if build voltage from 300-500 means avr only is defective if now build while exciting thin ither exciter or diode but after that message me back

Now if you lost one whase of your volatge means other winding is damage already no if you want to know open the alternator use migger test if winding still in good condation in main winding
Now if unstable your volatge due to other line lost so if you have multi meter check the volatge where your avr sensing is connected my be its affected coz the is line failure
