- In this video I am still having a bit of a tough time so decide to take myself for a small ramble in order to find some calm for my mind.
I take the doggos for a good early walk and Mr miserable Doug seems to find some of his happy 😊
I am settling into solo life slowly but surely but still have a way to go on my journey.

My name us Suz originally from Manchester.
Been fulltime since May 2022.
currently finding my feet going it alone in my VW Camper called Gladys with my two sweet doggos.

Suzy if I can say just one thing. Yes you have isolated yourself but you have surrounded yourself with your two best friends, but more importantly, you have surrounded yourself with the beauty that is nature. Bird song is probably the best medicine to mend even the most damaged of souls.
I work early shifts which means walking my dogs at 5 am in the morning. I am fortunate to live in the Scottish countryside, so walking with my fur babies in the heat of the morning sun, standing still with my eyes closed and just totally immerse myself in the dawn chorus.
Leaves me feeling so complete. You will heal very quickly doing what you're doing.
Take care, having a beautiful loving souls is actually a gift cherish it 🙂

The thing is you are proving you don’t need anyone so any new connections are totally your choice. Power balance is with you. Just ditch anyone who doesn’t make you happy. 👍

We both said at the start that our Shelby would love to jump into that lovely clear flowing water. It's completely understandable to feel guarded after a breakup. Take all the time you need to heal and rebuild your sense of trust. It's okay to limit your social interactions for now and focus on self-care. When you're ready, start by nurturing existing friendships and gradually open up to new connections. Trust is something that takes time to rebuild, so be gentle with yourself throughout this process. Surround yourself with supportive and understanding individuals who respect your boundaries and allow you to heal at your own pace x

I'm trying to be patient with myself. It's difficult. But this is a process which is going to take a long time.
Maybe one day I'll learn to trust again 💜x

Thoughts become things
Stay in the moment as much as possible
Once you find a place inside that accepts that no one has the ability to affect your inner true self.
External circumstances allow to stay external.

From personal experience it will happen. You are absolutely shining brighter. The more you go within and flow like water does with ease. Your external will continue to shift.

Sometimes it's not loneliness it's lack of adrenaline and drama .... it's called peace. Now we need to learn to enjoy it ...feed our soul with things that make us happy 💕
ps ... Self isolating since Sept 23 and having an amazing time giving away my stuff to people who'll get more out of them.
Maybe that's what it is. I hope so. I hope my nervous system calms down and i can start to enjoy the isolation like you.
I love to love and be loved and I think that's my issue I need someone like me and I don't think they exist.
I will continue on my path and heal myself and find peace and solace in being alone until someone can prove they are worth changing that 😊💜xx

Totally agree, with everything you said Suzy. Been there, it takes time to heal. Now past that stage, off on my own adventures. Just got back from a night away in my van at the Isle of Whithorn, south west Scotland. Head clear and refreshed, back to work tomorrow. Hope your next trip goes well 😀

Old cliche , but you will look back at this time and wonder why the heck you wasted so many tears , but it’s a process as you know . Your detoxing from the the things you probably dealt with and also you might be a bit lonely . Hopefully your family and friends will visit soon . And either way your getting fitter and toning up and looking fabulous . 😘
I know I will, I think I just need to stop rushing myself and be patient.
I've got to go through it in order to heal it I think. That requires tears and pain and not running away from my feelings.
My sister is coming up soon and my lovely friends soon after that 😊

I TOTALLY get where you are Suzy, apart from family who didn't need anything from me I isolated myself too. My home was my safe place & yes it did get lonely sometimes, believe me you have come so far in only a few weeks. Do things your way, sod everything else !! Take care, sleep well & march on !

I understand why people choose isolation now. I feel I need it in order to figure myself out.
It's been a short space of time in real terms and I think I'm putting to much pressure on myself.
Someone said healing isn't linear and it's really not.
I'm starting to enjoy choosing for myself and just pleasing myself and I think I just need to carry on down this path.

Good things take time you might feel lonely now
God knows am also feeling a bit lonely at times even in relationships but doing things I love helps some times but not all the time .

I’ve isolated myself and have trust issues anyways I’m converting a transit to travel
I honestly think it is the best way to heal, especially if you are sensitive to other peoples emotions.

Suz just wondering if something like a dog buggy like motor home mums or even what field view adventures have so the dogs can also go out more since they are getting older, or something more slimline since you havent got a lot of space.
