Please do a needle or scorpion tutorial and also tilt and a leg hold please because I am working on my flexibility and I want to learn all of it so bad
Contortion pls
Can you please do a very beginner back flexibility tutorial for people who cannot do a bridge. 😁
Some rg masteries?
Hi, I think is christmas time so, would you teach some poses to take our pictures, I mean ballet pictures, jumps, splits... Doing the tutorials!
As well I would like an advanced jumps tutorial, and piruettes please, love you !
I lose my splits after a few months of not stretching and now I'm starting from the top . So moral of the story . Do.you.streches.everyday .
omg this is the worst, though i find they come back easily after warming up real good
@@m4tta agreed, mine does that too
Same w me but it takes me abt Max a week to get it back
The same thing happend to me
I was naturally very flexible as a child and trained until i was 16. I am 30 now and haven't been stretching for 10 years. I am freaking wooden.
After two months of doing this about 5 times a week I achieved all splits!
I'm proud of you ^^
how flexible were you before doing the tutorials?
I've been rather inflexible my whole life, and with this routine after 4 months I CAN FINALLY DO MY RIGHT SPLIT!! I am literally crying this has been by goal for YEARS. Thank you so much hannah
HELPME JUST REALISED I CAN ALREADY DO A SMALL OVERSPLIT OMG MINI ME WOULD ME SO SO PROUD
Oh wow I did this yesterday and it really hurt. I was partially pushing myself a little further to see how far I could go but after finishing I felt as if I never had a stiff muscle.
Today I did it again pushing myself about as far as I did yesterday and I found it noticeably easier and not as painful. Just wanted to share for anyone :)
Just thank you because the last minute hurt so bad, I already wanted to give up... I'll do it tomorrow!
@@mariontllb keep going it really does work I'm almost all the way down!! Glad this motivated you btw
@@littleamig0 thanks to you ;))
Hi, just to let you know that I didn't give up ! Hope you either. You were right, it's less hurting and I feel like I'm improving. Thank you really much !!
@@mariontllb awww sadly I didn't do it for a whole week and I've only been stretching based on how I remember it like every other day. But your replies have definitely picked me up. I'm on day two again :) and I'm still as flexible as where I left off
after suffering from depression for several years and laying in bed/being still for most of it, i’ve become very rigid. my body, especially my back is in pain. i am seeing a therapist now, and i’m dealing with my trauma and slowly starting to see a little light again. doing your 30 day challenge really motivates me and i hope i will gain some flexibility back!
Are we the same person? I can relate to every single thing you said.
How are you doing rn sis? Are you ok?
I'm in the same boat, I started this challenge today, but have slowly been doing yoga and meditating and writing out gratitude lists over the past two yrs to help ease my depression. Hope you're doing well
I am dealing with same thing now
I'm stuck in bed for like 3 years
and I'm just 18
don't know what to do

(Sound of Silence) Hello leg pain my old friend, I've come on back to stretch again... LOL
Seems like you missed me too much, that now your killing my legs
I'm a very inflexible person even when I do ballet, so I created a 20-30 min exercise for my feet, splits, lower legs, and etc. Thanks for making this, I really appreciate this!
Can u tell me what's ur routine ?
share your routine please
Tutorial starts*
''Try getting your hands to the ground''
Me: I can't even reach my hands to my feet!!
Same! I'm not a dancer though, I just want to get my flexibility up, its so bad!
I can because im flexible😊🙌
you can reach the ground by practicing, don't give up
Me too :(
Just do how much u can don't stop where you think you can cus you won't feel the stretch do more cus u have to get past your limits if you don't it will take alot and I mean alot of time. If you get past your limits you will eventually get down this was my protip of getting flexible this is how I got my splits and everything.
If you get past your limits you will be flexible :)
Good luck 😃
Ngl it’s working! 😳 as a person who has been inflexible for my whole life, I’m really proud to be a few inches off the ground. I will continue to do these exercises and hope for the best!
