Rumours about #audi and #porsche joining F1 have been circulating for months now but we have some fresh news for you about how the two #volkswagen owned manufacturers will be joining the sport. #michaelandretti is still in the mix to bring in an F1 team as well. But surely all three of these can’t be joining the sport? The F1 grid looks like it is going to get a big shake up in the near future so let's get you up to date on the likely comings and goings.

The rules are messed up where the existing teams can black ball a new qualified entrant who will dilute the end of season pay out. that is clear conflict of interest. In the past, many teams with dubious credentials were in the sport. Most went away soon enough. But Minardi, the minnow of minnows, has grown into Alpha Tauri with several race wins to their credit. It comes down to the big teams being afraid of the competition. And this is a SPORT isn't it.
It’s not true , the thing is there’s no point , if Audi & Porsche create their own teams it will bankrupt teams like Haas,Sauber & Williams because lesser money will be trickled down. We used to have 13 teams in 2010 & what happened ? Those 3 teams went bankrupt
@@MrBboyflexibi no, I agree with him. They are scared. And if you haven't got the message. It will add 1 team not 3. So it's definitely viable and the only option is the other teams are being little bitches.
@@MrBboyflexibi businesses going bankrupt is normal, it means they are bad at their jobs
@@sparkieT88 but if you have 10 teams you won’t go bankrupt
@@MrBboyflexibi I dont know haas and William's have been pretty close to going under with only 10 teams
Andretti should go full American mode, Andretti Ford would really shake things up.
Good point Ford has massive F1 pedigree..
I don't want to see teams being bought out, I want to see new teams joining. Within the sport they don't refer to each other by the names we know them, they call each other by where they are based: Enstone/Silverstone/Grove/Brackley and so on. this shows what is really going on and highlights the need for actual new teams to make the sport more interesting.
With new buy in fees etc this will be the way for a while.
@@levish8980 The buy in fee is a modest $200 million, absolutely chicken scratch in the land of F1. What is expensive (and nearly impossibly difficult) is getting a brand new team built up from nothing.
we need more competitors, it would be a good thing
only if they're actually competitive. F1 has had more than 20 drivers before and it's remembered as a horrible joke
No, we need 4 teams. No one else seems to win if you are not Mercedes, Red Bull, Ferrari. Oh wait, we need just 3 teams. I'd like to see Alpine or Aston win. Doubt it will ever happen.
It would be nice to get owners who could make Haas and Williams competitive teams. Not sure what Gene Haas thinks he is doing in F1. Won't/can't spend enough to be competitive and won't sell. Replacing him with ownership with more background in road racing - like Andretti - could be step up for the team and the grid.
They need more power train manufacturers. Having sister teams that are used to sway political decisions towards one team’s favor needs to go.
@@jimiverson3085 Then we need spec cars. If you understand the history of F1. There are always front runners, mid pack and back of the pack teams. Even though Shumacher and Hamilton have 7 titles each. HO\ow in the world are we supposed to know who is the "REAL" best drivers ever, or did they drive the best cars ever. I say It's the car. Alonso, Vettel, Raikkonen, Button, ect.. would ALL have done as well, or near as well, if they had the same cars as those 2.
There was talk at one time of the existing teams entering three cars each. This would give each team more exposure and may not increase their costs all that much since the infrastructure is already in place. This would add an additional 10 cars for a total of 30. My understanding is that originally the GP grid was limited to 26 starters. Keeping with that rule it would mean that four drivers would face elimination before each race thereby increasing the competition. This idea would give existing reserve drivers actual seat time rather than just a simulator and if they are quick enough, they may qualify to race. How Andretti, Porsche etc would fit in the mix, I'm not sure. Anyway, it's just a thought.
Volvo because F1 has become so safe it will be an excellent platform for them to Showcase their safety features🤣🤣
If Van Damme will be their driver I am in.
Your correct about one thing. I'd rather be inside a Volvo in a accident. Good humor 🤣
I thought Volvo were not going to continue with internal combustion engines ?
They have announced they will go all electric in just a few years.
I would like to see Ford or Toyota get back into the racing. DFW Ford Cosworth was the go to engine for a vey long time
Cosworth are legendary.
Toyota is the one that must comeback. They have got everything they need to become a front runner this time around. Perhaps, an engine supplier for Alpha Tauri would be a great start for them. They shouldn't repeat what they have done wrong in 2002.
They have started it wrong until it escalated every year.
