I am following your story. My husband and I have been harassed off and on for years by Kentucky DCFS. They prey on people they believe are vulnerable or impoverished. Props to you for fighting back.
My Daughter is going through bullsh** with them in Kentucky almost a year they have false reports on her she is single and she has A public defender that just doesn't care

As a woman who was kidnapped and adopted out through the foster care system I 100% agree with prepping your children for a possible cps interrogation. These people ONLY want to steal your children from you. They are evil and will lie, cheat, play dirty... You teach your children how to protect themselves from predators already (stranger danger, ect) cps is at the top of the list of dangerous child predators for me.

I never really knew how crazy these social services workers are. Until my sister-in-law's daughter was13 years old. My sister-in-law got a call from the social services said they already interviewed ( interrogated)her daughter and she needed to come up to the school. When she got there the police was there too. Social worker told her they needed to search her house(not giving any info on what they were even there for). They cop made her daughter ride in the cop car to their house. My sister-in-law let them come in thats when the social worker had my sister-in-law sit in the living room and started going thru every cabinet closet,dresser drawers,etc. When she went to get up they told her she's not allowed to move she has to sit right there. All of this becouse earlier that day my sister-in-law got a call from the school becouse her daughters face cheeks were red and a teacher was worried. My sister-in-law went up to school looked at her daughter and talked to her(maked sure she was all right).her daughter just got out of gym class and they were running.She is a blonde fair skin girl and this is normal for her which my sister-in-law explained. School offices understood and she went back to class. Teacher didn't like it and called social services. At the end she had to get her daughter checked by a doctor within 24 hours. All for fair skin gym class and red cheeks!! Even the officer seemed not to know the exact reason of Social Services being there. Becouse he got into it with the social worker and apologize to my sister-in-law after finding out the exact reason why social worker was there.Even the cop yelled at the social worker telling her if this was about a kids health and you thought she needed a doctor then why are we not at the hospital right now!! Instead your here ripping thru all her draws and cabinets becouse a kid ran in gym class and her cheeks are red!! Then you giving her 24 hours to go to the doctor. I feel the teacher didnt like being told there was nothing wrong and this social worker im guessing was a friend of the teacher. Just looking for something to find on my sister-in-law. Never let them in your house or property.
In one case a caseworker claimed she had a signed order from a Judge and a Police escort. The Mom asked to see it. It was NOT signed. Cop immediately escorted the caseworker out onto the driveway and LOUDLY cussed her out, told her that if she returned he would arrest the caseworker. It was a great day for Family Rights!
I’m pretty sure this happened to me. I pissed off my sons teacher. (To her fart is a curse word.) the next thing I know CPS is at my house claiming substance abuse. I called her a commie and a pedophile and she left.
Never, ever speak with a DCS employee without a attorney!! Don't buy their crap that they can do this, or do that..........they need a warrant or a Court Order to have any authority. I went thru something similar years ago during my marital breakup. Unfortunately, I worked the night shift at my job, (midnight-8:30 am), so that put me at home during their work hours. They were at my place 3-4 times a week giving me pure Hell! They refused to give me any copies of documents in the file saying they were confidential, they even started showing up at my job during the day, knowing damn well I wasn't there. One of the attorneys at work found out what they were doing and made a couple phone calls on my behalf. A few days later he handed me a sticky notes with a name, address, and phone number........he told me to call and set up an appointment. It was an local attorney that wanted to help. When I met with her she understood I was junior enlisted and money was tight. She accepted $100. as the initial retainer and went to work right then with me sitting in the office. She called DCS, I don't know who it was she spoke to, but she reamed them a new ass! One hour later, a runner from DCS arrived with a "Banker box", a copy of my/kids entire file.........that was "confidential". They were no longer allowed to call me, come to my home, call my work, visit my job. Any paperwork was sent to my attorney, not me, any Visitation problems she took care of. Life was so much nicer and peaceful once the attorney was kicking DCS ass!

Bless you and your family. I have had false allegations of abuse reported to DCF from an “anonymous person”. This was the single most traumatic experience my family and I have ever been through. I was a single mom with 6 children. I had CPS called on me because a women on the block I lived on said that I had to many kids for one person to take care of. Mind you that this women never had any interaction with my kids. I agree they target single moms. Most of them are now grown living their lives and were raised by a single mom.

My lawyer even said young parents and single parents are the main ones they harass! She said with our age she isn’t surprised at all that we were harassed. It’s sad that they can do that.

My mother ha a woman friend & she had a daughter with black hair, blue eyes & fair skin & she was taken away shortly after she gave birth to that child & this was in the late sixties about 1967 !!!!!!
We follow the golden rule "Don't talk to strangers" if someone asks you questions tell them to speak to your parents and the kids carry business cards with our contact info on it.
When I was 11 years old CPS came to talk to me at school. They asked if I have trouble sleeping I remember saying yes I have trouble going to sleep at night sometimes. what kid does not have trouble going to sleep sometimes? CPS asked me is the TV on? I said my TV is off but my grandmother watches TV at night. She use to watch Johnny Carson then she would go to bed. So CPS Reported that my grandmother kept the TV on at night to prevent me from going to sleep or having a good night sleep. My grandmother asked me why would you say something like that? I told my grandmother I said no such thing. I Remember this just because she never watch Johnny Carson again at night because of this. This has always hurt me growing up. CPS They do more harm than good

Yes, this is so true! As a single mother who experienced outlandish allegations from CPS, they did this very exact same thing! Went to the school and interrogated my two youngest daughters! Without my consent. Of course the allegations was proven to be unsubstantiated and the case was closed, but that isn’t ok, that I had two Cps people in my face screaming at me like I was a criminal! When they went to leave, they got stuck in my yard and had to ask me for help! Tell me Karma didn’t bite them.. lol 😂

Two tips you may want to implement. Get the revised statute for trespass in your state printed on the sign. Put up a gate as others here mentioned. Second, cut your wood placed on other wood when cutting with chainsaw not the ground.

Please Google it, lots of excellent information. There are also Advocates you can search in CZcams, a good one is Punished4Protecting.
You and your family seem like wholesome genuinely friendly and nice people. You have so much going for you, I hope you came through this ugly situation in good shape. I was a widowed teacher getting remarried. CPS showed up at my school where I worked and took off my daughter's clothes (she was 16) in the principals office to investigate my fiance who had never been left alone with her. Then they came to my house, and went through everything and interviewed me- demanded this- then after interrogating me, (mind you I was a broken, grieving widow), they then accused my fiance of molesting my daughter, when he had never been left alone with her anywhere. So, CPS I believe used an excuse to molest my daughter in my workplace in the principals office. After this, btw, I didn't have work anymore at my job. (Ventura County). I sold my house and moved far away from these people. My daughter told.me she was traumatized by CPS but was Not specific about what they did to her. For me, I was already grieving and then had to deal with false accusations and harassment in my own home by CPS. CPS in my opinion are abusers of children and parents and believe they are above the law. May they all.ROT in hell.

Regardless if he had or had not, making a teenage girl get naked in the principal's office is criminal, and unless they did a full medical checkup right there at school (which they are not qualified to do) they wouldn't have learned anything at all from her nudity. Daughter had to undergo a gyno exam and when they got sued later the Judge was quite pissed that they would not let the mother hold her hand during that.

I had a friend whose daughter worked at DCS, and my friend told me that DCS was always hiring, because they couldn't keep caseworkers. I needed a job, so I applied. I listed my juris doctor under education on my resume, and I didn't get hired by four different counties in my state. Then, my friend told me to take it off, so I did. The next county with whom I interviewed hired me in two-days. I discovered later that none of the employees had a doctorate, and someone mentioned that the supervisors and managers would feel inferior around someone with a higher degree than they had. I never mentioned it after I got hired. I learned a lot about babies, toddlers, and children up to age-eight, or so. However, what I didn't learn was how to work for and with immature adults! I was astounded at the level of unprofessionalism within the agency. I could cite several instances of hostile work environment, mismanagement, sexual harassment, gang mentality, and prejudice. I knew immediately that I did not fit in that culture of wickedness. I found my conscience to be too intact to perform the required duties of developing case files against parents who may have been poor financially, but wealthy in love, respect, and care for their children. It was my job to take pictures of children, residences, and anything which may have been considered as evidence against the "monsters" who dared to have children. I saw mothers break down in tears and despair, fathers angry because there was nothing they could do, and children who did not understand why they were being taken away from their moms and dads, grandparents, and even siblings. Of course, some situations warranted separation, but the majority of complaints were obviously made by in-laws and enemies looking to hit hardest at the softest place in a human -- the heart.
I was targeted by child welfare services for asserting my constitutional right to a warrant and to record an interview with my child. I was literally told they would take my kids and I could have my rights represented in court. My daughter who has never had a single spanking or a single cavity has been gone for 23 months. It's incredible. This is a crime perpetuated over and over against families by our own government. It must end. Thank you for being and staying proactive
@@alexandersummerville5003 she never came home. They dismissed my son and he came home. They gave durable guardianship of my daughter to her fosters. She was taken at 12. She's is now 18. I've seen her once in 4 years now. I still weep. All these years...lost to us for nothing at all

@PracticalTech An Attorney will not do any good at this point. They need to fight to have the case closed with a finding of UNSUBSTANTIATED. With these types of allegations they should have made a finding in the case...after investigating within 3 days, I think it is... within 3 days. ANYWAY, if they are coming back monthly as I just now heard Dustin say, (dcfs) does not think there is a credible danger... they are leaving the case open and that is because dcfs gets more federal money for open cases. I think there is still a danger of the cops coming with a warrant...

