This year's ceremony pays tribute to 'local heroes' chosen from across Scotland for the part they've played during the COVID-19 pandemic and their communities both locally and nationally.

Hardly, Scotland is pretty much a devolved parliament. Westminster basically deals with UK politics, whilst the devolved countries parliaments are more local to the 4 states in Britain.
