      Yup fertilizer getting very volatile. Many UK farmers using alternatives now.

    Whoever engineered the chem shed did a excellent job. A old-timer quote, that works slick as slick can get.

    Things have changed in farming a lot from when I was a little kid. Back then there wasn't any corn or soy it was all durum, barley, and sunflowers and everyone had gas tandem trucks.

    100% agree with Dougo!! I never owned or wore a pair of shorts until I was in my 20's and moved off the farm. To this day I will not wear shorts out of the house unless I am on vacation.

    Doug O reminds me of Dirty Jobs with Mike Rowe. The one when he was outside Las Vegas at a hog farm. Mike was talking to the camera, when the farmer said to Mike, "Hey Mike, quit horsing around there we got work to do!"

    The big Swede; when you go forward with the pallet jack, have the handle straight up. Makes it much easier to control

      And always lift the release handle halfway up until it clicks when pushing it so it doesn't pump the cylinder when moving the handle around.

    When I got my new truck I tried to do donuts in the snow. Wouldn't do it! 🤬🤔 Oh hey traction control off!!! Much better 👌👍
    Tell the big swede to keep the handle up when pushing the pallet jack around, works way better.

    Thanks for another great video. It was interesting and enjoyable. First of all I absolutely loved Dougo remarks about calm down and get back to work-funny one Dougo. Watch them kids.
    The demo you did with the new fertilizer spreader was great. I thought the test you did was great and showed exactly the spread you had. Think that new piece will be a great addition to your work Force. Love the old hog barn made into a chemical holding barn. It is working great. Seems to be just the place to store your chemicals. Great job on that old building you guys. I really appreciate the way you three work together and get things done. You always have a soft approach to issues and smiles even when the struggle bus 🚌 is out. I have tons of respect for Chet and Dougo and Eric. Love your channel!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I know a carpenter who did in fact loose his index finger and second finger just like that coming down off a roof at the end of the day fork lifts work great as a finger removal tool stay safe and praying for a great harvest for you all there working hard to feed the world God bless you for that

    The scales are great to know how many acres you should can do. A cheap tachometer on a hydraulic spinner is also nice. They'll speed up too when the buggy is empty. Still like the ground drive web, except when you forget to disengage it going down the road!

    Portable "Dock" may help your unloading of chemicals or any other product that may be in a trailer. Your fork truck can give Eric a breather. Stay safe, make sure Doug gets checked... stress test !!

    I’m with Dougo, shorts don’t belong on a farm or ranch. The only time I remember being forced to wear shorts I pitched a fit and mother had to go back to the house and get me properly outfitted. I’m told I was 4 years old. I’m 68 now and still feel the same way. Don’t own short sleeved shirts either.

      Y’all must not have lived in the Deep South or in Phoenix…🤔. I’ve lived in both and believe me, shorts and short sleeved shirts are a necessity to keep from getting heat stroke. 👍

    I grew up in a suburb surrounded by a lot of farm country, and saw a lot of the equipment , but actually never knew what all of it did or how it operated, until I started watching "Larson Farms" and a few like yours. I`ve learned a lot, and have a deeper appreciation for the hard work you do and what you do. Great series, keep it up.

    Probably need a low profile pallet jack. but when you push the pallet jack in you have to back it up a tiny bit and you won't crack the pallets.

    Possible idea get a rolling stairs with either side access or one direction to use to get into truck trailers or up the door in chemical shed. You could also wire in another switch at lower level
