I like how the singing follows not the primary melody, as you usually see in a song where someone has added lyrics to an instrumental piece, but a slightly embellished version of the secondary melody. It gives an interesting impression like she's singing a different song alongside and complimentary to the original.
I was just thinking, the singer or singing style sounds like something out of an Akira Kurosawa film. Specifically, the song sung by Princess Yuki in The Hidden Fortress.

that be kool I think that's why people want remakes to see what todays systems can do with the games we enjoyed back in the day I agree maybe a sequal would be better be sweet
it's the same feeling as eating something that reminded me of mom's cooking. being somewhere that reminded me of home. some of our fondest memories will be the ones when we were kids.

I definitely agree. Amano's art and characters + Uematsu's music were the essence of Final Fantasy. It was truly magical. Then angsty teen characters with emo hair became a thing in the series...

He later reveals that he allowed Sabin to win by using a special coin given to Edgar by their father, specially made with two heads, one of Edgar, and the other of Sabin."
@@esper4645 both changed some of the systems, so they could count as remakes.... bad remakes, though.. Also, I didn't even call it a remake in the first place ;-P

I hope they NEVER remake (aka. ruin) Final Fantasy 6. It's the best FF and also the best JRPG in general (in my opinion). I was a huge FF fan in the 90s and FF1-9 are all amazing but unfortunately Final Fantasy died after 9.

Then it'll be very likely nothing will happen, so long as he gives proper credit to those who made it and also, does not make money off it. (however, I think recompensation for supplies is allowed). If it's under the US branch... then there's quite a few hoops to go through...like having to defend it as an exemption of article 172 of US copywrite law.. @_@

I agree. The original company died in 2003. Enix takeover was it's new out look of the series which fails compares to the original.

First FF i ever played was 7 wow it was amazing. Opened my eyes to the world of rpg's. But FF 6 is so much more, 100x times better than any other FF.
