Just had this problem last weekend shredded a belt it ended up being a bad pulley on power steering great video thanks from Indiana

As one of the older comments said. I was able to skip removing the shrouds etc. Vacuum pump out fluid, Loosen belt, remove 3 lines, remove wire plastic retainer, remove 3 bolts on front, remove 2 driver side bolts lift out. On a bench remove pulley and brackets swap over and reinstall. I'm replacing the high pressure line up to Hydroboost, so I just cut rubber line/hose

Doing an LMM right now, and it’s easier to pull the pump to booster hose (the one he replaced in the vid) than try to take it off in the truck. Thanks for the vid! I came here because I couldn’t remember which bolt hole the negative battery terminal bracket came off of. 😊

what size bole was that at the end of the pulley on the original? I've seen others with the bolt on there, because the pulley is just pressed on, was wondering if you put that bolt back on?

I did not reinstall the bolt afterwards I just had it on there to keep the pull on. Not sure what the size of the bolt was I just pulled one out of my bolt bin.

    Remove upper fan shroud
Remove 3 bolts from front of pump
Remove 2 bolts from side(holding rear bracket to block)
    Remove lines
Pull pump out of vehicle and swap bracket on bench
Why the hell would you remove the pulley inside the truck?
Why would you pull the inner fender to remove the nuts when you can easily remove the bolts holding bracket to pump?