This happened to me years ago. I was a single mom with 2 kids. My son was 4 months and my daughter was 3 and a half years old. Where I am from we call them DCF. My son was ill I had to take him to the hospital I was asked 1,000+ questions my daughter was with my mother. While I was at the hospital DCF and a state trooper went to my mother's house woke up my daughter in the middle of the night and told my mother that they "had" to speak to my 3 and half yr old alone. My mother said no that if they were going to ask her questions she WILL be present or they WILL leave her property. There was back and forth but my mother and stepfather stood their ground. Then the DCF wrkr told my mother that she would have to check my daughter for marks. Mind you I was at the hospital with my son and had no idea at all this was going on. Not till I got to my mother's house. The report was ridiculous, it said I allowed my son to get sick and didn't care and that I was having my daughter touched. The whole thing was a lie. My father got me intouch with a friend that was lawyer at the time and we went after the allegations. And it was proven that the whole report was a lie. They almost took my kids, it was a hell of an experience to go through. I went through so much emotionally. Single mom's and parents in general fight for your kids tooth and nail, find out your rights and go all in.
Just after I had my son(11yrs ago), my neighbor came over and wanted to see him. Keep in mind...he was only about a week old. I was tired, stressing as a new mom(he was my first-still was in the "am i doing this right???" stage of it). The house hadn't been cleaned in over a week, one of our dogs had just had puppies(she went into labor the night we got home from the hospital after i had my son), and various other things were going on. I didn't invite her or her daughter in(she claimed that she and her 2 daughters had the boy in the bubble syndrome-she was actually on that show extreme makeover home edition) due to all the chaos in the house. I brought my son out onto the front porch so they could see him. A day later CPS showed up on my doorstep. She reported that I was abusing him and that he had acne all over his face. When she had seen him, he had what some call milk rash. Very common in newborns and his pediatrician wasn't worried about it. Anyway, CPS asked my husband tons of questions, wanted to see the house(luckily by then I had atleast done the laundry and cleaned up the kitchen/taken the trash out). The CPS woman was nice. She said she understood what being a new parent was like. Said that she would keep the file for 6 months, then if no other reports came in, she would close it. Nosy neighbor wasn't happy about that, so she started calling the sheriff on us. Told them I was leaving my "adolescent" home alone and they could hear screaming. When the sheriff showed up, I invited him in. Told him that my now 2 month old son was the only child in the home. Offered to let hm look around. He declined. A few days later, same sheriff showed back up, claiming more reports of crying kid. My son was sound asleep. I told the sheriff I knew who was reporting it and told him that the next time they report us for anything and it's unfounded, I was going to sue them for harassment. Never had another report filed. Nosy neighbor's husband worked for Home Land security at that point and was bringing home some pretty massive firepower with out his superiors knowing. They didn't want to get in trouble. Few years later, they were actually the ones arrested for child abuse. Turns out that she lied about her kids having that syndrome. Those 2 girls had been through years of being poked, prodded, hospital stays, meds and many other things because their mom was a nut job!!

Anyone that calls CPS for petty shit and trying to ruin someones life simply because they have some kind of an issue that they do not have the balls to deal with on their own is a complete piece of TRASH and the fact is that people like this deserve NOTHING good in life to happen to them.
I have called police to remove CPS off my family members property & my own property.I have also beat the living hell out of a Male CPS worker for threatning me in my own home!! Im a single mother & ended up with an amazing attorney free of charge for my children.CPS had to pay out alot of money for what they put my family threw.
Stand strong and keep teaching your son ! This really ticked me off! A similar situation happened with a family member of mine. But once DFCS were confronted, they backed down and even sent a letter of apology. Here’s my opinion based on Dustin Dean’s videos regarding this invasion of privacy and putting his family in this position. By letting children know that if an adult starts questioning them without the parent(s) present that they should request to call their parent first to double check if it’s ok. It is no longer correct the teach our children to be respectful to adults at all times like we were taught years and years ago. Current times have unfortunately proven that there are too many adults whose objective is to harm children. And all CPS and DFCS employees are taught the limit is of lawful interrogation of children, who must be present during an interview/interrogation, etc... this man held on to his legal rights and anger wonderfully. If someone did this to one of my kids when they were you g, I would have gone ballistic and probably lost my mind. I would have also called the police and/or the person’s manager or state office of CPS before answering any questions or letting them into my house. No state group has the right to intimidate a citizen for any reason u less it is a life or death emergency. Sounds like this CPS employee definitely stretched his authority and then wouldn’t bow down. He will probably be investigated as this incidence plays out. I hope he is. Dustin Dean - you go on protecting your family to the letter of the law. That is your right as an American, as a parent and family protector. Keep us updated on any more regarding this!!
Again, my son is 11 and we are going thru the same things with CPS or whatever the title may be, same thing. Long ago I started telling my son, and we practice on a regular basis, of how to refuse questions and stand on his rights. "I'm not going to answer any questions without my dad present. I wish to call my dad at this point. Since you're not an LEO (Law Enforcement Officer) I know that you do not have the power to detain me so I will return to class now."
But them people can come to your home and just say they feel like the child is in iminate danger and take your kid look it up. It's not wise to piss these evil kidnappers off. Especially if your poor or poor single parent. Something has to be done about this evil organization.

So by the time a parent is notified CPS HAS MADE CONTACT WITH REPORTERS OF CASE. School officials know we WILL NOT INFORM THE PARENT OR CARETAKER OF WHO MADE FIRST REPORT . That is law in Illinois, we r also protecting the adult who made call. That is why it is IMPERATIVE THAT WE INVESTIGATE PROPERLY, innocent ppl shouldn’t be charged with abuse if there is no real evidence of abuse. In my state there are 3 ppl thar can take immediatel custody of a child if abuse is clear. That means proper evidence has been presented to the investigator. Those ppl are I.C.F. S. Investigators, Chicago Police Officers, AND DOCTORS R THE ONLY PPL THAT CAN TAKE TEMPORARY CUSTODY OF A KID WITHOUT A WARRANT, WITHOUT PARENTAL CONSENT, no one else has to be present. We have 48 hrs to prepare paperwork, meet with states attorneys, child will be assigned lawyer once in front of judge. I also speak with the parents if I locate them,diligent search must be done and prof shown to judge. If I meet with parent everything is explained to them, court date info is provided, a packet that has their rights and other info is included. If they are poor the courts will assign them a lawyer as well. The goal is to help the family, get them back together but all issues must be resolved before kids return home. CPs isn’t all bad and we have no desire to remove kids bc we have nothing else to do. Kids r molested, beat, sold , etc we try to protect not hurt. B4 y’all try to downgrade investigators respect our jib&try to see both sides not just one. Sorry for long comment.

@Dustin Dean Homestead Outlaw Just thought you might like to know I know this is kinda old but; I am a weather researcher and I can without a date confirm to you that there was only 1 day in the entire year on Saturday August 10th of 2018 that the temperature reached over 97°F. and there were only 3 days in the entire year that temperatures even reached over 97°F. Wednesday August 1st, Thursday August 9th, and Friday August 10th. Unless you were at Walmart on exactly Friday, August 10, 2018, between the hours of 12:00 pm - 3:00 pm there is no possible way that his statement is about leaving your son in a car on a 98°F. day could be even minutely true, And that is a fact and that is proven by scientific evidence.

Unfortunately this is NOTHIING NEW! In 1980 my exhusband’s son was stolen by CSD (Oregon) and adopted out to a family in Washington State. ILLEGAL as hell! After we married in 1997 went after CSD workers that did this transaction and found out that there were hundreds of these cases!! SAME CASEWORKERS!! I called and made a phone appointment with the worker and told her what I knew. I called back a few days later and low and behold no one knew her she had never worked there and I wasn’t to call again. THAT WAS 17 YEARS AFTER THE ABDUCTION BY AN OREGON STATE CASE WORKER! In Oregon at that time his family should have had the child placed with them and they were completely passed by! I can only surmise that these caseworkers were selling the children to the highest bidders and it is probably still going on today!

Mcminville Oregon is the epicenter of a pedo child traffic ring. Look up the case of Pamela Gaston our of MT. Angel Oregon. Cps workers kidnapped her young step daughter and made a disgusting video of her and her foster mother who is also a teacher in the area. All of this was admitted in court (watched the court footage myself) if it still exists on youtube. Pamela maintained that Silverton PD was involved and won a huge settlement from the state, but she mysteriously died before getting her step daughter back.

Sc cps kidnapped our kids due to excessive dogs. I got rid of the dogs that day, replaced my floors completely and still had 6 weeks of hell since they kidnapped our kids. Had the case worker fired three weeks in. New case worker came to our house once, said damn, you guys are really proactive. Just got my kids back. They interviewed them as they did to your son. Woman came with 4 cop cars in tow as she felt threatened. How can you feel threatened when you never met my wife or I? All they do is lie on paper and in court. If they come back, just say no! Does your state CPS agency have any policy on how many dogs is too many? My city says 5 dogs is the limit. But CPS is not the city., not the building inspectors, not the clutter cops, not psychologists (though they have tried that in court!). They actually do not even have standards for a home inspection because that WANT that open ended!

I watched this carefully: what you saw out of that Social Worker/investigator (whatever title he may claim to have), was fear. When you started to document this and broke out the camera, he became afraid, and he started running scared. That's why he ducked into his car: he had to go somewhere where he could feel like he was in control; the only place was his car. Dollars to doughnuts: he didn't call the Attorney General (and BTW, both the state and the federal government have Attorney Generals; his reference would mean your state's AG)... he called his wife. They went to my child's public school after she had bronchitis for a month. We were told not to send her to school if she's sick but when she was out for so long they told us she was being denied education. They love to catch 22 you. I was a single mom for awhile when my boys were little 40 yrs ago. Someone reported me to CPS, I never knew why because they would not tell me why or who or what the complaint was. So, I had to prove, by letting them in my house, whenever they decided to visit me, that I was a fit parent. I’ve never forgotten it.

