You are SO right - releasing resistance is so important. People wanna skip it because it's not as fun or exciting as some other manifestation techniques, but it really is so key!
Great video Nayla, loved the content as well. I have been practicing LOA for years now and sometimes we may not get exactly what we desire BUT something way better. Sticking to the current topic, there was a point in time when I too was looking for my partner, I was panicking about the fact that I was getting old etc. Then again I had an idea of what my partner would be like or even look like fast forward a few months and I finally met my partner who was the opposite of who I would normally go for! I always love & wanted children of my own but this time the Universe gave me a bonus as my partner was single with 2 children who I love to bits and see & treat them as my own and now we are having another baby on the way! So my advice to everyone reading this is to keep pushing,fighting for what you believe and keep the faith. Get yourself within the vibrational proximity of who you really are and enter into the allowing mode because that's when there is no resistance.

Thanks for sharing, I have just recently started manifesting the life I want. I used to feel helpless, but things did a 360 when I realized I was the thing that needed to change in my life. My way of thinking and seeing things was holding me back and keeping me in that depressing state. My whole outlook is different now and it has changed my life.

Don't give up! Or at least give up the attachment of finding him, give up the struggle. But don't give up knowing that he is out there and wants to create a life with you. The person that you want is real. There is a book called Calling In the One by Katherine Woodward Thomas that I hugely recommend 😀❤️

I honestly feel like you are telling my story and the feelings involved when thinking when is it going to happen for me, all the online dates and hating it..I also was fixated on a guy who i thought was for me but isnt, all the resistance because of wanting it so bad but having negative emotions attached ...wow crazy...Im so happy you met your mr right and you had the butterflies and the feelings your suppose to feel...Im still yet to find my mr right even at 31 but after watching this it has honestly made me think my time and moment will come and Im sure the wait will be worth it. Also I have this feeling I won’t meet my partner online and I think I just find myself there out of boredom sometimes 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️ or maybe sometimes I think maybe - after meeting a really nice guy on holiday recently - we had an amazing few days and then later he started texting horrible things. Then you start to think oh maybe I’m supposed to be single

That's so exciting, best of luck ❤️ My hubby found a way of working with me which meant that I needed to email him and speak to him on the phone from time to time. I would add smiley faces to my emails and was always very chatty on the phone. He knew I liked him back and even though it took him two months to ask me out he did so by email in the end. Maybe take the opportunity to ask him about a 'work' situation and see how he responds 😀

Once you understand the resistance you are holding within yourself you will essentially wake up to it and let it go. That's a big part of manifesting somebody into your life. Because you are letting go of the fears and allowing yourself to be whole again. But if it helps to keep reminding yourself to let them go, then do that.
But also remind yourself on a daily basis just how great you are and how lovable you are and that you are ready for an amazing relationship to begin. Because the more you put yourself in that new energy the more of it you will attract. The more you remind yourself of your old 'insecure' energy then the more of THAT you will attract. So keep feeling that new, positive, better, more loving version of YOU for this wonderful person to enter you life - good luck 💞💞

Seth G oh wow, he should have been patient and wait or even seek BUT his package to be happily married. I hope it works out for him. Every unhappy marriage couple I've met especially one lady married for third time she has told me please take YOUR time and don't rush. I've been praying a lot. I was married when I was 19 I thought I knew what it was I wasn't patient my dad said no I still eloped and after 6 months of marriage I wanted out. I've learnt my lesson the hard way. Trust me patience is the key. My other friends that have waited been patient guess what they are happy and SECURE in their marriage. I was married for 5 years trying to make it work best thing happened was my son have been happily divorced for 10 years. Patiently waiting and praying. I am glad I have the experience I also accomplished my education degrees and etc. And I know my Mr. PRINCE charming exists hehe. You have to believe it that you will find her be very optimistic and never lose hope.
*I can say: It will happend to me, but to be honest I feel some resistance. I don't want that feeling but it so deep. How can I remove that negative feeling? Do you have tips for me?*
I know exactly what you mean and these negative thoughts can be so deep and sometimes feel impossible to change. But here is what I regularly do - Write down every negative thought you have about finding love, by writing it down you begin to see it objectively. Then with every negative belief you have written down, write down the opposite and change it into a positive empowering statement.
So for example if your negative belief is something like "Nobody will love me!", change it to "I am a lovable person, my parents (sister, brother, friend, pet etc ) love me a lot!" And feel their love for you as you think the thought. Write down all the negative beliefs that keep coming up and change them into empowering statements that you believe. Put all the empowering statements together and read them daily to yourself.
Changing negative beliefs about yourself is removing the resistance, which is the very thing that is keeping your love away from you. I hope this helps hun ❤️🥰

I have read sooo many books on law of attraction and relationships I have even made a detailed list on how I want him to be but it's been a year now and nothing happens. what do you think I do wrong? any advice? by the way so happy for you and your story was very inspiring to me.
I would probably shorten your list to your top 5 attributes and maybe not make it so detailed. If you have a vision of what your future partner looks or acts like then maybe this is what is stopping you from meeting them. My husband is the total opposite of what I would usually go for but he had the attributes on my list.
Love your life now as it is and focus on you and how you would feel if you were already in that relationship. What would it feel like living together etc?
Another tip I would suggest is to make a list of all the possible places you could meet this person. Note any resistant thoughts that may arise, it is usually the resistance that stops us from getting what we want. Good luck on your journey lovely, anybody would be lucky to meet you and have you in their life. Wishing you so much success 💞😍