I think Chevy would be a good choice since they already supply engines to indy car. Ford would be great because they also used to supply engines to F1. Both manufacturers have hybrid engines. Hell if theybreally wanted to they could team up with Tesla to work on the hybrid engine and batteries.
@@Gutenburg100 Tesla is irrelevant for F1. the tech they use in f1 is beyond Tesla by 10 country miles
@@dayleashleynolasco5765 Toyota should partner with Yamaha. That works be a dangerous combo
So what are we gonna have 24 cars on the grid or. Still 20 I miss the days of a Massive f1 grid
My minimum expectation is 30 car and I am sure the teams could manage to race on most tracks.
@@sziklamester1244 I would like to be to see that 15 teams going for the number 1 spot
At the tail end of the turbo era (1988) and the beginning of the 3.5 liter period (1989), the grid was made up of about 27 cars.
With Red Bull switching to Porche engines, Honda could team up with Andretti.
andretti is supposedly going renault
Honda is not there anymore. They were there only till 2021. Now it is just RBPT.
Renault would be a better at least for Renault because they currently have one team and if they have more team they could collect more datas and in the end they could improve a whole lot.
@@sooryanhits You are aware that Honda still runs the RBPT factory and as said in this video, their F1 plant in Japan is still running so they havent shut up shop yet.
Yes, it seems like a done deal. I wonder why that wasn't mentioned in the video.
Seeing Ford, BMW or Toyota back in F1 would be ace, however some left of field manufactures like Hyundai/KIA would be interesting
Yeah I definitely agree with that bro, well said 👍🏻
BMW is apparently joining with McLaren
I want to see Lancia join again, one of the OG's of f1
It Would go rusty and a breakdown before the first race at finished
That’s a fiat and they have Ferrari
@@ralphe5842 HAD Ferrari
Pretty sure Andretti has an agreement should they be allowed in with Renault/Alpine.
Full manufacturer entries sound appealing until their bean counters tell them it's time to pull out of F1. I'm always suspicious of them as racing isn't the bottom line (Ferrari is the exception).
As for constructors like Williams, McLaren, Sauber, etc. when their engine manufacturer pulls the plug, they go shopping for another engine supplier. Sure there is a risk of folding but I don't think Andretti should be lumped in with the ones that got into F1 in the past and failed.
Andretti has a worldwide footprint in multiple disciplines and it is some of the team owners that are thinking "what's in it for me" instead of "what is good for the sport" that is keeping them out.
For most manufacturers besides Ferrari, the "win on Sunday, sell on Monday" maxim no longer applies.
Williams would switch to Renault next year. One reason why Piastri is strongly considered to replace Latifi.
Andretti have never built a car
"Pretty sure", eh? You're an idiot. Possibly you're as dumb as everyone else buying into this Andretti nonsense.
@@benmckinlaywilliamson3394 Andretti has developed and fielded indy cars. Andretti senior has raced in F1 before. They have the experience and the team to build a new F1 car, they have the money to support it long term, and the drive to see it done.
I'd also like to see a lotus racing team, it would be fantastic to see the old lotus racing colours out again !
Porsche and Audi have always been rivals.. would be great go get them both in F1 at the same time.
During an interview with Mario Andretti last year they were planning on partnering up with Alpine/Renault for engines and using their own chassis.
I would just like to see more teams.... 3 more would be great. More seats for drivers.... too much talent don't get the opportunity. If there are no additional teams, then change rules for teams to run 3 cars. That's what I would like to see.
More cars means more racing incidents means more safety car deployments means less racing.

Andrettri, Haas and Honda should colab. Or have Honda be it's own team.
Two American household names may temp Ford, possibly General Motors in and that depends on the healthy state of global economy.
Honda is out of the Sport. currently, all they're doing is helping RB with their own engine till 2025 to make sure the transfer of development is handled smoothly. RB is making the engines now, NOT honda.
I would really love to see andretti and william partner as william is struggling for good results and i think andretti leadership could be a big new breath
Andretti "leadership" ?????
Hahahahahahahaha. That's hilarious
If I could pick Koenigsegg their natural best towards innovation would be a fantastic fit for the sport! Bring in and develop their freevalve technology would be so cool
Yes, but the regulations could stifle them too much. They make pretty radical innovations where in F1 you can't do that much. (I am new to f1 so I could be wildly wrong)
But porsche is my favorite production manufacturer that's affordable and Koenigsegg is bar none the best street legal car manufacturer on the planet
Would love that too. I think they can produce a winning engine in just a few years. And have a very innovative engine within regulation. There are no current engine manufacturer close to what they acheive. How about supply to Haas and Williams. I am not sure Ferrari would like it thou. They have lots of influence in F1.
