I find most to be very empathetic. Im an empath, i get upset if people around me aren't happy, it sucks to be unhappy. Wish you all the best in the comment section.
Frank is such a really down to earth guy with a great head on his shoulders. Seems the type of guy that you could have 2-3 hour conversations with. Excellent video. Wish it was much longer!
I have the biggest respect for them, talking so publically about their anxiety etc. It's one thing to talk about it to your friends (and that's already super hard, took me like 5 years...) or "anonymously" (probably non of you guys is going to look up my accounts) in a comment, but being well known and talking about it in a video etc. for everyone to see and hear with all those people carring about you must be extremely difficult at the beginning (you're probably getting used to it with the time)
A depression and anxiety cocktail mix sucks. Especially when when feel it everyday and anything can trigger it. From a cross remark or look from someone, a TV show with happiness for it's characters, or even just a random thought can make you spiral and break down. It's made me hate everything about myself. But I'm also afraid to die, so suicide isn't an option, so I'm trying to get help. I just hope I can find something that works or I don't know what I'll do. Just be stuck is miserable agony I guess.
I spent 8 years with bad agoraphobia. Now I am 90% better, and we should never give up. I learned to deal with most symptoms, but now I must go to the root causes. The people I know that succeeded did that. Some things I would recommend to everybody with anxiety issues: 1) Therapy and physical activity 2) Meditation, Yoga, 8h sleep, etc 3) Avoid caffeine, cocaine, and other stimulants 4) Dont fight against the symptoms. Accepting them is the only way 5) Have basic exams done every year, so you will know the symptoms and feelings are anxiety only.
@@darkbluebossa that’s great to hear buddy, not only do we have to look after ourselves but also look out for others so thought I’d message. I’m deffo getting into following what you say too.
Great upload. I suffer from anxiety real bad, i take sertraline for it, its bassicly a serotonin uptake. I took and still do take diazepam. Ive always had anxiety and social issue's. For a long time i self medicated, still am. Its tough, there's no answer. But awareness helps people feel there not alone.
That sucks! May I suggest to do physical activity instead of self medicate. Burn some stress hormones and release some of the good ones. Perhaps you already do... I used to suffer as well.. I stopped everything that was weighting me down, bad friendships, shitty job, stupid family, dumb hobbies, drugs etc. I went from full-blown panic attacks daily to perhaps get anxious by 4 cups of black coffee xD. A mantra that I recited when things was at its worst "fear is just in my mind, fear will pass and what will be left is me - I am the lord of my self". Take care and never give up, never surrender! /Internet stranger

People with big hearts are the most susceptible to suffer from anxiety and depression.....because they care!
