hey what kind of chocolat you are using chocolate couverture or glazed chocolate
I have used compound chocolate for this
what chocolate did you use?
I used chocolate compound here. Many brands available.. like, 2M, Morde, Vanleer etc. If you are using couverture chocolate, you will have to temper it before using. But compound chocolate doesn't need tempering.
Set aside means do I have to keep it in freezer for some minutes to set it?
If you are in a cool place, you can keep it at room temperature to set. If not, keep it in the fridge (not freezer) for about 5-7 mins to set
Timing to set
This would set in no time.. Maybe about 5-7 mins would be enough.