I mean, Andretti should just buy out Haas, indeed.
But who would be that US driver? Rossi? Herta? Marco as a long shot, maybe Newgarden? Connor Daly? Ed Carpenter? I'm probably missing a few but as far as I know not many have the required points
As for a global impact, F1's missing the point however. Honda is as much a known brand as Porsche or Audi and Honda has a proven pedigree, unlike Audi who got thrown out of IMSA and Trans-Am or being too dominant, and Porsche who were in the 60s, then only won a race and buggered off, came back in the 80s with the TAG branding, then, yes, buggered off again, and let's not even go into the disaster that was 1991, too. Plus I am very very wary of the VAG's claim (that is Volkswagen, Audi, Group) insistence they won't be in a series with a combustion engine, but they want to enter F1 which has an ICE, MGU-K and MGU-H. Something is not adding up
None of meet liscence requirements they would need to race in feeder series like F2
LMAO. Haas would never sell to Andreti.
The MGUH will be gone with the new engine rules but otherwise I agree. But the news I heard was that Renault/Alpine would be the engine supplier which makes sense since they don't have a customer deal presently.
@@leeklass3907 Actually Newgarden would because he’s won the IndyCar championship within the last 3 years. That alone would give him enough points (40) for an FIA Super License. However, no one is after JN for an F1 spot. Herta just signed a testing role for McLaren F1 so it’ll be interesting to see how that turns out.
I can't see Marco Andretti doing F1. As it is, Marco is only competing in the Indy 500. While he's participated in sports car racing too, he's focusing more time on his real estate business. At 35, I think he's probably too old to make a go at F1 anyway.
Ford-Cosworth and Goodyear returning to F1 in an Andretti car would be a golden ticket for F1 to become extremely popular in the US imo. Red Bull is also 2 hours from Cosworth and their drink sales in the US are kinda stagnant. Cosworth also has manufacturing in Indianapolis where Andretti is. Oh what a dream that would be.
However, does Ford have a leader like Mike Kranefus nowadays?
2 heavyweights in motorsports.. hope they bring good competition for rb, ferrari and merc
I would like Lotus to come back with their black and gold livery! ;-) Lambo will be nice as well. Ford or Toyota does not sound exciting - although Ford engines were legendary at a time ....
Yeah the good ol days. I still remember JPS livery too!
Lambo probably wont bc Ferrari’s history is almost tied directly to F1’s history. If they came in and scored behind Ferrari, it would be a huge embarrassment for them.
At least, that’s my theory
I'd like to see Dodge come in- kinda fits the whole "we go fast" thing they market on in the US.
@@jakegoulin7701 If i remember right Lambo had an engine in F1 for a while. Lola Lamborghini i think. Maybe back in the 80's ?
Let Andretti race!
If Andretti wants to make an American team, why not have an American car.
Possibly because none of the American manufacturers want to dive into f1 (again in fords case) I could see a team up with Toyota, who does do a lot of building here in the states
Honda cars are American af lol
Honestly with the budget caps It wont be as exciting as we think with these new teams lol
Andretti, Audi and Porsche should set up their own racing series.
I’d like to see Audi buy Williams, Porsche buy alpine, and Lamborghini all join using Porsche engine. Maserati buys Haas and use Ferrari engine. BMW joins as a works team. Alpha Tauri become Jaguar and Jaguar uses Red Bull engine which is powered by Honda again.
So your grid is…
Mercedes
Mclaren
Aston Martin
Porsche
Audi
Lamborghini
Ferrari
Alfa Romeo
Maserati
Red Bull
Jaguar
BMW
YES!!! 🤩🤩🤩🤩👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻
I would love to see BMW and Toyota return and it would be interesting to see Andretti team up with and bring the gm brand in with them with Chevrolet engines
What Chevrolet engine from where?
They pay Ilmore to build Indy engines for them, but Ilmore allready build Mercedes F1 engines
@@claudiusconruton2720 , where the engine come from is on them, gm have a good v8 motor, engineered nicely in the Holden v8 supercars, a good sports v6 from the Holden sv6, and a pretty nifty 4 cylinder, while I mention Holden which gm shut down and are paying the price for in Australia, gm still own the designs and could quite easily convert them to a fully fledged racing motor, who would build them on the other hand would be up to gm
Andretti plus Dodge as an engine manufacturer would be deeply American and spot on for F1 and their desire to capitalize on the US market.
