@@rhylee901 yeeee isnt that on brand??? 😭😭 like i went to my therapist after months of studying ADHD and told her "i think i have ADHD" and she looked at me death on the eye and told me i was kinda diagnosed since childhood and officially since i was 13. Like i took meds and stuff 💀
I was on ADHD medication for two years before my therapist told me to ask my new psychiatrist for an official diagnosis. Turns out my psychiatrist (my previous one prescribed the meds) just assumed I had the diagnosis and forgot to mention it at my first appointment, didn’t know I wasn’t officially diagnosed but was on the meds 😭😭