If this is the case,I would contact free legal advice from DRS if they have any.They are discriminating against your disabled son.Unless he is a threat they can not force a group home.I would file a lawsuit against them for pain suffering & discrimination against your son.If you had your son on day hab or anything like that that part of the state has workers that can & will help you it's a matter of finding them.I worked for state of N.M. in their homecare programs but before they did that they had campus with lots of dorms on them like hospital hall with rooms on either side,staff on hand ect.So much keep going on that state forced them to shut and open up homes for the people & staff them.So the State shut down the state.If your son is in home then he has case worker if that person is friendly & honest not trying to keep clients then they should be able to get you the information you need to get ahold of the state.Once you get your son home I would sue CPS.The group home taking his money is not legal either.You can still be his payee.If the home is owned by the company then most time they dont pay rent.If it is rented the the clients who live in it all share the rent,they all share the utilities.Every client is respon. for 1/2 or 1/3 or 1/4 of the food bill.Depending on how many live in the home.After 14 yrs in nursing home care I did home care then I did care for the DD folks.I was the office manager for 2 yrs.So I worked close with all the state folks.Even therapist can give you information on the state workers who can help you.I would get copies of all incident report from group home if they have any & then I would contact lawyer ASAP.

This scares the crap out of me as a single mom who's struggling. My heating system broke and the main water pipe burst while we were out. Trying to get it all fixed has been a struggle financially, especially where I've been on crutches since October! We have places I take the kids so they can wash, and we have a local spring we get water from to use. But I always worry my kids are going to say something to the wrong person before it's fixed and I'm going to have CPS at my door. I've been researching to make sure I know my rights and trying to teach my kids theirs!
What a nightmare! I was a therapeutic foster parent for 10 years.... you see all kinds of crazy stuff... it's all the caseworker.... they make the case for or against you... I would request a different caseworker, this one clearly is evil.

When I was young a CPS guy talked to me in a hospital room ( where I was having my appendix removed) he asked if my uncle or dad drank I said my dad doesn't but my uncle does....and they put in the report my uncle was a abusive drinker....that sexually and physically abused me. Smh

I was single mom in and out of an abusive relationship (I know I was wrong for going back) but DHS would literally come to my door with 1 black garbage bag and tell me to fit mine and 2 kids lives in the bag and then drop us off at a domestic abuse shelter. They would promise to help me get in touch with resources to help with getting a job, finding child care and housing. I never got help with any of that so then my 2 months at the shelter would be up (cause you were only able to stay for 2 months) and I would be left with no where to go, no money, no job, no child care and no home. So right back to my kids dad I would go cause I wanted my kids to have some where to lay their heads even if it meant I would be beat in the meantime. I did this with then several times and ended up with child endangerment and child neglect on my record for 7 years. Sad thing is I had more counts of child abuse on my record then the abuser did. When I asked how that is I was told its cause Im the responsible parent. Like I made my children by myself. Anyways years later I go to the court house to get some records drawn up and run into a lady who worked in the domestic area doing things like protection orders and such. She remembered me and we talked to her for a while. She asked me why I never requested for him to be removed from the home so we didnt have to go to a shelter. I told her I had many times but they told me it wasnt allowed. She told me thats a crock of shit. She then exp3how she has seen this many times and informed me that the reason DHS removed me from my home is because I was then considered homeless in which would give reason to keep my case open plus they plan on the fact that if your left with nothing you will go back to the abuser which gives them reason to continue services which also keeps the money rolling in for them. I literally had an epiphany that day. I cried so much to think someone could play such horrible games with mine and my kids lives. For years our life was a damn nightmare and none of them gave a shit for anything other than their paycheck. I have never trusted DHS and never will. I have personally seen them for the monsters they are. I wont even go into the lies they put on paper about me and the hateful things they said about me both on paper and in my face. It was truly a nightmare from both my ex and DHS. Never felt so unbelievably helpless and worthless in my life like I did then. Now Im married to a wonderful man who loves my children as his own and loves me for me and all my baggage and sees me for who I really am not who I once almost believed I was due to DHS and my ex.
Maybe even one of those life alerts (I've fallen and can't get up type) so that all your kids would have to do is push the button and you would be notified immediately..... time to bust your but and get to the school. (Can those devices have a gps module so you know where they are?

Good heavens, that was the calmest confrontation I have ever seen. Dang. Love it, hug the hate away. Why can't he just realize that your son is healthy therefore no poop in the house. Yes, indeed thank God for the Constitution. Hang in there. My daughter has had repeated problems with them in AZ. She learned correct way to protect herself too. Filmed the worker, etc. She even called her local DA office and filed a formal written complaint. That worker then tried to "up the anty" and she stood firm. Eventually, they backed off. I would like to say this, the judges need to STOP empowering them! There is very CLEAR evidence of this system being flawed. We do need to protect children from harm if possible but sad fact is, they keep going after healthy families and consistently missing the obviously abused. Not sure what the solution is fully; how do you balance being a good neighbor without getting all up in people's business. Certainly if I saw an obvious issue I would at least go try to talk to the parent directly myself, with my husband of course. I mean, if there is abuse, there is hurt and brokenheartedness deep within and that is the real problem. Yet some won't seek the help they need unless they are made to do so. Babble away. I just did. this is a false fact, not true. DCS does get money to support children in their care, but it is NOT a finders fee. Taking children out of the care of parents is extremely difficult. ..
@@charliegruchy530 Wrong. 20+ years working healthcare dealing with CPS in several states. It is extremely easy to take any child from parents as there is no standard, "jeopardy" is completely subjective. The state gets money to cover the extra cost and CPS agents get money to compensate for their extra work and to encourage children placement into new adopted parents. 86% of all allegations are unsubstantiated and nearly as many children are abused and die in CPS hands as by real abusive parents. I've seen with several times more abuse by CPS than parents in 20+ years as a healthcare worker.
I had a school nurse call the police and Child Protective Services because of a bruise on my daughter's arm. The nurse said it looked like abuse. The police went through my house with cameras and said everything was fine. CPS wanted to come into my house and investigate, but I told them it was unnecessary because the police had already investigated. CPS harassed me for the next couple of months. Finally we received a letter that the investigation was unfounded and everything was dismissed. All of that over a small bruise from her bumping her arm on a bunk bed ladder!
All American Dream Chaser "looks like abuse". Thats their blanket statement. I was a kid (long ago), and I had bruises all over me from....well from being a little boy of course! I suppose they could have "looked like abuse", but they weren't. I don't want children to be endangered, but the burden of proof is supposed to be on the accuser.

My oldest son was targeted the day he was born by a social worker named Ariel in Tampa, Florida. This was 18 years ago and I was a single mom. She lied in her statement saying that I was physically and sexually abused by my own parents (a disgusting and 100% false accusation) and that she spoke to me about this. She stated that she spoke to each of our family members as well. She advised that the baby (my now incredible, respectful, and amazing 18 year old son) be taken away. TAKEN AWAY! Mind you.....this is all while I am still in the hospital having just had a c-section and my family was there. Not only that, but plenty of witnesses to attest to the fact that she didn’t speak to a single one of us. She never even came in my room, never met me, never saw me. She saw my chart that stated I was a 19 year old single mom......easy target for her, or so she thought. Unfortunately for her, a very close friend of our families worked for child protective services and worked under the lady who was running things at the time. That and the fact that my family had money to fight her if need be. However, all it took was one phone call and the case was dropped. The sad part.....she was still around to steal other newborn babies right from under single parents. If you are a single mom and especially a young single mom, you better plan to take lots of support with you to the hospital when you give birth. I wish to this day that I could find that woman and introduce her to my son, so she could see how she nearly destroyed his life for her own greed. Thank the Lord above for protecting him and keeping him right where he belonged.
Just a small note. You do not have a right to a free lawyer unless you have been arrested or charged. You do have the right to remain silent during an investigation, or to call your own lawyer, but one does not have to be provided during an investigation.
If a child becomes a ward of the court, a "Guardian ad litum/lidum (?) Will be appointed to him. The parent will have no ability to talk to this court appointed person as they will have already been found guilty as the "Perpetrator" of the abuse to the victim/child...
@@oyenations2302 Oh Gosh, it has been 10 years since anyone I knew had to deal with this, but my grown Step-daughter got a job once in Moab, Utah (for 3 days) at a place called "The Christmas Box House" (of all things!!!) So this is all I know about that part of the removal. *If a child is removed from the home they are taken to a "Safe House" its a temporary and secret building with beds and a home type setting and a "caregiver" where children stay at until, at least, the first court hearing. This hearing is nothing you would think... the dcfs case worker tells the judge that their investigation found substantiated abuse of the child in the home and that the children were removed. The children are not present at this hearing. I dont think. You as a parent are the Perpetrator of the crime of child abuse, so of course they do not give you back your child. Its kinda fuzzy to me at this point but the dcfs case worker tells the Judge about the abuse yhe child was subjected to and they decide if the child is to be placed into a Foster Home or into a Relative's home. The case worker then tells the Judge what the abusive parent must do to get custody back... if that is an option. If the parent complies with all dcfs demands in a certain amount of time they say you get your child back... this list of demands used to be called a Safety Plan, I dont know what it is called now. This Safety Plan will be very nearly, if not impossible for the parent to comply with. It will also be financially impossible to facilitate for the parent. It will include therapy and supervised visits with the child. It will include a child support order as well that the parent must pay on top of all the other costs the parent will now have. If the child is placed far away it doesnt matter. You still have to show up every day or every week for your supervised visits. You still have to complete the safety plan. If you cannot do so, in the time alloted, the child is put up for adoption. Thats the end I guess. The child is adopted... they are gone... it NEVER ends at that point. The family unit is destroyed. If the parent is somehow able to comply and complete the plan then the child is returned and eventually the case is closed. There is a set time for the parent to complete the safety plan. You usually cannot fulfill their safety plan in the time they specify and this is by design. They will change the plan if you are doing well and they will lie through the whole time, stacking on more criminal charges... and more things you have to comply with, you may be arrested if the abuse is "substantiated" and then how are you supposed to show up for your supervised visits or secure full time employment or a permanent residence? If the child is un-adoptable by a family member or a "fit" couple, they stay in a group home until they are of legal age... then they are turned out with no family to turn to or help because of course they have had no contact with their abusive parents for years...because the parental rights were removed. It is a sick, sick, SICK system and is used to persecute and intimidate people. Almost always for revenge or financial gain. I have seen real literally dozens of situations where truly abusive parents never had one problem with dcfs and very good and loving parents had their lives and family destroyed forever.
I know of a woman that was taken out of her house because CPS said her dad molested her, she said it never happened. She was put in a foster home and was molested by the foster father. The CPS didn’t believe her so nothing was done to the foster parent. When she was old enough she ran away back to her family.