Dodge 😂.
@@rootyp What's wrong with Dodge as an engine? lol
Not sure why Andretti does not join up with Haas!? An All American team with an American and a Canadian/Mexican driver line up would so great, marketingwise and competitive-wise. Dumb question: are Hass and Andretti not getting along?
Koenigsegg would be a very interesting addition...
Andretti will use Renault and Willams as well some say - due to Merc saying 3 customer teams is too much for them + Willams underperfoming doesnt help
That's the whole thing it's very difficult to get the whole world in motorsports because unlike "normal" sports for example like basketball people can actually go out there the next day and try out some moves they saw the day earlier from a NBA game but no one can go and try out racing it's costly too...
Monster Energy, Ford, and Andretti should team up. That should make some US fans.
The obvious choice would be Chevrolet, but I do not think they are willing.
Would be nice if the entry cost being lowered a bit but not too low so teams could consider to start a brand new team. I do not like when teams take over already existing ones because that does not improve the quantity maybe only the quantity. I want 30 cars on the grid with a lot more new drivers to show their skills. The regulations need to achieve not cater any existing major teams but make the gaps smaller so actually smaller teams could compete. If they can achieve the worst and best car only have 0,5 sec difference then we can see real race era. This is what I want but probably this won't happen anytime soon.
Be hilarious to see the VW Group enter F1 with a Skoda F1 Team!!
I also learned that Chevrolet and Cadillac want to buy an existing team. The teams are Austin martin and Williams and Haas.
yaa lets andretti's in,, we'll see how,,,
Audisport are legendary so ofc i want to see Audi.
I would love to see the return of Andretti to F1. If this sport is going to grow it would help to have an American team in the ranks, I’m sorry HAAS just doesn’t cut it.
More competition...bring it on
F1 is allowed to have 13 teams. Currently there are 10. So 3more could join without other teams needing to make way.
Though IF a team had to make way, let it be Alpha Tauri. No more driving with 2 teams for Red Bull seems like a solid plan.
Yea alpha tauri should move down to F2 and be redbulls real Jr. Team.
Yes but other teams want a lot of silly money to add a new team
@@kevinpoulton To me having 2 teams should be against the rules. Basically for 2022 that means Red Bull essentially has a development budget of 300 million while the rest has to adhere to the 150 million limit. They can pretty much test aero parts on the AT before implementing it on the RB and vice versa. And if the budget was put in place to eliminate unfair advantages due to some teams having more money than others, then this should be against those rules.
Unless this is already against the rules and RB and AT don't share data. But I highly doubt that.
@@DriftKingNL I think the 2 team share very little . That happen when T R could not used last year's Red bull cars
If porsche joined, it would be a clean sweep.
The simplest fix is customer teams. I'm sure there are other people watching this video who like me, remember when half the grid were independents racing a March, or a BRM. Then teams/drivers such as Rebaque who used to race a 'last season' Lotus.
Surely allowing independents to buy off the shelf cars is the lowest cost for F1 entry, and it puts money into the works team. Imagine having a grid of 30 cars, a mix of Red Bulls, Mercs, McOranges, and Fiats, in a dozen different liveries, with the Alpines, Astons, Alfas and Alphas thrown into the mix.
It would be fantastic, like the 70s and 80s again. Then we'd just need to get rid of Liberty Media and the woke politics.
NA vs eu vs japan in the peak of motor racing is what we need
F1 is growing in America and if these other teams want to grow the sport, they’d realize that Andretti w/ an American driver would deliver just that.
Tbh I don’t think they would sell Alfa Romeo - because that’s how they bring up their new drivers etc.
Andretti should approach Hass since it is an american team and struggling just a thought.
Great vid and ive subscribed to your channel, don't mean to nitpick though...Im a Porsche owner and kind of a Porsche geek. Drives me a little nuts every-time you say the name as you pronounce it like people here in the states do lol. Should sound like "porsh-ah". Just saying. Anyway yea would love to see Porsche in F1 again!
I'd honestly like an American manufacturer to get involved with Andretti like cadillac or Ford.
Hi my name is Raymond and I'm a big f1 fan and I've just about watched every race since I was 13 and I'm 44 now
Good thing cost cap just hit
But I bet this does zero to the buy in cost.