I’ll update when I get my splits don’t worry.
UPDATE- I STOPPED BECAUSE I GOT LAZY AND I LOST ALL THE FLEXIBILITY THAT I GAINED SO SORRY TO DISAPPOINT YOU😞

How's it going?
I have to say how incredible this stretch routine is. I hadn’t attempted the splits in 20 years, after stretching with the video 2 times, I can almost completely do the splits!
Can’t wait as I can do side splits but not middle ones xx

I've always been a wuss when it comes to the pain of stretching and I find it really hard to stay through the whole minute when my brain knows I can easily just come out of the stretch whenever I want, but I think it is helping me to be more disciplined and push through the discomfort because I am learning that my tolerance is higher than I thought 💪
I’m a gymnastics team gymnasts and I can’t do my splits. But when I found the do this video for 30 days I decided to give it a go! I’m starting to improve my splits but not my middle split. The middle split hurts a lot but it’s not day 30 yet, it’s day 4 so I’m doing this everyday but just once because I don’t have a lot of time to do 2 in 1 day. Thank you for this video! It helps us a lot.❤❤❤
i've never really done anything like ballet or gymnastics (actually i did but it was too long ago and only for 1 year so) and i feel like im too old to go there as I'm 16 and the girls in my city who do these sports are way too toxic mostly to begginers, since they cant do much, but because i really want to improve my flexibility ill be doing this tutorial and the back flexibility tutorial for one month. ill update u then! best of luck on your journey
I'm 26 and only started stretching like this last year. Don't worry about the other mean girls!
Anyone can achieve results with consistent stretching, even 90 year olds ☺️
Good for you for following your dreams and goals despite what other people think! I've made a lot of progress with my front splits, I never thought I could do it at this age.
I hope you're seeing results too. Keep up the good work
How has it gone?? Hopefully this works as a reminder if you've forgotten lol
@@madeline569 thanks for your words, it means a lot! ❤️
@@littleamig0 pretty well! I've regained all the flexibility I had gained in one year of gymnastics so far. Now I'm stretching to new limits and it's taking a little bit longer but Im still seeing improvement
I'm 33 and feel ancient now, thanks ;) Just think of all the sports movies like Karate Kid or Ballerina, you're the underdog who's going to be better than all these arrogant kids that been training since they can walk ;)
I have been trying different splits challenges and tutorials on CZcams for about a year now and this video is what got me in my deepest split and in the best form I ever had after only 2 weeks doing this everyday
Thanks so much Hannah x
I have been doing this tutorial with the one for the back for almost 2 weeks and I can see some improvement already. I will come back again in two weeks more.
Edit 2 weeks after: I’m improving a lot, but some of the exercises are still difficult for me. If I skip one day, I notice it immediately. 💯 recommended! :)
I've been following this video every other day for about two or three months now and I'm happy to say I'm actually seeing myself improve. An issue I had before was not having a consistent routine to follow and sticking to this one had really helped.
Moved from your flexibility tutorial to this video..now I'm here :) I'm so excited...funny thing is I don't want to get it that fast..I want to WOW myself when I am able to do them all the way without thinking about how long it will take to get there. The journey is the fun part.
I'm going to do this (hopefully) everyday for a while, I'll update my progress
I also started today, good luck :)
@@lilolamae2602 good luck to you too!!
Hewooooooooo update? (O-o)? Good LUCKKK!
Yo update
How did it go?
I did this for 3 weeks and I achieved my right and left splits! Thank you you so much Hannah!