I feel for you Dustin Dean. Much respect from Louisiana!!. I too have had cps pull my kids out of class for interrogation without my knowledge or consent.( ex wife lost custody to me and tried anything desperately to regain custody-including abuse allegations) They later came to my house. I started filming when I noticed a vehicle in my drive. It's funny because she-CPS didn't want to be filmed like the guy at your house. But I flipped it on her and told her if she's genuinely concerned for the kids safety filming shouldn't stop her from inspecting my home. I even asked her what if there's something in my home that presents an imminent danger to kids or other occupants? I told her if she refuses to inspect and there's an injury or death she will be held liable. Besides... if I'm filming and there's something afoul in the house it will be recorded and can be used against me. When she realized I called her out on camera she had no choice but to do her inspection, . I challenged her legal authority making her confess she can't enter without a warrant unless I consent. I asked many many questions. I asked what constitutes an unsafe home. She had a list. I told her nothing in my home is on that list. After I followed her through my home and she found nothing on the list I made her verbalize nothing in my home was on that list . You know as well as I, one has to ask the right questions in order to have a sound defense should it be necessary in court. I got it all on film. No I didn't have to let her inside my home but I chose to get it over with. I know my home is safe and my kids are well cared for. And I've been around enough legal proceedings to know to film and how to ask the right questions. I did not, however, allow her to speak to any of my children alone. Crazy heifer wanted to talk to my 2yr old son alone!!! Afterward she said thank you sir and apologized for the fear, anger, and embarrassment I must feel. She shook my hand. My little 2yr old ran and hugged her legs. She smiled at me and said I would not hear from CPS again. Been several years now. I still have custody and I've not seen nor heard from CPS. I realize I was fortunate. Reading other comments my heart breaks for those who have things go badly with CPS and the consequences. I could rant. This parallels the red flag gun laws to a degree. They just come take your "property"--(kids,guns) then you have to prove you're innocent to get them back. There's no due process.

I just picked up your video again after the 1st DCF and now the update. I really dont see why DCF wants to think they can control the lives of children. On another type of questioning. I had returned from Florida to Connecticut with my Dad. There's a knock at the door and Adult Services are there. I asked what she needed and she needed to speak to my Dad. I called Dad from the kitchen that he had a visitor. He didn't want to get out of his chair till I said who it was. He wasn't pleased. He answered her questions after wanted to know who called them. She told him that she couldn't tell him. They are like the "Adult of DCF" she called the next day and asked if my dad had dentures? I said yes he doesn't like wearing them. Silly question right? I knew it was family because of that last question. I told him later that she could have removed him from his home if they could prove I wasn't taking care of him. It's stupid right? That's what I thought. It's scary what power the people have. Damn!

Just remembered when a school teacher asked me to go to my sons house because they had concerns. My sister who went to the school told me they were looking for a witness so they could charge parents with neglect. The teacher was concerned when she found out they had no electricity- like that’s illegal. So I went to the house and warned them the school was concerned about no electricity. The home was clean, orderly and had food. DCF could not do anything
I live in Utah, and I have seen more families torn apart by CPS. The biggest thing here is if you don't have a lot of money, good standings in the church and, your children are good looking you are a target for CPS. A friend of mine lost their children to CPS. We found out later that the investigator had came to the girls window at night and had been talking to them. They had gone to the boy's school pulled him out of class and had done the same as they did to yours. But, they didn't know about it till at the trail. As far as CPS believes, every child in Utah is sexually abused. One of the girls was put though a medical exam, that I would never allow to be done to myself five(5) times. Trying to prove that she had been abused. Every time it came back as negative. God forbid that you stand up with the parents being accused, because you will suddenly have accusations filed against you. One of my friends literally had to send her son out of the state to keep CPS off of her door step at in 3 am in the morning. My own family had made it very clear that they would move us out of state if we ever had children. Because of the fear that they had of CPS. The public have no rights in Utah against CPS. Load up your family and move out of state before they trump up something to pull the kids or, you will lose them!
When you are being investigated criminally, you have the right to remain silent, etc. Even a child had these rights and if a child is being investigated criminally, they have to have a parent present. Here's the other hand... If the child is suspected as being a victim of abuse, they are allowed to question the child without a parent present. This is to gather information so they can make sure the child is not being harmed. IMO you should have helped prove that your child was okay instead of adding fuel to the fire. This will get you no where. I hope it all works out for your family. Peace

I grew up dealing with this system and never had an issue. They seemed to just want kids to grow up safe. Later in life I worked with DCFS and they allowed be to have custody of my brother so thats twice I saw DCFS working first hand in the best interest of they children. Now as an older adult I watched DCFS take two kids away from a good friend of mine. So two plus dealings and one really bad dealing. I went to court on the side of my friend as saw first hand DCFS work hard to yank kids away from my friend who was and is a great father, but is low on funds. DCFS took his kids away and he lost all rights to them. At the time one was 6 and the older was 11. They were split up and he will never have them back. I think DCFS started out with the right ideas when I was growing up and later (between early 80's and late 90's), but now they just seem hell bent on splitting families and over stepping their power. Its almost like a power trip for some of these people. Honestly I think about giving up my career to work with DCFS so family's can have an agent of the government that really wants to work with them and do the right thing.
That what gets me so confused. I've had good and bad experiences with CPS and foster care. I guess I have a hard time labeling everyone as bad... Some CPS workers are seriously sick!
My children were taught very young NOT to speak DCFS/CPS about anything for any reason.I was a foster child & CPC tried for years to get myself & my younger mildly retarted sister to outright LIE & say our step dad sexually abused us & that our mother let it happen.I never lied on my step father even though I hated him & it landed my in the nastiest foster homes ever!!!
I know a lot of people here want to help, and some are educated in law. But to be safe, find an attorney who gives 30 mins to 1 hour for free, take all you know to this attorney and they can give you a better idea how to move forward. Accusations of molestation is very serious, and you may even want to consider filing a lawsuit. Good luck.

My daughter at age 14 was questioned in school by a case worker that demanded she answer all questions and didn't have the right to call her mother or myself. I was so proud that my daughter handled herself well and told this case worker to go sit and spin. They tried sending a much larger, older male to interview her and he didn't fair any better. They were investigating reports that i had shot a deer ( during deer season) and that i forced my daughter to help me process the animal!! Which was a total joke because she wanted to learn how to do it and go over the different cuts of meat. These goons actually opened up a 6 month long investigation on the say of some fool that thought a young girl shouldn't be taught how to process game.

What that worker did is totally illegal and the school is also at fault for allowing someone that is not a custodial gaurdian access to a child, especially with the child unsupervised!!! You need to take those allegations against you and your son seriously. Its time to get a lawyer, its getting to the point that they will start the process to remove the children and or arrest you and your son. Maybe have your wife take your daughter to her doctors to perform a physical to have evidence that nothing has been done to your daughter. This is good advice. Dcfs is known for exactly what you said! So, If the Mother is proactive by getting a doctor involved and IF dcfs does come back with a finding of "Substantiated" abuse, they may allow her to keep the child if the "accused abuser" leaves the home. If the non abusive parent allowes the accused abuser (parent or sibling) to stay in the home, the not accused parent will then be charged with "failure to protect" and all the children will be taken...

Unfortunately, before I could get any paperwork situated, my ex came into my house without permission and put my then 5 year old on the kitchen counter and blocked her so I couldn't get to her and told her that I was a c*** and a b**** for not letting him see her. [I wasn't letting him see the kids because CYS said not to let him have contact during their investigation.] (Meanwhile, I was a couple feet away watching while on the phone with 911, trying to make sure he didn't leave with her. He had already pushed me, and as a weigh lifter, he was much stronger than me, so a physical altercation wasn't in anyone's best interest.) After I told him police were on their way, he left in a hurry. It took me a solid year to convince her that I HAD to keep him away from them or CYS would have taken all three of them away from ME too.
I put my daughter in K12.com bc she was being bullied. It was after Christmas break and the online school didnt start for 2 weeks after public school did. I had CPS and the police here everyday trying to get her to go back to her old school. I had to provide proof several times she was enrolled in k12.com CAVA and was harassed daily with daily inspections of my house. I finally got tired of it and stopped answering the door. School started back up then he father says in court that I allowed her to drop out at 13. It was a mess.