Both Audi and Porsche both have backgrounds in f1 due to who they own . Porsche own Bugatti who was one of the first ever motorsport teams and Audi own Lamborghini who was a f1 team from the 90s and a backing from vw group would be bigger then any team in f1 has now
The day I see an F1 car actually siting on the starting grid with a Porsche/Audi logo is the day I will actually believe it
I'll believe it when I see it.
Audi Haas F1 Team, Porsche Williams F1 team. They can just collaborate with the current teams or something like that
They could bring in an American auto maker like Chevrolet who already makes engines for Indy plus it would make sense having an American manufacturer even ford could come back to F1. It’s definitely time for an American manufacturer to come back to F1. F1 needs to make it more affordable for Works teams to want to come back to F1. It’s not like they can’t make it profitable
Got to do a f1 version of the w12 engine!!!
I would love to see more competition period. Mercedes versus Red bull now Red bull versus Ferrari. Watching the top two teams is boring. Needs more competition at the top. And I love watching the race don't get me wrong. This is what needs to be fixed.
I would like to see Chevrolet
Geeley 👍👍👍👍
I think it's a brilliant idea to bring a team from the USA ! Let's see this next yr or deffinatly the yr after !!!
aww yes. lotus!
LOL, the usa has zero drivers with super licence points.
Yeah, and also hardly anyone with rain experience...
Herta has 32 of 40 points as of March. Pato Oward was at 30 at the beginning of the season. If either gets no less than 4th in the season they will have enough points.
Great content, but it drove me nuts that you mispronounced Porsche, it's por·shuh, not Porsh.
Audi/McLaren or Audi/Williams or even(!) Audi/Aston Martin.. for sure Lawrence Stroll would want a big name brand to back up his team.
Hyundai/Kia/Genesis are getting bigger and would like to see them in F1.
MClaren seen to be not for sale Audi try that one
Mclaren and HAAS AUdi ,Redbull Alfa Tauri PSH. Logan Sergent and Colton Herta USA drivers. Honda Andretti
Bring it!!
Lamborghini and Ford whit cosworth engine would be great teams. 😁
I'd love to see Ford come back to F1. If Andretti wants an "American" team, this would be a great opportunity for Ford to re-enter F1. Ford is more than capable of competing in the hybrid era (I wish the regulations only specified engine output and emissions not the technology used to get there, it's be fun to see a manufacturer design a near zero emission alternative/synthetic fuel V10 ICE that competes with a hybrid V6).
I've only returned to following F1 in the last 2-3 years, so I don't know if this is possible. But it's be nice to see Goodyear return to F1 as well. Would the FIA allow a second tire manufacturer? If so, this would also help Andretti with the "American" them. It would also be nice to see them employ not just an American driver, but a Canadian too, and a Mexican driver (who would be the test driver and who would have one of the race seats would be whoever is better), that would make it a true North American team. That I could get behind. Andretti+Ford+Goodyear.
Or maybe FCA could develop a Dodge branded engine for Andretti, that would be cool! Although I guess FCA would rather have an Alfa Romeo branded power unit or Alfa sponsored team with a Ferrari power unit, so a Dodge power unit it very unlikely (unless it's a rebranded Alfa or Ferrari power unit).
vw joining means we might see a McLambo car for the first time since 93, should be interesting to watch what unfolds
Hell yeah let them join in!!!!
if Andretti wanted to join i think thay should try and bring a American car company like FORD or DODGE in as well and thay do there engin!
People: honda arent you already quit the sport??
Honda: yesnt
I would love to see an American car manufacturer come in again/first time, Preferably Chevy or some other GM brand
Ford , Chevy , Dodge have all said they have no desire to waste money in F1
If Andretti can't field a team I'd suggest they just take over HAAS and go from there. Haas himself wants to be there but he's tired of funding a losing team. Andretti coming in would help him out and potentially get that team up and going, if and only if Andretti isn't allowed to join with their own team.
Lotus that’s a dream. The days of old are gone.😪
BMW ALL THE WAY
VW would be great. F1 is a wonderful international advertising vehicle. Other considerations are Bentley/Rolls-Royce buy or collaborate with Williams, Cadillac with Haas, or the return of Toyota or Ford (without the Cosworth engine). The trouble with Ford is that their prime products are trucks and SUVs which aren't necessarily of global interests. F1 needs more competitors without a doubt. There's too much of an abyss between the top echelon (basically two teams) and the remaining wannabes. Also bring in BP, Shell or another oil company. Oil isn't going to go away any time soon.
i can only laugh at a lot of what you wrote: 1. VW owns Porsche and Audi, so if those are in, VW is in 2. rolls-royce ... wtf!?, Cadillac is still producing cars? Their time is over since 30 years. 3. no matter how many additional teams will come up, there will be always only 2-3 top teams who can really cut it, look at the history in F1, there was almost no season where more than 3 teams won a race 4. Oil is doomed and will be gone within the next 15 years as the major source of power for private cars, porsche and audio manufacturers know this, that's why they will join only if the power units are 50% electric and the rest is green fuel ...