Do for 1 month
Day 1: complete & nearly dead
Day 2: somehow harder than day 1
Day 3: done but legs impossibly sore. Will take rest
Day 4: thought I’d rest today but didn’t, I’m less sore but definitely won’t do tomorrow cuz I don’t wanna get injured
Day 5: rest day. Finally the soreness in my legs is gone
Day 6: forgot to do. Oops
Day 7: done
Day 8: done, & feel significantly more flexible than day 1
Day 11: ok, I didn’t do it for 2 days out of laziness. A bit disappointed in my self but whatever. Done today
Day 12: did the stretches twice today cuz I was feeling energetic
Day 13: did it twice again today. I think I’ll do it twice from now on
Day 14: done twice 👍
Day 15: was really busy today & it’s already 9pm so I’ll just take a rest day. Also just realized I’m skipping way more than I thought
Day 16: reeaally had to force myself but managed to do it twice
Day 17: couldn’t push my self, only did once
Day 20: it seems I always skip 2 days in a row. Anyway, did it once
Day 21: I only practiced the front splits today but I did so for 10 mins
Day 22: I overestimated myself when I said I’d do this twice a day. But still, I’m increasing the time I spend on each stretch so yay I guess
Day 23: wow I’m getting close to the finish line much faster than I thought! Done for today & hopefully no more skips
Day 24: done
Day 25: I’m dragging myself to do it these days, but at least it’s done
Day 26: remember when I said no more skips? Yeah.. not so good with consistency
Day 28: I know the finish line is so close, but I’ll have to be honest with myself & say that this is my limit. School is getting really hard & for the next year I want to make studying my priority, which means I won’t be able to continue. I’ll hopefully still do these stretches whenever I workout, but I won’t be working out often either. Yes that might not be enough but it’s better than nothing right?
Anyways, this has been fun, but goodbye for now
You can outsource many things in life but not the care and maintenance of your body. This daily update was so interesting, thank you for posting.
Yay another video!!! This will really help as my ballet teacher really wants me to get my splits but as hard as I try I can't get it :(
Please can you consider doing a live q and a and stretch over the Christmas period as that would be sooooo cool!
Hey so I don’t know if you know Anna Mcnulty but she’s a contortionist. She has these really effective 2 week challenges for splits. I started seeing really good results in a week so you’d should check her out! Hope this helps!
@@GirlPower-wb8wj Hey, thank you, yes I have heard of her but I found that some of the stretches were quite painful so I am interested to see what Hannah recommends, but thanks anyway
Merry Christmas!

You got this! Keep up your hard work and it will come. I hope this tutorial will help you achieve your splits. Don't give up!
Don’t push a stretch if it is painful. You want to feel a bit of a stretch, but not any pain. In fact, holding yourself in a slight stretch is more effective than pushing yourself too far. Anna Mcnulty’s videos will also be helpful as long as you don’t push yourself too far.
I just finished day 13 of the 30 day challenge and i especially love the splits video. I can´t wait to check in after 30 days
been a bit more than 30 days now, i´m still doing it, front splits are down, middle is not really changed. love the routine.
how far off the ground were you when you initially started? i want to do this but I’m extremely discouraged from the day 1 stretch.. it was awful for me haha🥲
I'm going to complete a week doing this stretching, I'm a little flexible, I notice in the first days it was easier, then it started to get difficult for me, and now I notice a little progress, don't give up and keep going :)
I got my front split in one leg yay:))
What helped me was the warm up before stretching ;)
It’s day two of doing this exercise and its actually working! Of course I cant do the splits right away after one or two days. I believe this is going to work. Trust the process!
Heck yeah! I just started today, can't wait to see myself actually be flexible for a change lol
Even though I almost died doing this, it was kind of enjoyable
i will be doing this workout once a day until i can do my splits (i also strech whenever i remember during the day)
this is my third day btw and i’m already much better
Day 1: ✅ didn’t do the splits at the end
Day 2: ✅ did them but had to move myself every 10 second after half a minute passed
Day 3: ✅
i wasn’t as flexible in some exercises bc i did it after 10 so i was already a little bit tired (until today i would do it in the morning to mid day)
when doing the actual splits i only had to move positions once (after 30 secs)
i moved my feet a little bit more for the box split
day 4✅ i didn’t have to rearrange during the final streches except for the box split
day 5❌
day 6❌
i didn’t do it for a couple of days so i’m starting again
august 3rd
day 1
Hey, will be doing this and the back flexibility one for maybe 2 months. Making this comment so I can be consistent!
