Very nice and practical video.. 😊 I can totally relate to some parts.. When I was in early 20s, I used to overwork and no regular food and sleep time and I always used to work.. I started getting severe migraines.. I think my harmones had gone for toss n i still face migraines after 10 odd years.. Definitely one should work on the sleep aspect which seems very less important but matters a lot.. I have uninstalled Insta last week to reduce the mindless scrolling on phone..once adjusted, we can bring it back on phone..

Yes i have suffer from sleep issues, insomnia, anxiety and depression for tha long time last 1 years se mera lifestyle bahut kharap ho geya hai study k liye jab kolkata reyti thi tab sab time pe hota tha koi problem nehi hota but abhi life e itna stress tension compitetive exam ka preparetion lerehi hu future, relation sob such leke itna messed up ho geya nind nehi ati hai rat me dinner karke study kartitu 1 2 baje bed pe jatihu but 3 4 kis din to 5 baj jtahai but nind nehi ata hai subha bahut late ho jata hai net health problem bhi ho geya pcod tha thyroid hai abhi mild fatty liver bhi ho geya kiya karu ma apna lifestyle or sleep time thik karna chati hu but nehi ho tahai apna video bahut din se dekhti hu thank you for this helpfull videos please reply me

One of my students, a 16 year old told me that she is not able to sleep at night very often. She lie down on the bed and try to sleep till 2, 2:30 AM. I was surprised to hear this that even these little kids are fighting with this issue. Thanks for this video, I will tell her the solutions u shared in this video. Hopefully it will help her 🤞
