    This head (Face) sculpt is terrible on Invisible Woman. You should do a modification on how to take out the head from the hair on Invisible Woman and put another head on the hair.

    That's a lot of work my guy, try getting the tamiya panel line, comes with a brush like tip, you just dab it in those gaps you wanna fill and the ink will magically flow through the crevices.

    Using a fine tip marker will take forever. Use the vallejo brown weather wash paint. Much faster and more accurate to the walgreen version. But using a fine tip marker is a good job for beginners. Great review 👍

    Some great tips there Xcorpeo.
    I have the Super Skrull baf Thing. I toned down the messy highlight paint Hasbro gave him with a darker orangey wash of paint and then went darker with all the nooks and crannies. Looks much better.
    The torso mod you gave Sue is Something I might try on some of my figs.
    I may try a dark wash on my Deathlock figs cyborg parts.

    This is the second one of your videos I've watched. Love it! You have a new subscriber! I actually bought that retro thing figure a couple of days ago from eBay. Can't wait to give this a try! Just hope it works with a permanent Sharpie 😁 Do you think it'll work ok with black ink?

    • @xcorpeo
      @xcorpeo  Před 2 lety +1

      DON'T USE A SHARPIE! Sharpie is alcohol based, and will degrade and ruin the plastic. Gundam markers are oil based and safe to use

    Minor nitpick, but technically you’re panel lining rather than doing a “wash”. No big deal though. I hope you sealed those figures with a varnish to protect all that hard work. Sue definitely needs a head swap. Great idea on swapping the upcoming invisible parts for a “phasing” version. Now I need another of each.

    • @xcorpeo
      @xcorpeo  Před 2 lety +3

      Indeed it's panel lining. Different technique to try to achieve a kind of similar end effect. The beauty of panel lining is the ink stays in the lines, so hopefully no sealant needed. My Super Skrull wave Thing isn't sealed and that's how he looks after a year or so

      @@xcorpeo Sorry for the inconvenience mr xcorpeo but I was wondering if you could make the invisible woman's eyes look better since you know how to highlight the sides of the eyes to be the biggest or something like that?

      Sure if it's not a bother for you please ☺️
