Another huge Blu-Ray Pick up! DVD hunting Thrift stores

- I scored another huge collection of Blu-Rays! Went to a lot of places trying to find media items. I also go to Clearwater Florida and try to meet Hulk Hogan and Ron Howard. I stop by Scooter's auction as well.

Shutter Island is one of my favorite Leonardo DiCaprio movies . It is fantastic.
Right next to Sopranos that Three Stooges box set is actually pretty good. It’s got a lot of cool. Stuff in it that have been out of print, but are in that set now
People get carried away with auctions. I've seen people pay more than retail for ordinary stuff they could just get at any local store. Great vlog, as always!

Yoga Hosers is a loosely based sequel on tusk . I found it fun. Kind of cheap and cheesy. Johnny Depp is in it. It’s pretty funny.

1:23 I love The Sopranos. One of my top 10 all time favorite series. When I was once with my "Bada Bing!" T-shirt at the supermarket checkout, the young guy at the checkout was totally thrilled. Hey cool, Bada Bing, that's from the Sopranos! And he was at most 18 and loved it also. I believe the series ended in the early 2000

Good video! James! Black Hawk Down is a good movie! You got some great pickups! I once bought a DVD movie collection from Dollar Tree and it was not totally complete. It was from Millcreek! And I was told to email Millcreek and the would send me the correct DVD. I did, and I got it, but not in a big box and mailer, like you did! That was way too much packaging!
Yes it is odd how much money they are wasting having to replace DVDs. Wonder why the quality control is so low.

At 1:50 in the 10 film collection you have the assassination of jesse james by the coward robert ford, honestly one of my favourite films, the whole cast is excellent, actually has sam rothwell playing a hillarious side charcter but casy affleck and brad pitt steal the show, i hope you enjoy it!

I've owned the DVD for a while but haven't gotten around to it because I've heard mixed reviews. I'll have to check it out.
Those were some pretty cool metal tapes but not for that price and Shutter Island is a pretty good movie and yes you do look like Opie, Richie Cunningham from Happy Days

One of the guys was like "He'll double his money!" Ok, but also have to put in like 50 hours of work. Not worth it. With lots like that I want to make ten times the money.

Have a yard sale or bring them to a flea market, or see if a local movie store will buy them.
I really don't understand the need for cassettes. $250 a case....😮 I threw out 2 cases like that full of metal tapes...Kiss, Dokken. ratt, motley crue, ozzy, megadeth, slayer etc. Looks like I threw away money. Never played them and they collected dust.
The heavier ones like Slayer and Megadeth are worth a bit more than say Kiss or Ratt. I really like them even though the s
quality is bad. Aestetically they just look so cool. I like the small case. It's why I also like the way PS1 games look (but strangely don't think music CDs look nearly as neat)
Did the person bidding on the tapes overpay in the sense that he can't flip them, or overpay in the sense that they aren't worth what he paid? I have no knowledge about metal tapes and I'm super curious.
Well he can make a profit but not really enough to make it worth all the time it would take. Like he has to sell 60 of them at ten bucks each before he even breaks even. I look for lots where if you sell say 5 or 6 items you are already making a profit.

Electric boogaloo is a great documentary.
That cassette bidding war was ridiculous, way overpaid. I would read the book of shuttle Island instead of the film, miles better in my opinion

Yup that is everywhere. The most common title I see in every story is probably the DVD of Hitch.