VW involvement isnt just about advertising its mainly to do with cutting edge technology. F1 is streets ahead of road cars in all the technologies for the next 20 years including hybrid technology and moving to biofuels. The rest you say is having a laugh. Do you realize that Bentley is owned by VW? Rolls Royce is owned by BMW? The other alliances are silly. Bringing in Oil companies when the policy of F1 is in 2026 is to go over to biofuels and that is the prime reason why VW want to enter F1. Oh and the point about two teams always winning thats how F1is. It brings success to those that innovate. 20 years ago Mclaren always won and 20 years before that Williams always won. Now we find Mercedes are not winning . Its exactly what F1 is about.
@@djangomclear_rocks Rolls Royce is owned by BMW . But cadillac is doing IMSA SPORTCARS and could go Le mans next year if wanted to
I'm still not convinced if Porsche/Audi/Andretti will join because the new Regulations are STILL not finalized and the current Regime and Teams have beaten around the bushes for 2 years now and had new excuses every time. It was originally planned that the new Regulations would be passed on June 29th which won't happen now. I think it would be great if new Teams or Manufacturers would join F1, but with the bad attitude of F1 and the Teams, I wouldn't be surprised if the new potential Teams would change their mind and not join F1.
Why does everyone forget that Haas is an America-owned team
The more the merrier. It would be super cool. I'm surprised tht Audi Is not in F1 by now.
Would like to see either an American or Japanese manufacturer in F1.
Many motor manufacturers main goal is to sell road cars and they must show sensible economic practice or they will get burnt badly by chucking precious money down the drain.
I dont think honda will do anything with f1, they already said they are leaving red bull and will only continue providing engines for a few more years. Something about they only wanna race in a green series. Basically every car company in japan wants to stop making gas cars by 2025. They wanna stop racing gas even sooner. Hence why there is no new sti, well no new gas STI.
Will the Porsche deal be just a Audi engine with Porsche name on it . As Porsche is running the VW group GTP programme in WEC WITH penske
Porsche and Audi should just team up together and buy an existing team together.
America really is the manufacturers market. No one buys more premium manufacturer cars than America.
I'd love to see Gazoo Racing in F1
Chevy, we need 1 of the american big 3 to have a works team.
More teams need to be added so more drives get a chance to be in F1
Why, the exclusivity is the whole part of it. Tracks aren’t big enough fur a load more teams
@@jason21jburg The tracks could stand another 6 cars easily. Monaco probably couldn't, but that might be dropped next season anyway.
Who cares about the drivers? Honestly? There will never be a shortage of drivers. They are completely interchangeable and disposable.
@@chuckschillingvideos you must be new to any sort of high level sport I’m assuming.
@@jason21jburg Not at all. Your notion that the public honestly can tell the difference in drivers merely by their performance simply isn't true. Drivers are swapped between teams, brought up from lesser racing series, brought up from test driver status, sent back from test driver status, ALL THE TIME. The drivers aren't nearly as important to the sport as you think. They are merely product to be sold. Just like every other part of F1.
Jeepers
I'd love to see Chevrolet or Cadillac join F1. That would be incredibly exciting. Definitely more so than Lotus joining because all that would be is another example of nostalgia being more important than quality content.
Hass is weezing, this could be a way for Andretti to aquire an existing Team. If Red Bull is leaving Honda then that, or the Renault lump, could be the solution. As a 50 season fan, I think the FIA and the Formula 1 Team's are aching like clueless spoiled snubs to blow off the American Market. I remember a time when there were so many cars you had to qualify to make the grid.
Well at the moment redbull and porches deal is off , and Porsche is getting Williams, so looks like Audi can go only for Sauber or Hass
Porsche is a 2 syllable word!
Not sure why F1 has to have European or Japanese engines and teams.. it's time they look for teams from Asia too.. the market is huge and there are strong players there.. Hyundai or Tata or Mahindra.. btw Mahindra already has an FE team..