One good thing you have going for you is the fact that your son is older and can hold his own in front of a judge. Let all of your kids know it's ok not to talk to them in any form all they have to say is they want a lawyer present when being questioned. Tell them after asking for a lawyer to let them know that the investigation is over and they will not say another word until their lawyer is present. Let CPS get a warrant to come into your home if they don't have a warrant ask them to leave your property and if they do not call the police. Also get your own lawyer to get copy's of the report so you can get the names of those that reported this so you can sue those that reported and sue the CPS for their indiscretion. A lawyer will make them back off !
I BEGGED my son's school to get him in physical therapy because he was so clumsy. He had large bruises and abrasions on his face most of the time. Instead, they called CPS. On the same day, he was on the playground and a teacher saw him trip over his own foot. He developed a huge knot on his forehead. The principal called CPS back and told them, "Nevermind." I was shocked that the school actually admitted that they had made the call in the first place. He was put in physical therapy. I felt like a horrible person because I was GLAD that my son was hurt that afternoon. We dodged a bullet.
I am following your story. My husband and I have been harassed off and on for years by Kentucky DCFS. They prey on people they believe are vulnerable or impoverished. Props to you for fighting back.

As a woman who was kidnapped and adopted out through the foster care system I 100% agree with prepping your children for a possible cps interrogation. These people ONLY want to steal your children from you. They are evil and will lie, cheat, play dirty... You teach your children how to protect themselves from predators already (stranger danger, ect) cps is at the top of the list of dangerous child predators for me.

I never really knew how crazy these social services workers are.
Until my sister-in-law's daughter was13 years old. My sister-in-law got a call from the social services said they already interviewed ( interrogated)her daughter and she needed to come up to the school. When she got there the police was there too. Social worker told her they needed to search her house(not giving any info on what they were even there for). They cop made her daughter ride in the cop car to their house. My sister-in-law let them come in thats when the social worker had my sister-in-law sit in the living room and started going thru every cabinet closet,dresser drawers,etc.
When she went to get up they told her she's not allowed to move she has to sit right there.
All of this becouse earlier that day my sister-in-law got a call from the school becouse her daughters face cheeks were red and a teacher was worried. My sister-in-law went up to school looked at her daughter and talked to her(maked sure she was all right).her daughter just got out of gym class and they were running.She is a blonde fair skin girl and this is normal for her which my sister-in-law explained. School offices understood and she went back to class. Teacher didn't like it and called social services.
At the end she had to get her daughter checked by a doctor within 24 hours.
All for fair skin gym class and red cheeks!!
Even the officer seemed not to know the exact reason of Social Services being there. Becouse he got into it with the social worker and apologize to my sister-in-law after finding out the exact reason why social worker was there.Even the cop yelled at the social worker telling her if this was about a kids health and you thought she needed a doctor then why are we not at the hospital right now!! Instead your here ripping thru all her draws and cabinets becouse a kid ran in gym class and her cheeks are red!! Then you giving her 24 hours to go to the doctor.

In one case a caseworker claimed she had a signed order from a Judge and a Police escort. The Mom asked to see it. It was NOT signed. Cop immediately escorted the caseworker out onto the driveway and LOUDLY cussed her out, told her that if she returned he would arrest the caseworker. It was a great day for Family Rights!
I’m pretty sure this happened to me. I pissed off my sons teacher. (To her fart is a curse word.) the next thing I know CPS is at my house claiming substance abuse. I called her a commie and a pedophile and she left.

I went thru something similar years ago during my marital breakup. Unfortunately, I worked the night shift at my job, (midnight-8:30 am), so that put me at home during their work hours. They were at my place 3-4 times a week giving me pure Hell! They refused to give me any copies of documents in the file saying they were confidential, they even started showing up at my job during the day, knowing damn well I wasn't there.
One of the attorneys at work found out what they were doing and made a couple phone calls on my behalf. A few days later he handed me a sticky notes with a name, address, and phone number........he told me to call and set up an appointment.
It was an local attorney that wanted to help. When I met with her she understood I was junior enlisted and money was tight. She accepted $100. as the initial retainer and went to work right then with me sitting in the office. She called DCS, I don't know who it was she spoke to, but she reamed them a new ass! One hour later, a runner from DCS arrived with a "Banker box", a copy of my/kids entire file.........that was "confidential". They were no longer allowed to call me, come to my home, call my work, visit my job. Any paperwork was sent to my attorney, not me, any Visitation problems she took care of.
Life was so much nicer and peaceful once the attorney was kicking DCS ass!

I was a single mom with 6 children. I had CPS called on me because a women on the block I lived on said that I had to many kids for one person to take care of. Mind you that this women never had any interaction with my kids. I agree they target single moms. Most of them are now grown living their lives and were raised by a single mom.

My lawyer even said young parents and single parents are the main ones they harass! She said with our age she isn’t surprised at all that we were harassed. It’s sad that they can do that.

When I was 11 years old CPS came to talk to me at school. They asked if I have trouble sleeping I remember saying yes I have trouble going to sleep at night sometimes. what kid does not have trouble going to sleep sometimes? CPS asked me is the TV on? I said my TV is off but my grandmother watches TV at night. She use to watch Johnny Carson then she would go to bed. So CPS Reported that my grandmother kept the TV on at night to prevent me from going to sleep or having a good night sleep. My grandmother asked me why would you say something like that? I told my grandmother I said no such thing. I Remember this just because she never watch Johnny Carson again at night because of this. This has always hurt me growing up. CPS They do more harm than good

Yes, this is so true! As a single mother who experienced outlandish allegations from CPS, they did this very exact same thing! Went to the school and interrogated my two youngest daughters! Without my consent. Of course the allegations was proven to be unsubstantiated and the case was closed, but that isn’t ok, that I had two Cps people in my face screaming at me like I was a criminal! When they went to leave, they got stuck in my yard and had to ask me for help! Tell me Karma didn’t bite them.. lol 😂

I was a widowed teacher getting remarried. CPS showed up at my school where I worked and took off my daughter's clothes (she was 16) in the principals office to investigate my fiance who had never been left alone with her. Then they came to my house, and went through everything and interviewed me- demanded this- then after interrogating me, (mind you I was a broken, grieving widow), they then accused my fiance of molesting my daughter, when he had never been left alone with her anywhere. So, CPS I believe used an excuse to molest my daughter in my workplace in the principals office. After this, btw, I didn't have work anymore at my job. (Ventura County). I sold my house and moved far away from these people. My daughter told.me she was traumatized by CPS but was Not specific about what they did to her. For me, I was already grieving and then had to deal with false accusations and harassment in my own home by CPS. CPS in my opinion are abusers of children and parents and believe they are above the law. May they all.ROT in hell.

Here in san Antonio TX some cps worker are being investigated for trafficking children for money.

I had a friend whose daughter worked at DCS, and my friend told me that DCS was always hiring, because they couldn't keep caseworkers. I needed a job, so I applied. I listed my juris doctor under education on my resume, and I didn't get hired by four different counties in my state. Then, my friend told me to take it off, so I did. The next county with whom I interviewed hired me in two-days. I discovered later that none of the employees had a doctorate, and someone mentioned that the supervisors and managers would feel inferior around someone with a higher degree than they had. I never mentioned it after I got hired. I learned a lot about babies, toddlers, and children up to age-eight, or so. However, what I didn't learn was how to work for and with immature adults! I was astounded at the level of unprofessionalism within the agency. I could cite several instances of hostile work environment, mismanagement, sexual harassment, gang mentality, and prejudice. I knew immediately that I did not fit in that culture of wickedness. I found my conscience to be too intact to perform the required duties of developing case files against parents who may have been poor financially, but wealthy in love, respect, and care for their children. It was my job to take pictures of children, residences, and anything which may have been considered as evidence against the "monsters" who dared to have children. I saw mothers break down in tears and despair, fathers angry because there was nothing they could do, and children who did not understand why they were being taken away from their moms and dads, grandparents, and even siblings. Of course, some situations warranted separation, but the majority of complaints were obviously made by in-laws and enemies looking to hit hardest at the softest place in a human -- the heart.
I was targeted by child welfare services for asserting my constitutional right to a warrant and to record an interview with my child. I was literally told they would take my kids and I could have my rights represented in court. My daughter who has never had a single spanking or a single cavity has been gone for 23 months. It's incredible. This is a crime perpetuated over and over against families by our own government. It must end. Thank you for being and staying proactive

With these types of allegations they should have made a finding in the case...after investigating within 3 days, I think it is... within 3 days. ANYWAY, if they are coming back monthly as I just now heard Dustin say, (dcfs) does not think there is a credible danger... they are leaving the case open and that is because dcfs gets more federal money for open cases. This happened to me years ago. I was a single mom with 2 kids. My son was 4 months and my daughter was 3 and a half years old. Where I am from we call them DCF. My son was ill I had to take him to the hospital I was asked 1,000+ questions my daughter was with my mother. While I was at the hospital DCF and a state trooper went to my mother's house woke up my daughter in the middle of the night and told my mother that they "had" to speak to my 3 and half yr old alone. My mother said no that if they were going to ask her questions she WILL be present or they WILL leave her property. There was back and forth but my mother and stepfather stood their ground. Then the DCF wrkr told my mother that she would have to check my daughter for marks. Mind you I was at the hospital with my son and had no idea at all this was going on. Not till I got to my mother's house. The report was ridiculous, it said I allowed my son to get sick and didn't care and that I was having my daughter touched. The whole thing was a lie. My father got me intouch with a friend that was lawyer at the time and we went after the allegations. And it was proven that the whole report was a lie. They almost took my kids, it was a hell of an experience to go through. I went through so much emotionally. Single mom's and parents in general fight for your kids tooth and nail, find out your rights and go all in.

