If you ever have the opportunity to see them live, just do it! I had the pleasure to see them as the preband at a nightwish concert. Awsome! Just f****** awsome! The range of the singer is insane and the drummer is like animal (Muppets) on speed! So mutch fun!

Here's something you haven't heard: Hevisaurus! Finnish metal band for children with members dressed as dinosaurs. And it's really good, try jurahevin kuninkaat and be amazed ;)
Funny ... when I heard this song first time yesterday, I was like "Beast in Black to the Eurovision Song Contest!".

It has that 80's rock vibe to it I love it. I'm pretty sure the new album will have a different combination of styles.
If you've heard old Battle Beast songs like Touch in the Night or Into the Heart of Danger, the 80's style beats are nothing new to Anton Kabanen (the song writer). I love it how he mixes power metal with pop grooves, it balances the albums well.
You nailed the Eurovision connection (it even has a Eurovision key change near the end!)

Turns out that I'm gonna see these guys next week when they're opening for Nightwish in London so I had to check out this reaction because I haven't heard anything by them before... not what I usually listen to but I think it will be fun to see them live.

I like the existing album and this single. It has a bit of a pop vibe but I like that. I will be seeing them in a week or so, supporting Nightwish. OMG, what a night that will be - so excited!!

To me, this is like Iron Maiden, Europe & ABBA mixed together -with old school power metal. This is 80s stuff, and it's freaking fantastic! As a 80s kid, I always wanted to experience the amazing 80s music, and Beast In Black gives me that opportunity in a way ;)

I had the pleasure to see them live in Berlin as preband of Nightwish. They are amazing live, the way they interact with the viewers and the whole energy, wow. This song is good and I'm super curious to hear them do it live, but I will admit that I do prefer the tracks of the first album (it's more my style maybe, it's just my opinion) . We'll see how the new album is, I'm thrilled :)
the voaclist is very good! I saw this band live last week, I was on nightwish and this guys was the opening act / guest band.. it was very good performance. we was joking, this guy can do the whole nightwish songs alone, marco and floors parts :-) he's voice is out of this world, but he need more fitness to can do a whole concert :-)
I don't know what to think about this song, I'm confused😅 It's a hell of a good and catchy song, but it has a bit too much some kind of Bon Jovi & 80's vibes for me😅 Their first album was a total killer, so I'm really looking forward to the new one! Thanks for the video guys!

I heard them last month on Nightwish show. They were support group. Never heard them before. It was like disco metal. But it was fun :)

Saw them 4 nights ago in Saarbrücken open for Nightwish. I enjoyed them, they are definitely showmen. I hope on future tours they do without relying so much on the master track playing through the sound board. I'd like to see live keyboards and backing vocals if they are going to be so heavily featured, but maybe that's just me. Still a very enjoyable show. I would see them again, they are good at what they do.
I was there too, and I totally agree. But about the backing vocals... two of the guys singing next to the lead singer (maybe the drummer too), if I saw it well.

So, you could try Arion. They are new/young, and their first album took sometime to become done and ready, but there's potential there. Check Arion - At the break of dawn, Unforgivable, No one stands on my way, etc. I think you'll like them :)
I've been reading the comments and I agree, there is an 80's vibe to this...but the first thing that popped into my mind wasn't Bon Jovi, but in fact it was Britney Spears (opening and chorus). This is NOT a slam against this song or video, as a matter of fact I love it!!!!!

You guys should really check out Striker - Heart of Lies from their new album. It's got that 80's retro feel but more like old school Judas Priest. They are Canadian as well.

One thing i´ve learned from the beast in black videos is that LOVE IS BLIND.
Guess anton sticks to his tradition of an 80s pop song on every album x) i never liked the ones in battle beast too much but this one is really done epicly...Saw them live in budapest in november opening for nightwish. I havent been that impressed with a vocal performance since the steelheart 1991 osaka concert...arguably they were better than nightwish. This band is amazing live.

This song has hooks you can hang an aircraft carrier from and grooves you can hide a submarine down in! I just wish Yannous would belt it out a little more during the song. I mean, we only get one really killer scream, right at the end of them song.

Hi. I've been on Nightwish concenrt in November this year in Poland, and Beast in Black performed as Nightwish support. I must admit they are pretty good Live. I hope they manage their own Tour through Europe some day.

I am sad that Yannis left Wardrum for this. Their last album with him was one of the best Power Metal albums I ever listened to.

It's a fun song, but maybe a bit poppy for me. However, the singer did stay in a less stratospheric register for a lot of it, so it didn't spook me out (like Blind and Frozen).
