    Very informative video. I'm too cheap to afford a coach so I tended to follow online programs or make my own. Ended up following programs that had me going to RPE10 multiple times a week (as in, I would frequently fail lifts before hitting the amount of reps prescribed).

    Hey, i needed a little guidance from you.
    I'm a high jumper. I've been training with deep squats for off season. And now i want to start training with half squats or quater squats but I don't know my 1RM for those. Whats should i do? I'm going from strength phase to power phase.