Day 1: Already super close to my right and left split. Hopefully will have them in 2 weeks, but of course, i can’t promise anything! Middle split, not so much. The middle split stretch hurt super bad but i pushed myself through it! Day 1 Complete! ✅
Day 2: Definitely a bit easier then day 1. holding the middle split got harder from some reason but we’re striving for it not to hurt so much! On to back flexibly stretch now! Day 2 Complete! ✅
Day 3: Holding my right and left split felt so much better. It didn’t hurt as much as the first 2 days. Holding the middle split STILL hurt but i’m getting there. Day 3 Complete! ✅
Day 4: Had a bad day and sadly didn’t feel like getting up to do my stretches. Day 4 Not Complete! ❌
Day 5: Splits still look the same, haven’t got them yet but that’s okay! Still struggling on the middle split but I’ll get there! Day 5 Complete! ✅
OK I AM BACK. Dance season has been crazy and after practice i literally do my homework and go to sleep but i will now continue these stretches again!
Day 1: Splits are still close but not quite there. The split stretches for 1 minute all hurt per usual but I’ll get it. Day 1 Complete! ✅
Have u got them

One time I was trying to learn to do the splits and I was super close to doing it but then I got sick for about a week and lost it all. It’s been almost a year and now I’m inspired to start again✌️
I love how all 3 are combined together! Thank you Hannah. 🥰
I will try to update everyday
Day 1: hurt mostly the middle split ones. I've worked splits in ance class before so I think that's why it didn't hurt as much as I thought, but I noticed the lack of stretching in my body.
Day 2: I think is the same as yesterday except for the right split, I felt that I could go further than yesterday while breathing calmly.
Day 3: I was much better in the front splits, but my middle split and the exercises hurt more than yesterday. But I've notice improvement in my flexibility for the different exercises, bur that may be because I paused the video in each exercise to breathe it out more, until my body felt right.
Day 4: I felt stiffer today, all exercises hrt more than the other days, so I gave myself more time in each exercise to breathe them out more and stay longer stretching.
Rest day
Day 5: I felt much stiffer, in the splits I noticed more hamstring flexibility, but the middle split hurt a lot and was hard. At least I've improved in the right split (left split is improving but slowly)
Day 6: Today it hurt less than the other days and I could see some improvement.
Rest day
Day 7: In my usual position it didn't hurt at all so I pushed myself a bit further, and I felt a pleasant stretch and could see improvement.
Thank you so much for this video!! I live in England and I'm hoping to go to a dance uni for 2022, which means I'll be attending auditions this year. I am in Advanced 1 ballet with the RAD but my middle split is sooo bad, as is my split with the right leg in front :/ this tutorial is so handy becauuse it's something short that I can do each day and help me to become prepared for my auditions!! Thank you so much :) Also, I have literally the exact same foot shape as you so your foot stretching excersise have also been life savers 😅❤️🇬🇧
im not sure if this is more of a beginner's tutorial, but after doing this instead of my original routine... i can't do the splits anymore. if this video helps you, that's great! but just keep in mind, one thing doesn't work for everyone and if you aren't feeling any progress with this or any other video, you can find/make one that works for you. keep it up everyone!!! ❤️❤️😄
Starting today, will update in 1 month on my progress. I decided to change up my stretching routine and am going with this video. I am currently 1 pillow off the ground for my side splits. Wish me luck :)
Edited to add an update: there on my right leg im half a pillow away, my calf is touching the ground (barely). and my left leg isn't far behind
Another edit: I GOT IT!

