I was wondering if there's a way to just socially transition, like asking other sins to use certain pronouns so Sims can be seen by other Sims as that gender without medical/voice transition?
theres actually a glitch with this mod where if you change active sims while one of your sims is away for their transition, the one you changed to will actually have the effect, so thats probably what happened. youve got to stay on the sim that you want the change to happen to while theyre away.
it worked for me when i tested it as long as i didnt change active sims. also getting top surgery changes the gender marker!
the reason for the pricing of the surgeries are actually reasonable. they are really THAT EXPENSIVE in real life.
Interesting. I'm in North America and without coverage I would say the top surgery is accurate but bottom surgery is usually $90K+

I mean definitely depends on the location/surgeon/insurance. So I assume there was some truth to what they chose 🤔
I would love the game to update to make it easier to transition existing sims without mods or the cas cheat

Love this! Im going to put this mod in my game right now! I've been playing with trans woman sim since her birth and she is a teen now but CAS is a nightmare with this and I did not wanted to cas.fulleditmode her in to all female settings. but this is perfect. now she can finally wear nice/normal looking female frame chothes without it looking weird at her hips and waist. I tried all the different combo's is gender setting but either her clothes looked normal but with a very weird looking thic neck.. or the other way around.. :) cant wait to use this mod!

Nice mod it’s a good addition to the game and make the gameplay with trans sims more realistic and fun!! It’s not perfect but i won’t complain because it take a lot of work, I really like hearing your thoughts about the 2SLGBTQIA+ mods you find, it’s a fun way to understand trans people better, this mod overview was a bit rough😭that’s funny😂I’m happy to heard that you will make a let’s play with them I love their presence in your videos!!

Just a question: why didn't you use cheats for money? Motherlode is basically a praying word in the sims and you're simply testing the mode, so it's absolutely allowed! Could've saved you from trouble of selling all the furniture. X)
I just prefer to play a story with my Sims over the course of 2 sim weeks to get a full feel for the mod and how it works with my play style and cut down that for video footage so it's a more genuine reaction to using the mod. But agree that if it was just about clicking through the mod functions that motherlode would have been more efficient for a vid!
Can a trans male get pregnant?
I'm assuming you mean in The Sims 4, in which case any Sim of any gender can get pregnant as long as you choose the "can get pregnant" in the custom gender settings in Create A Sim
Unrelated, but it feels really sexist that female sex sims need to wear a bra while the male sex sims don't. I get that this isn't something that comes from the sims, but rather society itself, but it still would be nice if there was an option to be able to see both. Nipples are nipples.
