- In this video, I grouted the entire floor, including the step. By following the directions on the box, the process turned out to be relatively easy. Once the grout was mixed in a small batch, I applied it with a float moving at 45 degree angle relative to the lines, washed excess away with a wet sponge, removed more excess and bumps with a cheesecloth, and vacuumed up all the dust. This was a daunting task and turned out to be relatively easy! Enjoy!

Love your content! One heads up, though. It looks like you put grout at transitions between materials and in corners (including the transition from floor to step).
You should actually remove that grout and replace it with caulk tinted to the same color. Grout does not allow for differing expansion and contraction, so you’ll eventually see cracks and/or tile pops where those materials move differently through the seasons. Caulk will compress or stretch when things move together or apart.

Why two coats of grout? I never heard of that.
Only one coat, it just took multiple batches to cover the whole floor. Too big to do all at once on my own
