She relies on her Ultra 1 to have an real offence. But when she has it, damn, combo from overhead into loads of damage, and also some other tricky combos.
I'm not saying she doesn't need a buff, i'm just saying she isn't as bad as some other characters are atm. Maybe we are just too used to the top tier's playstyles. ( vortex, safe jumps with 2-3 OS, etc)
