in 92 i bought my 84 xr 500r for 600 bucks at that time i also had the 84 cr 500r man o man that was the best 600 dollars ive ever spent my buddy loved that bike i couldnt keep him off it honda should make them again

I had the fourthrunner to this a 1979 XL500s, the only MC I ever owned that I could reliably ride any season and only needed wear items & routine maintenance , Winter, Spring, Summer or Fall never, not once had an issue. My only regret was not getting the XR500 as after 1/2 years I turn it into an Enduro.

Also, I think the factory fixed the problem. But they weren't made for too many years... just sayin'. I always wanted a 350 just for a little extra wheelie power.
My first bike was a 1984 XR250R at the age of 16. It needed a ring job and I ended up seising up the engine after running it too hard. I traided the bike and $1500 bucks for a 1972 and 73 Camaro. I parted out the 73' and scrapped it. I built the 72' Camaro. It was my first car. I miss that bike.

can't paint plastic where I live .The cold shrinks the plastics and cracks the paint off we wet sand start at 300 grit ,and go up to 2000 grit makes it shine like new paint

Had an 1985 XR 350-R I wish I still had it, semi-light and faster on the top than my XR 600