I am a male (i feel like i should mention this because males are typically less flexible than females) in highschool and i am today deciding i want to be flexible so i can take dance, and i think trying this out a good first step to me because of how stiff the muscles are that are engaged in doing a split. I did this and could barely do the exercises, but i am pushing myself to do this every day in hopes to see results so i’ll update when i get better
Samee . As a male that has been thinking of starting ballet I think this vid is a great first step bef I take classes in September !
Wishing both of you the best!
Getting up from the last one is the hardest part of the whole tutorial.
Still, thank you for that video. I think it’s the best one I’ve seen.
Agreed! When I first started using this video for my stretches I was over a foot off the ground. When the timer was up is was like "oh good, it's over... wait, how do I get out of this? I can't go up and I can't go down... I'm stuck!" I ended up going backwards which, I think, nearly overstretched me. I've learned the trick is shimmy one foot at a time closer to your hands until you feel like you can stand or sit without hurting yourself. Now (weeks later) I'm about an inch or two off the floor!
I had absolutely no reason to learn how to do the splits as im not a dancer or anything of the sort, but after i got out of the hospital after being bed ridden for about a month, i decided i wanted to do it. I always thought it was cool, and I was determined. As of two months ago, I got my splits on my good leg, and just today I also got it on my 'bad' leg as well. Now working towards the middle splits! Thank you so much for this tutorial.

I have been stretching daily (though I took a few brakes after stretching some muscles the wrong way) and improved very slowly with my middle splits. In fact for a whole year I couldn’t get my middle splits and was stuck always a few inches off the ground. After doing this routines just 5 times or so in the course of two weeks I can proudly say that I officially have a middle splits and can do them practically whenever and when I’m stretching cold. I really have to thank all the muscle training this video has subdued in it. Thank you so much!!!!
Omg it was a miracle I did my stretching exercises after a week and I just started with this video nd I did the side splits I'm really happy these exercises are really really helpful guys...must try

Hannah Martin your tutorials are the best coz not only do they train flexibility but also pain threshold. And I like that you emphasize proper form during stretches, my oversplits improved a great deal because of you. You are amazing.
Thank you so much! I have got my middle split now! I am so happy ! I had my two other splits like a year ago! Now I have all of them ! 💖💖🥺 Sorry for the mistakes I am from Hungary!
I just wanted to say how much i have loved doing these exercises. You are so professional and your stretches are all centered around technique. i love that! You are so encouraging to beginners even when they can't do all the stretches because starting out learning the professional way, though it feels harder with so much to remember, really is the better way. I also love how real you keep it! Thankyou so much for doing these! This has been my first consistent stretch routine ever and it helps with so much more than just flexibility
This is THE BEST tutorial🥺💗☺☺☺☺☺
I tryed one day split challenge and i did my split but my legs were SOOO hurting so i recomend this😃😍🤛
daily update:
day1: it just felt like a regular leg stretch not much burn afterwards
day 2: man did that burn, I can see a difference in how far my splits are now, but I still don't have them, ive got like 6 more inches off the ground in both sides and a foot and some for my middle
day 3: i was so agressivly sore I could only push myself to the second side and skipped the middle but I see a huge improvement
day 4:pushed through the entire things and took a bit longer in all the positions to get extra stretch, I feel better for once now that I'm exercising it seriously helps, I get farther every day
day 5: made my friend do it with me and we both died
day 6: everything hurts, but I'm much farther than I was when I started
THIS TUTORIAL IS ACTUALLY EFFECTIVE!!! Try it if you want to be able to do splits! Let me warn the person who is reading this though.
#1. Your legs will ache during and after the stretches on the first try.
#2. You won't be able to do well on the second try as your legs would probably be aching.
#3. However you will do significantly better on the third try!
Today I finished my third try and actually got my right( dominant side)splits!!! p.s. take a day off after the second try, trust me (':
Is each try one day? I’m guessing you do this video once a day.
