I came to the comment section to see if all these backseat gamers were going be chirping and accusing you of hacking becasue of the ping's. Boy, did I underestimate how many of these 300 hr Andy's don't know about the game. Go to Settings > Controls > Ping. It's middle mouse by default. Pick up some binoculars and congrats, now you can use the ping system in rust. hJune's just better than you. No cheats needed.

It's a ping from his teammates using binoculars. It's not ESP, it's a feature that's in the game. It's just not used super commonly.