Just after I had my son(11yrs ago), my neighbor came over and wanted to see him. Keep in mind...he was only about a week old. I was tired, stressing as a new mom(he was my first-still was in the "am i doing this right???" stage of it). The house hadn't been cleaned in over a week, one of our dogs had just had puppies(she went into labor the night we got home from the hospital after i had my son), and various other things were going on. I didn't invite her or her daughter in(she claimed that she and her 2 daughters had the boy in the bubble syndrome-she was actually on that show extreme makeover home edition) due to all the chaos in the house. I brought my son out onto the front porch so they could see him. A day later CPS showed up on my doorstep. She reported that I was abusing him and that he had acne all over his face. When she had seen him, he had what some call milk rash. Very common in newborns and his pediatrician wasn't worried about it. Anyway, CPS asked my husband tons of questions, wanted to see the house(luckily by then I had atleast done the laundry and cleaned up the kitchen/taken the trash out). The CPS woman was nice. She said she understood what being a new parent was like. Said that she would keep the file for 6 months, then if no other reports came in, she would close it. Nosy neighbor wasn't happy about that, so she started calling the sheriff on us. Told them I was leaving my "adolescent" home alone and they could hear screaming. When the sheriff showed up, I invited him in. Told him that my now 2 month old son was the only child in the home. Offered to let hm look around. He declined. A few days later, same sheriff showed back up, claiming more reports of crying kid. My son was sound asleep. I told the sheriff I knew who was reporting it and told him that the next time they report us for anything and it's unfounded, I was going to sue them for harassment. Never had another report filed. Nosy neighbor's husband worked for Home Land security at that point and was bringing home some pretty massive firepower with out his superiors knowing. They didn't want to get in trouble. Few years later, they were actually the ones arrested for child abuse. Turns out that she lied about her kids having that syndrome. Those 2 girls had been through years of being poked, prodded, hospital stays, meds and many other things because their mom was a nut job!!
I absolutely LOVE when karma bites people like this. Anyone that calls CPS for petty shit and trying to ruin someones life simply because they have some kind of an issue that they do not have the balls to deal with on their own is a complete piece of TRASH and the fact is that people like this deserve NOTHING good in life to happen to them.
I have called police to remove CPS off my family members property & my own property.I have also beat the living hell out of a Male CPS worker for threatning me in my own home!! Im a single mother & ended up with an amazing attorney free of charge for my children.CPS had to pay out alot of money for what they put my family threw.

Stand strong and keep teaching your son ! This really ticked me off! A similar situation happened with a family member of mine. But once DFCS were confronted, they backed down and even sent a letter of apology. Here’s my opinion based on Dustin Dean’s videos regarding this invasion of privacy and putting his family in this position.
By letting children know that if an adult starts questioning them without the parent(s) present that they should request to call their parent first to double check if it’s ok. It is no longer correct the teach our children to be respectful to adults at all times like we were taught years and years ago. Current times have unfortunately proven that there are too many adults whose objective is to harm children. And all CPS and DFCS employees are taught the limit is of lawful interrogation of children, who must be present during an interview/interrogation, etc... this man held on to his legal rights and anger wonderfully. If someone did this to one of my kids when they were you g, I would have gone ballistic and probably lost my mind. I would have also called the police and/or the person’s manager or state office of CPS before answering any questions or letting them into my house. No state group has the right to intimidate a citizen for any reason u less it is a life or death emergency. Sounds like this CPS employee definitely stretched his authority and then wouldn’t bow down. He will probably be investigated as this incidence plays out. I hope he is.

Again, my son is 11 and we are going thru the same things with CPS or whatever the title may be, same thing. Long ago I started telling my son, and we practice on a regular basis, of how to refuse questions and stand on his rights.

We have 48 hrs to prepare paperwork, meet with states attorneys, child will be assigned lawyer once in front of judge. I also speak with the parents if I locate them,diligent search must be done and prof shown to judge. If I meet with parent everything is explained to them, court date info is provided, a packet that has their rights and other info is included. If they are poor the courts will assign them a lawyer as well. The goal is to help the family, get them back together but all issues must be resolved before kids return home. CPs isn’t all bad and we have no desire to remove kids bc we have nothing else to do. Kids r molested, beat, sold , etc we try to protect not hurt. B4 y’all try to downgrade investigators respect our jib&try to see both sides not just one. Sorry for long comment.

Wednesday August 1st, Thursday August 9th, and Friday August 10th. Unless you were at Walmart on exactly Friday, August 10, 2018, between the hours of 12:00 pm - 3:00 pm there is no possible way that his statement is about leaving your son in a car on a 98°F. day could be even minutely true, And that is a fact and that is proven by scientific evidence.

Unfortunately this is NOTHIING NEW! In 1980 my exhusband’s son was stolen by CSD (Oregon) and adopted out to a family in Washington State. ILLEGAL as hell! After we married in 1997 went after CSD workers that did this transaction and found out that there were hundreds of these cases!! SAME CASEWORKERS!! I called and made a phone appointment with the worker and told her what I knew. I called back a few days later and low and behold no one knew her she had never worked there and I wasn’t to call again. THAT WAS 17 YEARS AFTER THE ABDUCTION BY AN OREGON STATE CASE WORKER! In Oregon at that time his family should have had the child placed with them and they were completely passed by! I can only surmise that these caseworkers were selling the children to the highest bidders and it is probably still going on today!

Mcminville Oregon is the epicenter of a pedo child traffic ring. Look up the case of Pamela Gaston our of MT. Angel Oregon. Cps workers kidnapped her young step daughter and made a disgusting video of her and her foster mother who is also a teacher in the area. All of this was admitted in court (watched the court footage myself) if it still exists on youtube. Pamela maintained that Silverton PD was involved and won a huge settlement from the state, but she mysteriously died before getting her step daughter back.

Sc cps kidnapped our kids due to excessive dogs. I got rid of the dogs that day, replaced my floors completely and still had 6 weeks of hell since they kidnapped our kids. Had the case worker fired three weeks in. New case worker came to our house once, said damn, you guys are really proactive. Just got my kids back. They interviewed them as they did to your son. Woman came with 4 cop cars in tow as she felt threatened. How can you feel threatened when you never met my wife or I? All they do is lie on paper and in court. If they come back, just say no! Does your state CPS agency have any policy on how many dogs is too many?
My city says 5 dogs is the limit. But CPS is not the city., not the building inspectors, not the clutter cops, not psychologists (though they have tried that in court!). They actually do not even have standards for a home inspection because that WANT that open ended!

When you started to document this and broke out the camera, he became afraid, and he started running scared. That's why he ducked into his car: he had to go somewhere where he could feel like he was in control; the only place was his car. Dollars to doughnuts: he didn't call the Attorney General (and BTW, both the state and the federal government have Attorney Generals; his reference would mean your state's AG)... he called his wife. This man views camera's like some others view guns. It's a weapon. It cannot be manipulated. It records everything... and when it's recording, it catches his distortion, lies, and threats. They went to my child's public school after she had bronchitis for a month. We were told not to send her to school if she's sick but when she was out for so long they told us she was being denied education. They love to catch 22 you. My friend works for CPS and they get warrants if you refuse to meet them and see the kids living conditions.
The problem is if they get a warrant then they can come into your property and into your house.

I was a single mom for awhile when my boys were little 40 yrs ago. Someone reported me to CPS, I never knew why because they would not tell me why or who or what the complaint was. So, I had to prove, by letting them in my house, whenever they decided to visit me, that I was a fit parent. I’ve never forgotten it.

If this is the case,I would contact free legal advice from DRS if they have any.They are discriminating against your disabled son.Unless he is a threat they can not force a group home.I would file a lawsuit against them for pain suffering & discrimination against your son.If you had your son on day hab or anything like that that part of the state has workers that can & will help you it's a matter of finding them.I worked for state of N.M. in their homecare programs but before they did that they had campus with lots of dorms on them like hospital hall with rooms on either side,staff on hand ect.So much keep going on that state forced them to shut and open up homes for the people & staff them.So the State shut down the state.If your son is in home then he has case worker if that person is friendly & honest not trying to keep clients then they should be able to get you the information you need to get ahold of the state.Once you get your son home I would sue CPS.The group home taking his money is not legal either.You can still be his payee.If the home is owned by the company then most time they dont pay rent.If it is rented the the clients who live in it all share the rent,they all share the utilities.Every client is respon. for 1/2 or 1/3 or 1/4 of the food bill.Depending on how many live in the home.After 14 yrs in nursing home care I did home care then I did care for the DD folks.I was the office manager for 2 yrs.So I worked close with all the state folks.Even therapist can give you information on the state workers who can help you.I would get copies of all incident report from group home if they have any & then I would contact lawyer ASAP.

This scares the crap out of me as a single mom who's struggling. My heating system broke and the main water pipe burst while we were out. Trying to get it all fixed has been a struggle financially, especially where I've been on crutches since October! We have places I take the kids so they can wash, and we have a local spring we get water from to use. But I always worry my kids are going to say something to the wrong person before it's fixed and I'm going to have CPS at my door. I've been researching to make sure I know my rights and trying to teach my kids theirs!
CPS should be forced to prove those allocations in a court of law or else they will continue to violate our rights.
What a nightmare! I was a therapeutic foster parent for 10 years.... you see all kinds of crazy stuff... it's all the caseworker.... they make the case for or against you... I would request a different caseworker, this one clearly is evil.