Yes, I did it once each day 😀

I have cerebral palsy, more specifically hemiparesia on my right side of the body, with my leg being more affected than my arm, and being able to do the splits or being flexible in general is something I have always struggled with but never worked on, so yesterday I decided to take on this challenge. Wish me luck!
I was a synchronised swimmer for years but after I quit, I lost my splits so trying to regain them with this. Excellent tutorial
At first I could not do the splits but after a few weeks of trying I could do a over spilt. This shows that you should not give up!
I've been doing these stretches everi 2nd or 3rd day for 2 weeks and then i got sick and didn't do them for about 10 days. Gladly didn't lose any progress and I'll continue doing them for a while. Good luck with your split journey guys💖
started june 2nd: i already had my left but need my right for competition team, struggled but am still working
day 2: not much improvement, very sore because actually had dance on the second.
Im gonna do this routine for 30 days I'll update every day :)
Day 1: I am about 7.5 inches off the ground, my legs are kinda sore but I'm still gonna do this tmr since it's not that bad.
7.5 inches first day? That's great, Keep going!
This works. Ive been following this workout routine for two weeks now and all 3 splits have improved a bit, im definitely able to go further down now. I measure my box split progress w my carpet and on some days, i couldnt rlly notice a difference which discouraged me a bit at the beginning but w patience and staying consistent i feel like theres a huge difference now :) taking before and after pictures and knowing that i can improve even further gives me a huge boost of motivation! 💗
I will try my best to follow this since I've never been able to do the splits even after 9 YEARS of taking dance lessons that also included the splits so.. ya. I'll start updating this tomorrow bcuz its late rn :).
It's been two weeks since you commented on this and I was wondering, are you still practicing your splits or no?
THANK YOU Hannah! I just discovered your channel for myself yesterday. These stretches felt really good on my hammies after a fair (17 min) run this morning! Keep empowering and living your dreams!

Great stretching routine. Love it.
Thank you! Glad you liked it!!
I was naturally flexible person but I lost my splits few mounths ago of not streching . I think forward to this video !!
Can't believe I started this out! 😅😜
I love how you make your videos so relatable

thank you hannah for this tutorial...i just gave it a try and my stretches are almost similar i have to say... i usually do my stretches overnight when i am more relax
You're so welcome! Sounds like you are already on the right track. Keep up all your hard work :)
Thanks! I've been doing these stretches every morning and afternoon now, and I can finally do my side splits! I'm still working for my middle splits though.❤
These are great goals
I started trying out a whole bunch of your stretching tutorials Hannah and I love them! I've never been super flexible and have never been able to do the splits, but I've been doing at least one of your tutorials almost everyday for about two weeks now and today all of the sudden, I've noticed how much closer to a split I've gotten, THANK YOU 😍 I really believe I will get there soon enough now💃 it's only a matter of time!! 🥳🌟
I just started following this video today because I lost my splits a while ago. Today is my first day
Super cool!! I was always wasting so much time in warming up and before that couldn't find any splits tutorial as fast and efficient, the only thing I would change (same and even more for the back tutorial is some biiip sound cue to know how much time to spend on each rep and stretch as it can be hard to keep watching and stretch at the same time (unless I am just deeply uncoordinated :D)
Warm up is very important- pls don't skip!! In another video, she said strength is as equally important as flexibility so it actually helped
@@blocxa_3541 When I am at the stretching point of my workout routine I am already warm. I just meant that the previous tutorial I followed had less efficient and more numerous warm-up reps for me. Then everyone is different. A friend told me to put pillows when doing the splits to protect my joints, for some reason as I was already nearly to the ground (I am flat now). The pillows just grew useless tension on my knees. I listened to what I felt in my body as she said "at your own risk" and since I do this tutorial, I save more time and feel less pain. Up to anyone else to find their own way to it.
