Thadou Kuki Cultural Dance

The dance being performed is called the "Jangcha Lam" in Kuki...The youths gather in merriment with rice beer called "Vaiju" to celebrate the arrival of spring. It is one of the most beautiful dances of Kuki community. They danced swinging & holding their hands together. Today, with a lil bit of modifications tradition is still continued to suit the taste of time.