When I was young a CPS guy talked to me in a hospital room ( where I was having my appendix removed) he asked if my uncle or dad drank I said my dad doesn't but my uncle does....and they put in the report my uncle was a abusive drinker....that sexually and physically abused me. Smh

Just subscribed. Hope yall get these sob's. I was single mom in and out of an abusive relationship (I know I was wrong for going back) but DHS would literally come to my door with 1 black garbage bag and tell me to fit mine and 2 kids lives in the bag and then drop us off at a domestic abuse shelter. They would promise to help me get in touch with resources to help with getting a job, finding child care and housing. I never got help with any of that so then my 2 months at the shelter would be up (cause you were only able to stay for 2 months) and I would be left with no where to go, no money, no job, no child care and no home. So right back to my kids dad I would go cause I wanted my kids to have some where to lay their heads even if it meant I would be beat in the meantime. I did this with then several times and ended up with child endangerment and child neglect on my record for 7 years. Sad thing is I had more counts of child abuse on my record then the abuser did. When I asked how that is I was told its cause Im the responsible parent. Like I made my children by myself. Anyways years later I go to the court house to get some records drawn up and run into a lady who worked in the domestic area doing things like protection orders and such. She remembered me and we talked to her for a while. She asked me why I never requested for him to be removed from the home so we didnt have to go to a shelter. I told her I had many times but they told me it wasnt allowed. She told me thats a crock of shit. She then exp3how she has seen this many times and informed me that the reason DHS removed me from my home is because I was then considered homeless in which would give reason to keep my case open plus they plan on the fact that if your left with nothing you will go back to the abuser which gives them reason to continue services which also keeps the money rolling in for them. I literally had an epiphany that day. I cried so much to think someone could play such horrible games with mine and my kids lives. For years our life was a damn nightmare and none of them gave a shit for anything other than their paycheck. I have never trusted DHS and never will. I have personally seen them for the monsters they are. I wont even go into the lies they put on paper about me and the hateful things they said about me both on paper and in my face. It was truly a nightmare from both my ex and DHS. Never felt so unbelievably helpless and worthless in my life like I did then. Now Im married to a wonderful man who loves my children as his own and loves me for me and all my baggage and sees me for who I really am not who I once almost believed I was due to DHS and my ex.
Give son a phone or recording device for next time
Maybe even one of those life alerts (I've fallen and can't get up type) so that all your kids would have to do is push the button and you would be notified immediately..... time to bust your but and get to the school. (Can those devices have a gps module so you know where they are?

The ones that can be used like a walkie talkie might be beneficial for people like this who have a large property and older children who don't stick as close by.

In the class....why can't these kids film staff.Of course inform you children as much as they are ready to learn about filming the staff.Being warry they will bring up the children in special homes are protected from being found by their birth parents ect. intill they come of age....So, avoid filming kids at all cost blur them out ect.....

I believe that under the fourteenth amendment US Constn DCFS/CPS and false witnesses are liable. The measure of a true champion of justice is in the ability to take them on Pro Bono and when big. Leading children to discount their parents is child abuse.
There is big money in the zero motor of CFS and parental alienation. Ostentatious people want your kids to make themselves look good while ruining the bio family. And if you ever get your kids back you will be pressured to include the fosters in all future family functions just to make sure youre obediant.

Good heavens, that was the calmest confrontation I have ever seen. Dang. Love it, hug the hate away. Why can't he just realize that your son is healthy therefore no poop in the house. Yes, indeed thank God for the Constitution. Hang in there. My daughter has had repeated problems with them in AZ. She learned correct way to protect herself too. Filmed the worker, etc. She even called her local DA office and filed a formal written complaint. That worker then tried to "up the anty" and she stood firm. Eventually, they backed off. I would like to say this, the judges need to STOP empowering them! There is very CLEAR evidence of this system being flawed. We do need to protect children from harm if possible but sad fact is, they keep going after healthy families and consistently missing the obviously abused. Not sure what the solution is fully; how do you balance being a good neighbor without getting all up in people's business. Certainly if I saw an obvious issue I would at least go try to talk to the parent directly myself, with my husband of course. I mean, if there is abuse, there is hurt and brokenheartedness deep within and that is the real problem. Yet some won't seek the help they need unless they are made to do so. Babble away. I just did. It is extremely easy to take any child from parents as there is no standard, "jeopardy" is completely subjective.
The state gets money to cover the extra cost and CPS agents get money to compensate for their extra work and to encourage children placement into new adopted parents. 86% of all allegations are unsubstantiated and nearly as many children are abused and die in CPS hands as by real abusive parents.
I've seen with several times more abuse by CPS than parents in 20+ years as a healthcare worker.

I had a school nurse call the police and Child Protective Services because of a bruise on my daughter's arm. The nurse said it looked like abuse. The police went through my house with cameras and said everything was fine. CPS wanted to come into my house and investigate, but I told them it was unnecessary because the police had already investigated. CPS harassed me for the next couple of months. Finally we received a letter that the investigation was unfounded and everything was dismissed. All of that over a small bruise from her bumping her arm on a bunk bed ladder!

My oldest son was targeted the day he was born by a social worker named Ariel in Tampa, Florida. This was 18 years ago and I was a single mom. She lied in her statement saying that I was physically and sexually abused by my own parents (a disgusting and 100% false accusation) and that she spoke to me about this. She stated that she spoke to each of our family members as well. She advised that the baby (my now incredible, respectful, and amazing 18 year old son) be taken away. TAKEN AWAY! Mind you.....this is all while I am still in the hospital having just had a c-section and my family was there. Not only that, but plenty of witnesses to attest to the fact that she didn’t speak to a single one of us. She never even came in my room, never met me, never saw me. She saw my chart that stated I was a 19 year old single mom......easy target for her, or so she thought. Unfortunately for her, a very close friend of our families worked for child protective services and worked under the lady who was running things at the time. That and the fact that my family had money to fight her if need be. However, all it took was one phone call and the case was dropped. The sad part.....she was still around to steal other newborn babies right from under single parents. If you are a single mom and especially a young single mom, you better plan to take lots of support with you to the hospital when you give birth. I wish to this day that I could find that woman and introduce her to my son, so she could see how she nearly destroyed his life for her own greed. Thank the Lord above for protecting him and keeping him right where he belonged.

You do not have a right to a free lawyer unless you have been arrested or charged. You do have the right to remain silent during an investigation, or to call your own lawyer, but one does not have to be provided during an investigation.

If a child becomes a ward of the court, a "Guardian ad litum/lidum (?) Will be appointed to him. The parent will have no ability to talk to this court appointed person as they will have already been found guilty as the "Perpetrator" of the abuse to the victim/child...

@@oyenations2302 Oh Gosh, it has been 10 years since anyone I knew had to deal with this, but my grown Step-daughter got a job once in Moab, Utah (for 3 days) at a place called "The Christmas Box House" (of all things!!!) So this is all I know about that part of the removal.
*If a child is removed from the home they are taken to a "Safe House" its a temporary and secret building with beds and a home type setting and a "caregiver" where children stay at until, at least, the first court hearing. This hearing is nothing you would think... the dcfs case worker tells the judge that their investigation found substantiated abuse of the child in the home and that the children were removed. The children are not present at this hearing. I dont think. You as a parent are the Perpetrator of the crime of child abuse, so of course they do not give you back your child. Its kinda fuzzy to me at this point but the dcfs case worker tells the Judge about the abuse yhe child was subjected to and they decide if the child is to be placed into a Foster Home or into a Relative's home. The case worker then tells the Judge what the abusive parent must do to get custody back... if that is an option. If the parent complies with all dcfs demands in a certain amount of time they say you get your child back... this list of demands used to be called a Safety Plan, I dont know what it is called now. This Safety Plan will be very nearly, if not impossible for the parent to comply with. It will also be financially impossible to facilitate for the parent. It will include therapy and supervised visits with the child. It will include a child support order as well that the parent must pay on top of all the other costs the parent will now have. If the child is placed far away it doesnt matter. You still have to show up every day or every week for your supervised visits. You still have to complete the safety plan. If you cannot do so, in the time alloted, the child is put up for adoption. Thats the end I guess. The child is adopted... they are gone... it NEVER ends at that point. The family unit is destroyed.
If the parent is somehow able to comply and complete the plan then the child is returned and eventually the case is closed. There is a set time for the parent to complete the safety plan. You usually cannot fulfill their safety plan in the time they specify and this is by design. They will change the plan if you are doing well and they will lie through the whole time, stacking on more criminal charges... and more things you have to comply with, you may be arrested if the abuse is "substantiated" and then how are you supposed to show up for your supervised visits or secure full time employment or a permanent residence? If the child is un-adoptable by a family member or a "fit" couple, they stay in a group home until they are of legal age... then they are turned out with no family to turn to or help because of course they have had no contact with their abusive parents for years...because the parental rights were removed. It is a sick, sick, SICK system and is used to persecute and intimidate people. Almost always for revenge or financial gain. I have seen real literally dozens of situations where truly abusive parents never had one problem with dcfs and very good and loving parents had their lives and family destroyed forever.

I know of a woman that was taken out of her house because CPS said her dad molested her, she said it never happened. She was put in a foster home and was molested by the foster father. The CPS didn’t believe her so nothing was done to the foster parent. When she was old enough she ran away back to her family.

I feel for you Dustin Dean. Much respect from Louisiana!!. I too have had cps pull my kids out of class for interrogation without my knowledge or consent.( ex wife lost custody to me and tried anything desperately to regain custody-including abuse allegations) They later came to my house. I started filming when I noticed a vehicle in my drive. It's funny because she-CPS didn't want to be filmed like the guy at your house. But I flipped it on her and told her if she's genuinely concerned for the kids safety filming shouldn't stop her from inspecting my home. I even asked her what if there's something in my home that presents an imminent danger to kids or other occupants? I told her if she refuses to inspect and there's an injury or death she will be held liable. Besides... if I'm filming and there's something afoul in the house it will be recorded and can be used against me. When she realized I called her out on camera she had no choice but to do her inspection, . I challenged her legal authority making her confess she can't enter without a warrant unless I consent. I asked many many questions. I asked what constitutes an unsafe home. She had a list. I told her nothing in my home is on that list. After I followed her through my home and she found nothing on the list I made her verbalize nothing in my home was on that list . You know as well as I, one has to ask the right questions in order to have a sound defense should it be necessary in court. I got it all on film. No I didn't have to let her inside my home but I chose to get it over with. I know my home is safe and my kids are well cared for. And I've been around enough legal proceedings to know to film and how to ask the right questions. I did not, however, allow her to speak to any of my children alone. Crazy heifer wanted to talk to my 2yr old son alone!!! Afterward she said thank you sir and apologized for the fear, anger, and embarrassment I must feel. She shook my hand. My little 2yr old ran and hugged her legs. She smiled at me and said I would not hear from CPS again. Been several years now. I still have custody and I've not seen nor heard from CPS. I realize I was fortunate. Reading other comments my heart breaks for those who have things go badly with CPS and the consequences.
I could rant. This parallels the red flag gun laws to a degree. They just come take your "property"--(kids,guns) then you have to prove you're innocent to get them back. There's no due process.

