Classes Canceled AGAIN! Peace Corps Volunteers in the Philippines with no class due to a heat wave!

Classes have been shortened or canceled here a lot lately due to extreme heat indexes of well over 100 degrees Fahrenheit in much of the country. With no air conditioning in classrooms, they have no choice but to cancel classes for the safety of the students...which gives us a bit more time to explore our surroundings!
