  • This video was taken in Elappara, a hilly village in Idukki District , Kerala, India. Situated at an altitude of about 1000 meters above sea level, this region is a place with very pleasant cool weather and little wind. Extensive tea plantations are found in abundance in this region. Many tourists come from foreign countries like United State of America, UK, Australia, Europe, Canada, London, Kuwait, United Arab Emirates, , Qatar, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Indonesia, Russia. Elappara is a migrant town. Before the migration, bonami was the nearby market and town. There are many large and small tea plantations around Elappara. Most of them were founded by British people from Britain . Apart from tea, coffee, black pepper, cardamom and many other spices are cultivated here. There are many educational institutes in the area. The tourist destination Vagamon is very close here. Elappara is an area bathed in the beauty of the hills. Most of the people here are poor workers. Most of the people work in tea plantations and estates. While making in it, the mind becomes very calm, relaxed and peaceful villages and tea plantations is a very pleasant experience. Everyone should come here. please like and subscribe. Thanks