@@ragelnyg4895 ok sure😅 just didn't want you to suffer the same casualties I did. I'm on my way- almost to the floor!! What's this about pillow joints and knee tension?? Ive been trying to hear about it but I cant find much information on it surprisingly
@@blocxa_3541 Now thanks to you Hannah's community is saved from that :D! The only purpose of my comment was to thank her, and now with your comment, other people who could think I promote to skip any sort of warm-up can know it is not what I meant. The pillow thing is just to put a pillow under your butt but it was then hyperextending my knees. Maybe I didn't understand either what my friend who is a dance teacher meant anyway, good luck with your journey!!
Thankyou for making this! I love this.
And now I know how to split.Do stretching exercises everyday.
Yay another video love your videos
Me to
Thanks Jazzi :)
This is the 3rd day now, and I already see and feel the progress I did. It really helps.
this stretch routine is amazing it includes all the stretches i've collected form dance and other routines to make my own routine but shortly after putting it together i found this witch is literally my leg flexibility routine (taking off just two or three stretches which i did after) but with timers! will definitely be doing this one thank you!
Day 1
Box stretch: 35-36 cm away
Right foot in front: bottom of knee itbs tendon is 6.5 cm above the ground
Left foot in front: 9 cm
Day 2. Took a break for 2 days because I'm bad at forming new habits lol
Also my back strength is puny so my muscles hurt from the back stretches
Didn't measure but I feel like spaghetti from my shoulders to my toes 😋
Flexibility just looks so BEAUTIFUL and I also really want to start dancing ballet so I need to be a bit more flexible. I used to be able to do the splits and other stuff as a child, but now it hurts even when I do lunges so hopefully after a month it won’t be as painful.
Day one is done I guess 🥰
I am very inflexible and no matter what tutorials I watched they didn’t work even when I did them everyday for months. During the minute I can only go 30 seconds but hopefully with doing this vid everyday I can slowly push myself further and further
did it work?
@@madison_playsroblox7188 yup i am able to stay for the full min now but i’m not all the way to the ground
30 days challenge
Day 1 - completed, I'm already a tiny bit flexible (enough to get my knees to floor level in the butterfly stretch, that's all) but wasn't able to walk properly in the entirety of the day.
Day 2 - completed, nothing much, my legs were still sore so I felt like I was even worse than day 1
Day 3 - same as day one, my legs didn't hurt after I finished tho, but the last stretch is still ✨pain✨
Day 4 - I see a progress in my left split, that was quick ig but yeah...
Edit: btw my right side is my dominant one but ig it's bcz I started the stretches on the right leg so by the time I reached the left leg stretches it was already pretty lean
Day 5 - break
Day 6 - for the first time, I don't feel sore at all, but progress is same as day 4
Day 7 - worse than day 6 lol idk why lol
Day 8-9 - didn't exercise, kidney problems
Day 10 - surprisingly my side splits are much better, middle split is improving slower but I'm seeing the improvement
Day 11 - big improvement in my hamstring flexibility
To what level did you see improvement in your left split?
@@fatimashoaib1779 was basically a 0, now I'm suddenly 1 paper roll away from the floor (yes I measure my progress by tissue paper rolls don't judge.)
I had been doin Anna Mcnulty stretches for about a week and I had almost had my splits before that... then I did this tutorial for ONE DAY and I’m practically on the ground-
day 1: Done
Day 2: done, feel like im goimg a tiny bit further but not sure
day 3: feel relaxed i feel the same tho, but again its only day 3.
day 4: i definitely feel like im better than i wqs on day 1, but yea middle splits are still rly hard
day 5: i feel like im doing alot better! only problem i have is when im doing side splits i feel like my legs arrnt in lime but idk. almost a week!!
day 6: i defined am more flexible not by alot but i can define tell alot of changes
day 7: omg ive gotten so much further!! 1 week COMPLETE!! 🎉
Thank you, thanks to you I understood what I am doing splits with twisted hips. Real splits are way harder😲😲😲
I used to be able to do the splits but lost them after a while of not stretching, so this video really helped. Thanks.👍🏻
