On this channel im teaching about Accounting and Ethiopia tax system. Today i am going to explain Accounting principle chapter 10, Inventory, Which are quantity on hand and that are purchased for resale or used for raw material in manufacturing company. Any company can use periodic or perpetual inventory system based on types of business they are doing. There are four cost flow assumption this are FIFO,LIFO,Specific identification method and Moving average methods. FIFO means first in first out, which is an assumption of inventory costing it assume every recent purchased goods must first sold