There is what "pretends" to be due process but since child removal is a huge LIBERTY INTEREST, a fully constitutional court is required, not the crappy admin law court.

I just picked up your video again after the 1st DCF and now the update. I really dont see why DCF wants to think they can control the lives of children.
On another type of questioning. I had returned from Florida to Connecticut with my Dad. There's a knock at the door and Adult Services are there. I asked what she needed and she needed to speak to my Dad. I called Dad from the kitchen that he had a visitor. He didn't want to get out of his chair till I said who it was. He wasn't pleased. He answered her questions after wanted to know who called them. She told him that she couldn't tell him. They are like the "Adult of DCF" she called the next day and asked if my dad had dentures? I said yes he doesn't like wearing them. Silly question right? I knew it was family because of that last question. I told him later that she could have removed him from his home if they could prove I wasn't taking care of him.
It's stupid right? That's what I thought. It's scary what power the people have. Damn!

Just remembered when a school teacher asked me to go to my sons house because they had concerns. My sister who went to the school told me they were looking for a witness so they could charge parents with neglect. The teacher was concerned when she found out they had no electricity- like that’s illegal. So I went to the house and warned them the school was concerned about no electricity. The home was clean, orderly and had food. DCF could not do anything
I live in Utah, and I have seen more families torn apart by CPS. The biggest thing here is if you don't have a lot of money, good standings in the church and, your children are good looking you are a target for CPS. A friend of mine lost their children to CPS. We found out later that the investigator had came to the girls window at night and had been talking to them. They had gone to the boy's school pulled him out of class and had done the same as they did to yours. But, they didn't know about it till at the trail. As far as CPS believes, every child in Utah is sexually abused. One of the girls was put though a medical exam, that I would never allow to be done to myself five(5) times. Trying to prove that she had been abused. Every time it came back as negative. God forbid that you stand up with the parents being accused, because you will suddenly have accusations filed against you. One of my friends literally had to send her son out of the state to keep CPS off of her door step at in 3 am in the morning. My own family had made it very clear that they would move us out of state if we ever had children. Because of the fear that they had of CPS. The public have no rights in Utah against CPS.
Load up your family and move out of state before they trump up something to pull the kids or, you will lose them!
When you are being investigated criminally, you have the right to remain silent, etc. Even a child had these rights and if a child is being investigated criminally, they have to have a parent present.
Here's the other hand...
If the child is suspected as being a victim of abuse, they are allowed to question the child without a parent present. This is to gather information so they can make sure the child is not being harmed.
IMO you should have helped prove that your child was okay instead of adding fuel to the fire. This will get you no where. I hope it all works out for your family. Peace

I grew up dealing with this system and never had an issue. They seemed to just want kids to grow up safe. Later in life I worked with DCFS and they allowed be to have custody of my brother so thats twice I saw DCFS working first hand in the best interest of they children. Now as an older adult I watched DCFS take two kids away from a good friend of mine. So two plus dealings and one really bad dealing. I went to court on the side of my friend as saw first hand DCFS work hard to yank kids away from my friend who was and is a great father, but is low on funds. DCFS took his kids away and he lost all rights to them. At the time one was 6 and the older was 11. They were split up and he will never have them back. I think DCFS started out with the right ideas when I was growing up and later (between early 80's and late 90's), but now they just seem hell bent on splitting families and over stepping their power. Its almost like a power trip for some of these people. Honestly I think about giving up my career to work with DCFS so family's can have an agent of the government that really wants to work with them and do the right thing.
That what gets me so confused. I've had good and bad experiences with CPS and foster care. I guess I have a hard time labeling everyone as bad... Some CPS workers are seriously sick!
My children were taught very young NOT to speak DCFS/CPS about anything for any reason.I was a foster child & CPC tried for years to get myself & my younger mildly retarted sister to outright LIE & say our step dad sexually abused us & that our mother let it happen.I never lied on my step father even though I hated him & it landed my in the nastiest foster homes ever!!!
I know a lot of people here want to help, and some are educated in law. But to be safe, find an attorney who gives 30 mins to 1 hour for free, take all you know to this attorney and they can give you a better idea how to move forward. Accusations of molestation is very serious, and you may even want to consider filing a lawsuit. Good luck.
Steven Hair I don't think he quite "gets it" yet. Great advice, the lawyer will listen for a half hour and then tell him it will be a 5k retainer to even get started with this case. My daughter at age 14 was questioned in school by a case worker that demanded she answer all questions and didn't have the right to call her mother or myself. I was so proud that my daughter handled herself well and told this case worker to go sit and spin. They tried sending a much larger, older male to interview her and he didn't fair any better. They were investigating reports that i had shot a deer ( during deer season) and that i forced my daughter to help me process the animal!! Which was a total joke because she wanted to learn how to do it and go over the different cuts of meat. These goons actually opened up a 6 month long investigation on the say of some fool that thought a young girl shouldn't be taught how to process game.

What that worker did is totally illegal and the school is also at fault for allowing someone that is not a custodial gaurdian access to a child, especially with the child unsupervised!!! Also the fact DCFS worker wouldn't let him leave without answering questions is harassment and false imprisonment...I'd be calling a lawyer if I were you and suing the pockets off the pants of DCFS!!

best to keep what they got and stay together and these people who have nothing but contempt for hard working Americans who weren't born with a silver spoon in they're mouths like them .it's one thing to be a tattletale snitch it's an abomination to fabricate ,frame and bare false witness against someone and they're lived ones causing them undue stress & anxiety not to mention the complex they give kids about who they are supposed to be by fabricating all these disorders and getting em on psychotropic meds etc ,etc,etc!! It's a cash cow for the DCFS to take innocent children out of public schools and put them in foster care under the guys of child safety or neglect that might be taking place leavimg tbe child to languish in a strange home or group home up to a year or more at least everybody needs to know these are child abusers not advocates shame on then for selling out these children to line they're pockets and further they're agenda of justification of child trafficking and kidnapping
You need to take those allegations against you and your son seriously. Its time to get a lawyer, its getting to the point that they will start the process to remove the children and or arrest you and your son.
Maybe have your wife take your daughter to her doctors to perform a physical to have evidence that nothing has been done to your daughter. I hate to even suggest that but it will protect your family as a whole.

This is good advice. Dcfs is known for exactly what you said! So, If the Mother is proactive by getting a doctor involved and IF dcfs does come back with a finding of "Substantiated" abuse, they may allow her to keep the child if the "accused abuser" leaves the home. If the non abusive parent allowes the accused abuser (parent or sibling) to stay in the home, the not accused parent will then be charged with "failure to protect" and all the children will be taken...
@@TinaShay This is very true. Sadly, my kids' father, my ex-husband, was sexually abusive. When my daughter told me, I reported it right away. Unfortunately, before I could get any paperwork situated, my ex came into my house without permission and put my then 5 year old on the kitchen counter and blocked her so I couldn't get to her and told her that I was a c*** and a b**** for not letting him see her. [I wasn't letting him see the kids because CYS said not to let him have contact during their investigation.] (Meanwhile, I was a couple feet away watching while on the phone with 911, trying to make sure he didn't leave with her. He had already pushed me, and as a weigh lifter, he was much stronger than me, so a physical altercation wasn't in anyone's best interest.)
After I told him police were on their way, he left in a hurry.
It took me a solid year to convince her that I HAD to keep him away from them or CYS would have taken all three of them away from ME too.

I put my daughter in K12.com bc she was being bullied. It was after Christmas break and the online school didnt start for 2 weeks after public school did. I had CPS and the police here everyday trying to get her to go back to her old school. I had to provide proof several times she was enrolled in k12.com CAVA and was harassed daily with daily inspections of my house. I finally got tired of it and stopped answering the door. School started back up then he father says in court that I allowed her to drop out at 13. It was a mess.
Subscribed! For the social worker to downplay the seriousness of his visit was unprofessional and rude and a huge mark on his character. Any visit from cps is serious. I'm glad you caught on to that manipulation. Then to learn of the allegations ...that must have been infuriating when you were so kind to the guy.
One good thing you have going for you is the fact that your son is older and can hold his own in front of a judge. Let all of your kids know it's ok not to talk to them in any form all they have to say is they want a lawyer present when being questioned. Tell them after asking for a lawyer to let them know that the investigation is over and they will not say another word until their lawyer is present. Let CPS get a warrant to come into your home if they don't have a warrant ask them to leave your property and if they do not call the police. Also get your own lawyer to get copy's of the report so you can get the names of those that reported this so you can sue those that reported and sue the CPS for their indiscretion. A lawyer will make them back off !
I BEGGED my son's school to get him in physical therapy because he was so clumsy. He had large bruises and abrasions on his face most of the time. Instead, they called CPS. On the same day, he was on the playground and a teacher saw him trip over his own foot. He developed a huge knot on his forehead. The principal called CPS back and told them, "Nevermind." I was shocked that the school actually admitted that they had made the call in the first place. He was put in physical therapy. I felt like a horrible person because I was GLAD that my son was hurt that afternoon. We dodged a bullet.
